Hard Rock Café, Singapore Review

Had a amazing evening at Hard Rock Cafe Singapore. The best music and songs. Food was excellent. Drinks were at times slow or forgotten(I guess) but still - it being that busy and loud, I still think it was a job well done last night. Food portions are huge too !

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean establishment. Entertaining events. However, be prepared to spend a lot on money for alcohol.

An American restaurant with the Bar, and best live music in Singapore.As a Hard Rock Rewards member, I recommended these cafe to whom visiting Singapore. All Is One..

If you have been to one Hard Rock you have been to all. no exceptions here. Big portions, memorabilia etc etc.

Good for the nachos and the beer and the song collection. Everything else is a bit overrated

I love this place! It's been soo long I've never come here since I was a little child. I love the foods, drinks, and desserts so much! I suggest you to come here and enjoy along with your family and/or friends.

Nice food, kids friendly menu. Use dbs card for 10% off.

Food not good but it's never good world wide. Live band is entertaining

If you are in a wheelchair or disabled , forget it! 15/20 steps up to the restaurant, or 10 steps down to a lift. Maybe the restaurant could invest in a stair lift !

Hard Rock Cafe Singapore is an utter disappointment.... Music volume is low so if you think you can rock it... Better forget it. The Manager said that it's done deliberately which is even worse. I dont go to Hard Rock Cafe to only eat so please go to HRC only if you are going there to eat. The management needs to understand the vision of Hard Rock Cafe which obviously they dont. The food is great but the music is really bad.

Poor service. Requested for chili sauce, almost finished my main course then serve us the sauce. Waited a long time for ice cream to serve as well. Restaurant during weekday lunch time, not crowded at all. Please do something about your service level.

Came here for the retail and not the dining room. I collect HRC tee shirts everywhere I travel. Yes they are a little steep but I came on 21/9/2019, and there was a big sale going on. Buy three and get one free came to 129 SG paid with a AAA Visa card. Win win sit. here one free tee shirt, no foreign trans fee.

Hard rock cafe Singapore in orchard is always crowded. The services pretty good, I love the singer too as she always looks happy and cheerful, nevertheless great voice too.

I was there for time reasons during the day. Especially wanted to buy Tshirts, Zippofeuerzeug and pins. Of course, one of the hot cocktails had to be tasted and a huricane glass for my collection. Think in the evening is more going on there. But I came quickly into conversation with employees.

Watched the Super Bowl there this morning and the staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was just okay but, they really need to diversify their beer selection.

Never been to a Hard Rock with excellent food. Maybe it's due to the lack of order volume.

Passing down to sit down for an afternoon tea, Brownie is a bit too sweet
But quite distinctive and not quite the same as Taiwan.

Nice place to chill and value for money lunch deals !! Will be back again with a bigger group. Nice staffs very helpful and cheerful.. Keep it up HRC !!

I love HRC, but this one is hidden and long l lonely

If there's a concert here, don't bother buying tickets, you can just dine upstairs instead of paying a concert priced ticket, perhaps with a better view. I paid over 100 bucks to come and watch Ash over here today, they don't even let concert goers to the top floor. Wouldn't bother supporting this Hard Rock brand anymore, they employ rude people as staff, wanted to take a photo from the top but unfortunately they don't allow paying concert goers up top, only walk in.

Sadly on a Sat night, no crowd..the band does not do justice either...

This place used to be my favourite hangout and I thought my son might like it as much as I did then. Sadly, the service staff are no longer the bubbly and energetic souls, not as observant, and special occasions were not celebrated with the free slice of brownie anymore. The restaurant has lost its spirit and charm.

Fantastic food here,ribs were tasty and succulent.Had excellent service lovely ambiance it was decorated for Halloween

Great service and the food is quite good. Our favorite burger is served here and pound to pound you cannot beat the size and flavor.
Environment is super nice and cozy.

Have visited and eaten at many Hard Rock Cafes and this would have to be the worst, will certainly not come back
Music sound quality very bad; appeared to be too much bass and we were unable to hold a conversation
Food was mediocre, a lettuce leaf and slice of tomato plus some onion slices in a requested medium burger which was very rare in the middle. Was going to return it but in view of horror stories about what state your meal is returned in decided to leave it.
Beer prices appeared to be exorbitant

Cool place, nice interior. Good selection of drinks. Tasty beer. Fridays live music. Tasty food. There is a gift shop. I advise you to buy a beer or cocktail glass.

A private party get us out, because we have to leave the bar area, so, why stay somewhere in the backside? Also the staff was not polite. The Rockshop was not well equipped.

First of all I must say that the staff in the Rock Shop is perfect and the products in the shop as well.
Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant is quite slow. The Quinoa Burger was ok. I had far better burgers in other Hard Rock Cafes. Somehow it took ages to pay by card. The waitress took our cards and haven't returned with them for at least 10 minutes.
The music of the guitar player was far too loud, so there was no way to communicate with each other.

The formula is the usual one of any hard rock in the world. However, here the waiters might seem, for a Westerner, too nagging and intrusive.
