Nice Staff, at the shop as well as at the restaurant.
Good food and service, a bit calm, not much happening
Love looking at all the memorabilia on the walls. Food came out quickly. Friendly service.
Rich choice in cocktails and lovely food against affordable prices. On Tuesdays and Sunday's live music with Singer Karla Kingz. Great entertainment!
Very good and well prepared food (and of course nice music)
Well served dishes and nice music. Service left a little to be desired but it seemed like something common on the island.
Didn't not eat there .. had drinks and listened to live music .
Outdoor patio is covered, which is a nice relief from the sun.
I attended this HRC for the first time in 2010 and for the third time today. As with the last two visits, nothing is going on at lunchtime. Which didn't bother now. Unfortunately, prices continued to rise. A french fries for $ 9 and the classic burger for 22,, 50 without a tip are completely covered
Looks like fun. Big area. Great location at prime Palm Beach location
We only stopped here for the gift shop. The restaurant was deserted, but at least it had air conditioning. Stuff in the shop is WAY overpriced and they don't have WiFi.
Six of us, on vaction, just had a great meal and a greater waitress. Nicole was fabulous!! She explained everything on the menu and treated all of us like family. What ever you are compensating her is not enough. She is an absolute gem.
I love all the Hard Rocks but this one lacks joy to the children's outfit, the outside is nice perp a lot of heat
I have been to 8 Hard Rock Cafes in my life, many of which have had excellent fold and service. My experience at this location set a low bar not only for the chain, but for all restaurants I visited in my two-week stay in Aruba (~27 restaurants visited on this lovely island). The wings, which are usually stellar at Hard Rock, were cold when they arrived and quite chewy to eat. They tasted like those microwaveable TGIF wings I buy at the grocery store when I am hungover. The burger after was tough to stomach given the nausea induced by what I presume as the cold wing appetizer. Service was slow, despite the restaurant being nearly completely empty. I shouldn t have to wait 15 mins for a water cup to get to the table. I left with regret, so many better places to eat nearby. I will not return. I got sick that very night (puking) after eating Hard Rock. I suspect the cold wings were undercooked or sitting around for far too long. TLDR; For the love of God, do not eat the wings here if you decide to go.
Fun place to eat and drink great vibes great music lovely people.
Great brawny for me its the best.
Great bartender great waiters.
Worst Hard Rock experience ever.
There was only one other table of 4 in the entire place, yet the service was extremely slow. After placing our drink orders, they arrived ten minutes later...and were not correct. They did offer to fix it, but we were worried we'd be there for another hour if we did. (The glasses were also sticky and we were given broken straws...just plain annoying.)
We requested water (for a second time), and that took another ten minutes.
When our food arrived, it was bland and unappealing.
My husband tried desperately to flag down the waitress (or ANYONE, for that matter) for the bill, while I went to the merchandise area. Of all the sweatshirts they had, they only had XL. So that was a fail too.
The $45 we spent there was such a waste. If you only want merchandise, and wear XL, then give this place a go. Otherwise, skip it and hit the Italian place next door.
Delicious food, cool atmosphere and then close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
I m a huge fan of Hard Rock Cafes and this location did not disappoint. My family and I have visited Aruba multiple times and we have always been happy with the service and the food here. I love the live music too. If you re looking for a great meal, look no further.
Must visit on the island, good music and very good atmosphere, 100% recommended.
No wait on a busy night, now I know why. Hard Rock also mandates a 15% gratuity, only restaurant that has done this. Food was okay, staff were great; however, we had to send back one of our kids meals as it was cold. The kids chicken nuggets were also chewy & not hot. My son got grossed out & just ate the fries, we did not send back.
It is very well located on a corner and has live music and outdoor space. But there are never too many people or too much atmosphere. Aruba's nightlife is a mystery.
Very pricey for no reason. Ran out of most drink options on menu. Music was ok.
Good food and nice staff.
If you've been to a Hard Rock Cafe before, you're not used to anything else.
Either you like it or not. We went home satisfied and satisfied.
The food was delicious and the energy of having local bands playing live at HRC was awesome! I must also thank the manager for making sure my pina colada was representative of the quality expected from HRC; he replaced the first one I had because it was too much ice and personally made me a second one which was great!
Every night live shows, delicious drinks and good prices.
The venue is nice to see concerts. They also have a lot of memorabilia which is really nice for those who don't like to gamble.
Local decorated like all HRC but the menu without many options
I like the place, there is live music every day and also my little daughter loves to go, the food and the children's gift to draw or paint
the food is delicious, good live music, the burgers are very good, I try the atomic burguer I liked it a lot
This is my 30th Hard Rock. Susan is the best waitress! Glad that it is outside of the cruise ship area. Cool place. Drinks are NOT watered down
Fantastic place!! Everybody so kind and professional. Great evening!! Andrea (the singer was amazing!!! Definitely a great place to hang while in Aruba!!!! Special thanks to Jhonny, you went out of your way to give a fantastic evening!!!!
A good place to enjoy the atmosphere, attention and music.
So I ve always loved hard rock and have been to them all over the globe and make sure I visited them all for at least one beer, got to this one, I m still finding it hard to believe that for two drinks, of beer, not gold dust, got me $28.46 USD, I m sorry that the brand has lot it s way and I will certainly be never returning to it ever again. I will await your response before this goes any further.
Pretty disappointing. Slow uncaring service and uninspiring food. Tastless seafood on an island? Really? About the only thing good was that it had a live band.
They charged us 15% for gratuities, but told us the tip was not included! The restroom are dirty, would not like to see the kitchen!
Good place, good attention. But for me it would be lacking to be in a better place
that was have a local live band playing there it's a nice atmosphere cuz you look at it some of the market stalls it's always busy people flowing around so I don't think you'll be disappointed food is good service as good as always in Aruba
My first and last visit to a Hard Rock Cafe. I had heard they were overhyped but wanted to give it a chance. Paid US $18 for a pint of Heineken including assumptory 15% service charge. It was early in the evening (around 9pm) but there was no atmosphere compared to surrounding bars. I regret paying that now that I found a much better bar, with friendlier barstaff and a much better atmosphere nearby that charged USD $5 for a beer. In fact, we got a cocktail and a beer for less than we paid for one beer in HRC. I will never go in one of these rip off joints again, how they survive is beyond me!
Really good food, a wide variety of different musical artist memorabilia, and a decent souvenir shop.
Pretty cool to get to a hard rock cafe in Aruba. Good spot. About what you'd expect
The prices are very high in relation to the quality of the food.
Noon to 5pm lunch menu and 5 pm to 7 pm happy hour with great service. Kid's menu. Palm beach location. What's not to like?
Worst one we've been to, no drinks prices on the menu, $11.25 for a beer
The food was very good and the equipment of the restaurant is very extensive. Nevertheless, something was missing for a really welcoming atmosphere.
In addition, only a very limited offer was available in the shop, which was a pity. Obviously, nothing really wants to be sold.
