My experience with this organization was less than favorable. It was years ago, 2011, so hopefully there's been improvements. As a former employee, (for a spell I might I add), never had I seen such a high turnover in management & employees too! Everytime I looked up it was a new supervisor or coordinators. Staff not in good communication with each other or higher level management. Different assignments & locations for tutors everyday. No job stability. I saw people get terminated, (including) myself, because management favored one side unobjectively. I'll never forget it because I lost income at a crucial time in my life. If there was an incident or problem, good luck on your side being heard out. A friend of mine and I both worked here and both were treated unfairly. I could go on....but won't. The mission of the program is awesome, but I hope there's staff in place now to run it right.
