Very friendly staff in the clothing store. Unfortunately we were not inside tasting their food.

Hard Rock Venetian with great service. I'm a fan of the brand! The restaurant in Venice is small, but do not miss out on the rest. Excellent.

Staff great, food average, space limited. Rockshop pretty nifty.

Came here on a Sunday with my partner after the place we originally wanted to go was shut - and was not disappointed.

If you want a burger, this is the place you need to go. It is not a cheap meal but very much worth the money!

Overall, great atmosphere and great food... Plus the staff are really good, even if they are a bit mental (in a good way!)

I'm a Hard Rock fan, but here, and for the first time, I was poorly served by the counter staff and there wasn't even a seat, any seat, to sit on.

Too bad the bacon in the burger .... ok crispy bacon! But crispy is different from burned. Friendly and fast service.

Unchanging in time and places, excellent restaurant, but deafening music of only South American djset that makes it impossible to speak with other diners.

Have spent today beaten 10 minutes at the bar, because I wanted to order something was only briefly looked at by the waitress but not served although NONE was still at the bar (it was about 13:00 o'clock), it looked the whole time like that to do what had something to do at the checkout then tidy up glasses, one of the waiters was at the coffee machine and my hand sign that I want to order something did not interest him. What upset me the most, then someone comes to the bar and is served at once, and I'm just ignored, such a rudeness I've never experienced in a Hard Rock Cafe, of course I left, I would have known earlier that I'm not served here, then I would not even look at this store let alone bought a souvenir (which I did of course, before I went to the bar) Had the souvenir most wanted to return, but have taken the receipt Nucht, what I want to say: Hard Rock Cafe Venezia is not recommended!

One of the best Hard Rock among those I know.
Location. not very big, better to arrive early, carefully avoiding rush hours.
Prices and food. those who come know GOOD that HR does not have popular prices .. but here the dishes are well taken care of and cooked in an excellent manner.
Staff. extremely courteous and helpful guys, special mention for Alice who really made us feel at ease with her kindness, impossible to ask for more.

Cool little spot within a 2minute walk from St Marc's square. The food was great and the staff were great fun. Reasonably priced for Venice also

Very cramped and crowded... standard affair for a Hard Rock Cafe to be honest. The staff were great, but if you order a set menu be prepared for completely no break in between courses. It's like a conveyer belt for food! The food was delicious though, and served very hot. The whole restaurant was baking, needs air conditioning badly, as a result was difficult to finish all the food!

The Hard Rock Cafe Venice can be found at the opposite end of St Mark's Square from St Mark's Basilica, a fabulous night can be had here, exceptionally friendly welcoming staff, book your table in advance to avoid disappointment.

The more Hard Rock I visit, the more I am surprised ... Congratulations!

Small but concentrated restaurant in the historic chain.

As always and in any place, the kitchen is on the level. No disappointments. Delicious cocktails. Fast and perfect service. The waiting time for the table did not exceed 30 minutes even in the peak of the carnival. Izjumenka is a chic chandelier made of Murano glass. The minus is very crowded since the tables are only on the second floor, on the first bar.

Nice place and last time gave a 2 stars without consciousness. Apologies!

Home away from home - good food, great people, much better than bad pizza at sky high prices

Lovely staff, decent food and cocktails in a lovely location! Great spot for those looking for less sea-food based dishes with very Americanised cooking style & portions.

He is not just being friendly, he had provided us(me & my wife) a wonderful and heartwarming assistance when we both were facing some issue about the transactions while we were buying things at HR cafe, Venice! I can see he is so passionate about his job in HR cafe, and being a operations manager, what he did, was above the expectations! BRAVO for you, JACOPO ROMANELLI! Good work and thanks for all you have done for us!

I'm a hard rock fan and this place is amazing. Different from the other I visited, it's small and quite hide in the city. Probably I would not find it if I didn't look for it.

great place to visit. It was nice to relax and enjoy some different food and music just for a change. decor as expected from a Hard Rock Cafe - staff all great. Even the shop staff were full of fun. The pricing is higher than other places around the world but still worthwhile.

Very small place, tables excessively close together, the only thing alive in its essence is the decoration, the music and the friendliness of the employees ...
For that alone I give it two stars, if I judge by quality and price I should give it only one!

One of my favorite restaurants. Always the waiters so friendly and funny. He has a small shop with t-shirts.

Tipical Hard rock franchise, a little bit smaller due to lack of space in Venezia, standardized HD menu, very professional staff, nice view from restaurant, do not know about caffe and music part

Excellent place to eat typical American rich foods. Very good attention and prices are of the average type 14 up.
The wings are the best with french fries !!!
The clothes are also very good and with affordable prices.
At night it lends itself to go for a drink at the bar and listen to good music. A very well placed place. Recommendable!!

Experience anything but pleasant. Group outing, especially planned to be able to dine here. We book for about two hours later (recommended time for not having to wait). We arrive punctually at the restaurant but we are informed that our table has been sold to another party of four. They would be "confused" with the names Erik and Tom (???). Moral of the story? 45 minutes of waiting, lost train, absolute lack of time for dessert and cocktails that we would have loved to taste. Not even an apology from the staff, despite our obvious disappointment.
Two stars because the food is not bad for a fast food restaurant but given the behavior of the staff I will not be returning to the Venice office soon.

When I go to Venice it is my point of reference for eating well and drinking fabulous cocktails. By now the hard rock cafe is a classic of all the main cities in the world and you can never go wrong here. Always polite and welcoming staff, impeccable service and always good and fresh dishes. I have tried many dishes but for me the Combo Jumbo is a dish that satisfies all tastes you can eat a bit of everything with 4 different sauces. I can't say anything else but I recommend it to everyone young and old

Other than Naples and the south that bear the nomination, Hard Rock of Venice that does not make a receipt of 7/12/18 hours 21.43 and are Italian figured to foreigners. Who likes hard rock advice. Mine was a report to the manager. "

Very friendly staff and great food. I asked for a carry out and ordered from the menu and it was ready fast.
