Food was good, drinks okay.. WAY overpriced.. we almost left after ordering drinks (wish we did).. just realized now that the waitress came tableside with the check and credit card machine and told me the total but never showed me the bill which most likely included 15% gratuity (shame on me for not asking to see the bill), but either way, you're in Aruba... plenty of other places to eat better food for less than half the price. Guarantee I will never be back.

In response to their reply...:
WRONGGG! We looked at the menus on the strip back to the Riu and every place was HALF the price... *This was lunch time.. Also, I love how you didn't address the waitresses grimy tactic. Again, its my fault for not double checking, but she obviously knew what she was doing.. I would have still tipped her well, but at this point its the principle.

The lemonade needed lots of sugar and the nachos, how can I say this, there was two bites of cheese, a single sliced jalapeno, a couple red beans, and a little diced tomato. It was put in toaster and chips were burnt. Needless to say, we wont be back this trip. Especially for a $24 plate of terrible nachos. And $10 for lemonade.

Hard Rock Cafe is always a good option and in this occasion it was again.

Very good food, service A+, every night live music playing Rock, classic, Latin etc great please to spend with kids and family.

The outside corner is perfect to enjoy the night life at High Rise Hotels side in Aruba.

Recommended.

It was okay for us. Stopped in for lunch on a weekday. We were the only ones there apart from another group. The staff were absolutely lovely, the only let down for us was the food. It was very expensive for what it was and the burger I had didn't have the patty cooked properly all the way through which put me off eating the rest of it. The burger itself was quite bland too (I had the one with a Guinness sauce from memory). The potato skin appetiser was tasty!
No free wifi. The toilets were clean but very old.

The atmosphere is great. If you can attend on the weekends when the live band is there you will truly enjoy yourself. They play a nice mix of American pop songs, while also throwing in a few local songs for you to experience their culture. I highly recommend this place.

Good music, excellent location. Somewhat expensive for the alternatives that are just a few steps from the restaurant. It has good parking. If you are a fan of Hard Rock Cafe it is a must see on the island.

Food was delicious. Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable of the menu. The prices were a bit inflated, but our dishes were worth it. The wall decorations were a nice touch and entertaining. We ate here early dinner time and it was very slow, but swung by later in the evening after our beach stroll/sunset walk and it was busy and lively. There were souvenir vendors outside. Was not hard to hail a taxi from this location. I enjoyed our meal here, but for vacation 1 time is enough. On the strip with many other restaurants to choose from.

It's a Hard Rock. Nothing to write home about. If you'd like to spend $20 buck on an ok burger this is your spot. The decor and memorabilia is a nice collection of some of my favorites! We were there during lunch and we're literally the only ones in the restaurant other than the staff.

Typical hard rock cafe ...but what stops me from recommending are the prices.
Server was very nice and friendly.
We were the only ones there. Should have taken that as a sign as the restaurants in the back street were hustling and bustling.
Prices are astronomically high.. I initially thought this was due to location in Aruba but restaurants close by were cheaper as we found out later.
Food quality was good though.
If you really really have to go to a hard rock cafe for nostalgia, it seemed legit and had decent ambience, but wouldn't recommend otherwise due to prices.

Another plus,. They actually had some rock music playing , which is contrast to other hard rock cafes playing horrible pop garbage which is a betrayal to the brand.

A bit overpriced. However, the service was amazing. We stayed for a birthday until midnight and they were super patient and nice.
Avoid going on a Saturday night if you don t like loud music because the band was so intense...the rest very good just like every Hard Rock !

Who knows a Hard Rock Cafe knows all Hard Rock Cafe's?

Actually yes, according to our experience worldwide ... but ...

This HRC in Aruba looks promising from the outside and when you enter it you will be bitterly disappointed.

- Small merchandise corner with few articles, but exclusive prices

- The exclusive prices continue with the drinks. Most expensive caffeine-containing lemonade to date worldwide

- The friendliness of the MA is unusually bad

- Again I had to have the metal magnet "HRC Aruba" = $ 20 including tax

- The menu is different from most other HRC.

A completely different bar does it there or on Bonaire or even better on Curacao.

At least in HRC Aruba you didn't understand the ABC of customer satisfaction ... haha pun
