Hard Rock Café, Singapore Review

A real disappointment. I've visited loads of hard rock cafes, I've 15 t-shirts from around the world. But this was just a boring restaurant, no real bar, music was tragic.

No excuse in a vibrant place like Singapore. Avoid

Excellent vegetarian food and service. Especially we had a complaint about food and it was promptly replaced. Manager is very friendly.

Overpriced and not quite worth it at all. I won t be coming back for sure.

Well known worldwide chain with a hard-rock themed deco. Food is actually pretty nice and, owing to its American origins, portions are huge. Very popular on weekend nights so plan accordingly.

Worst coffee venue in Singapore. I'll Stick to beer next time

Visited Hard Rock Shop to get the city tee, nice to get the limited edition blue shirt. Walking distance from the hotel (Jen Hotel) and short walk to the famed Orchard Rd

You have to be here for a good hamburger. Nice spacious place, with good music.

Very friendly staff, back again 2019 I like in all the Asian food is good but after a few weeks in the region, a good Burger is appreciated very much. And the Hard Rock is a good place to get on. Beside some good Music and also the Shop is nice to buy some gifts. Not cheap but still OK.

Hard rock cafe Singapore maintains the quality of its brand.
The location is slightly on the side. The building does not have a parking. You would have to use the mall parking.
The entrance is similar for the hard rock brand.
The staff behaviour was pleasant.
You have a choice of food items. Many of the varieties are good while the burgers are great.
The music was the highlight, while the atmosphere always attracts you.
Overall the hard rock cafe Singapore is worth trying out.

Great food and great Service as expected from any Hard Rock Cafe !!

Good location, nice employees, large selection. We were pointed out by 2 employees to a special, which we then used. All sizes available, unfortunately no changing room.

Same everywhere you go you know what got are going to get and not bad

This place may be stuck in the 90s but that s exactly why people keep coming here. Delicious American food, live music and drinks! No where else makes nachos like they do.

We were wondering how empty it is for a Hard Rock Cafe. As a starter, we shared chicken wings. They were delicious and hot too. After that we both had a burger. Both burgers and fries were lukewarm and the burgers were mushy too. I definitely have to praise the friendly and attentive staff.

One of the better HardRock cafes in the world, regardless of the friendliness of the staff, as well as the coziness, the prices, the taste of the dishes, etc.

My wife and I were on an Asia Holiday and planned to visit all HRC in each country which we did, which included 3 in Singapore.
We had visited Sentosa earlier in the day and eventually found this one. We only had drinks and snacks which was all we needed after big lunch at HRC Sentosa. The night we went there was a really good band playing (from Hawaii) and we really enjoyed our time there.
We walked there and found it quite difficult to find but we tapped into a wifi at a mall and used Google Maps to find location.

A good place with excelent food and service. Its a Reward paticipent cafe as well.

Usually a big fan of Hard Rock so popped in. The ribs were poor, chicken tenders lovely as usual but not a great HRC.

Thumbs up to Jive Talkin's performance, and HRC's friendly service staff.
Food wise, their Legendary Burger fell short of expectation as the beef patty was a bit dry. The HRC Nachos and BBQ chicken wings were passable. More cheese on nachos would be good. HRC is a place to go for live band performance and to reminisce about the good old times, rather than to enjoy good quality food.

There for dinner because it was close to music school stdinner time. There was live music that night... It was too loud for the size of the club. Burgers were ok but the kids were deaf

If you want a lively environment where you can sit and chill with friends, this is a great place. Nice live music, great selection of drinks and they offer good food as well. Prices are reasonable too.

Food was expensive and below average. Drinks were bad too. Negroni tasted like cough syrup. Service was lacklustre. Disappointing! I expected more given the Hard Rock brand name.

Service is swift and pleasant. Food is excellent and ambience has.good fragrance.

If you're in Singapore and want a western meal, this one is a good choice. Decent food and good location.

The Singapore Sling was good as well as the nachos. Good location. Friend loved the collector pins and T-shirts.

Typical Hardrock restaurant. Big portions but the price is extremely high compared to all other restaurants in the area.

Wheelchair difficult to get inside. Otherwise, the location, staff and food were excellent.

Good place for get togethers. Tasty food. Varieties of liquor.

Not the most impressive HRC I ve visited, lacks a bit of the wow factor. We didn t eat there but visited the shop and had a cocktail at the bar.

Not the greatest Hard Rock and a bit out of the way. Food was good but not amazing. Had the bbq combo but there wasn't much meat on the ribs.

In renovation. They wanted to do something. I hope it is better after the renovation

Had a wonderful experience here. I went with three other friends. The service was really nice. The waitress was very friendly and prompt in service. The food was also very nice and filing. All of us had a good experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed riffling through the hard rock cafe store at the front of the restaurant. It has some very lovely merchandise. It has some vegetarian options but could offer more.

The food was decent but generic. Decor looked a bit dated. Service was OK, no real complaints.

The house-band, "Ethereal" I think was the name, was mediocre at best, covering mostly easy, popular and almost obvious pop songs with no real creativity and charisma... Ultimately comes off as boring.

*addendum: As always, like every HRC around the world, it is the easiest place for a Malaysian to find one another! For some reason or other, Malaysians have a strange obsession with Hard Rock Cafe, and this place, being just across the border to us, is of course no different!

This is different from the other chains in Asia. Worth visiting.

Menu choice is limited. Food is great. Portions are large. Couldn't eat everything.

Friends who have collected Hard Rock Coffee T are very suitable to come here, there are many styles, and you will lose yourself here~

I was in the cafe yesterday, the food was very good. My salad was delicious. We then went to the shop to buy t-shirts. We encountered very unfriendly, bored shop assistants. You did not feel that you were welcome and that you want to sell something ... That's never happened to me, no matter in which hard rock I was. Too bad.

Infuriating....3$ for extra fries... 8 chips in total
