Quick customer service. Drinks were stronger than usual.

Overall would be good if some investments are made towards up keeping / updating

Hard rock cafe may be overrated because its everywhere, but it is a nice to go to once in a while. Food portions are generous and live music always helps.

They don't play music everyday. Food and drinks were ok.

The potato skins Are The best in Singapore. Good meat here and nice ambience. Staff very pleasant

Hard Rock Cafe has been around for a while now for a reason. The food is very tasty. My favourite is Chicken Mac n' cheese. Don't expect it to be too healthy. Delivers on comfort and calories.

I simply love their burgers & American classics. Their root beer is irresistible. I have visited them several times last month, food is still good as ever.

Enjoyed the ribs and the fish and chips. For $15 nett set lunch for soup, main course, and ice cream, that's a steal! Will come back again!

As a reputable international brand cafe, the service encountered here was quite lousy. We came in a group of 14 to celebrate one of our friends birthday. We noticed the crowd at that time is still manageable (understatement by the way, there's many empty seats), but waiters acted like they're very busy and when one of my friends requested for water refill, he just placed the jug hard on the table giving an unpleasant look. Took them quite some time to clear the table too.

Extremely pricy and rather mediocre food. Fries were lousy, hard and dry.

Steamed vege mix like broccoli , cauliflower carrots was way too undercooked and hard.

The ribeye at $55++ were also both overcooked though we asked for medium.

Staff members weren't attentive and one in particular was unreasonable and unhelpful to us in front of my guests. Very disappointing. Will definitely not be going again.

I have visited many hard rock cafes and seen. I did not give the fifth star because I did not like the furniture (tables, chairs). On the interior, it would need a slightly rockier look. The staff is very friendly, helpful, accommodating and they always have a laugh on their face. Congratulations!
The food is good. As a visitor to Singapore and Asia, I prefer the Asian cuisine, which I find the best.

Medium doneness rib eye steak with the mashed potato was so delicious. Big steak good for sharing.

Went with a large group 8 kids and 5 adults on a Monday night.

Food was mediocre and expensive. Ambience was not relaxing - music was way too loud.

They have a tradition of interrupting the whole resteraunt to sing Happy Bday - it happened twice during our meal which is fine if it is only the bday table but the whole resteraunt is a little much.

On the positive side, was the service by our waitress, Joythi, was very patient and helpful - unlike the waiter who was rude and surly.

So if you are looking for a relaxed venue to share a meal with friends, look elsewhere.

This is a pretty good Hard Rock Cafe. There's a lot of seating for a lot of people. It's expensive, just like everything in this area of Singapore. Service is friendly, and on the weekends they have live bands. It's really loud, and not really in a good way.

Awesome staff and food.. their chilli crab sauce nachos is a must try! The Texan is really good too!

It is the absolute hammer. Great service, great drinks, great atmosphere. And all this even though this evening was a private party. And the prices are completely ok, it's just hard rock. Thank you guys for the successful evening.

Service is fast and friendly. Slightly on the price side. I ordered ribs, and it turned out a bit harder than expected, but great nonetheless. Music is loud but not intrusive.

I have been to several hard rock cafes round the world and this one is on the small side for me. The food is standard american fare, really nothign to shout about, and I was disappointed to find out the band does not start playing till after 10pm.

Friendly staff. There is a small shop, but very small. In my opinion a little inconvenient location in the city, you can not notice and drive past.

Have not been here for ages. The burgers are still excellent. Service was slow and staff not atentive, even though the restaurant was not crowded on that day

Great atmosphere and excellent service staff! Their birthday celebrations are funny! Had the ribs which were good though a little dry - used to be better. The ribeye was normal only...would not recommend it and definitely would not recommend the added $15.90 for shrimp - it's just a normal serving of prawns that I would pay only 5 bucks at most. Stick to the ribs! No happy hours for beer too so I was understandable not happy. They have a good selection of local craft beers and alcohol though! Support local!

Hardrock standard in one of the best locations in town

Food was good, like at other Hard Rock's. However the customer service was poor, minimal conversation with blunt answers. Waitress was rude. Overpriced for what poor experience this was.

I like the atmosphere and live music, but for my taste cuisine could be more variable. You'll like the place, if you are burger lover))

Food is good with a nice energetic vibes. Friendly service staff makes the dining experience extra nice.

I don't know what it is with this chain in Asia but umcomparable to place I'm the U.S. In India is mediocre at best at least the Singapore is a hair better but not much. Always pretty empty when we've gone (twice) ...but service is fast and servers are nice. Drinks are good. Way over priced food for the quality....

Very expensive food but comes with a good atmosphere.

I went for lunch on 2nd Jan 2020 and had my bottle of water with me. I was advised by the staff member that no outside food and drinks are allowed. Even plain water? Wth, if it was other drinks or food i think it is acceptable, but even water in my bottle is not allowed, i think that is unreasonable. The food is good but that kind of ruined the whole dining experience

I have been to this hard rock now 4 times with high hopes it would be better. The sevice is good but the food is aweful! Simple dishes are old and wilted. Easy wings taste Very old. Stay away. Come for drinks at best not food.

Live band and food are good. It is a fun place to hang out.

If you just have to have American food while in Singapore

Went during lunch and they have $15 nett set lunch that comes with soup, main, ice cream and drinks. Not too bad but food is kinda below average. Fish batter is not crispy :(

Nice place to spend during weekends with family and friends. Song play during our lunch time were very rock and roll!

Food served were great apart from 2 medium size fish & chips. Our expectations it's shud be serve large size portion.

Friendly and competent service, delicious food, as you know it from the Hard Rock Cafes.

The place for lonely Muricans craving some food from home. They do a good job. The tip is included and the staff seems to know that Americans are used to tipping. Kind of a funny game they play. Cost a bit much for what it is but not for where it is. Clean restaraunt.

Great atmosphere and friendly staffs. Minus 1 star because the only entrance is climbing up a flight of stairs (i went there with my 70 year old parents), other than that it was a great experience

It's not the prettiest Hard Rock Cafe but the food and the beer were cool. Very professional waiters!

Hard Rock's food and staff service aims to please. I always come back to this place for the ribs, fries, cobb salad and steak.

Expensive, but very good food. Eat here if you are a hard rock cafe fan, but not if you are looking for a cheap night. Serves are large.

Very dry chicken, the wings were cold. Disapointing...
