Good ambience,and facilities ,ac in third floor hall is not efficient though

Good hospitality from the side of management.Food was tasty with some faults apart.Location is ideal for family and friends.Moreover the parking facility is also good.

I have been there few times for dining and the service is so good from the good lining of staffs they have and the food is good with hygiene . And the bar also good service unfortunately the pub is closed

Good place to stay. The staff are helpful. The restaurant also provides tasty and variety of dishes.

Stayed at Harbour View residency during November 2018. Although it's a 4star property, it's not well maintained to begin with. The reception wasn't courteous at all. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working and they changed our room to another one, and the AC wasn't working there as well. On top of it the flush tank wasn't working. They charge around Rs47 for a 20rupees water bottle. Positive thing was that coffee was available at 3 in the morning and also that ample parking space is available. Not value for money and needs a lot of improvement and maintenance.

Good atmosphere. The food tastes great. Went for their buffet dinner more than 4 times.

True to its name , Harbor view residency located just opposite to kochin shipyard. You can enjoy the beautiful view of shipyard from the hotel.Rooms are clean and good but the bathroom is very small ( claustrophobic people may not like it). Restaurant is also very good

We had a party at the hotel. But service is inattentive. Glasses were not available in sufficient number, rwason given as having too many guests. Aaked for chocolate brownie, was asked if vanilla cake will do? You get the picture. The decor and ambience is ok. Very near to cochin shipyard.

The 550rs unlimited barbecue is worth.All starters and barbecue chicken are taste.Need to improve their deserts.

Large spread of buffet and barbaque value for money

If you want to stay for a night accommodation please go for that ...Food is not that much tasty...little improvement is needed for service part.

Courteous staff, well furnished & cozy rooms, having a small refrigerator & a safe as well. Good housekeeping staff.
Has a restaurant - Open Flame Kitchen, which has a barbecue & serves variety of Veg & Non-Veg food. Complementary breakfast consists of variety of North & South Indian dishes.
Has a Fitness Centre, having Treadmill & Exercise bike.
Had a long stay here & would love to stay here during my next visit. Would recommend others to stay here for any visit to Kochi, esp. Cochin Shipyard.

Located at the heart of the city, this place is hard to miss when you are near Ravipuram. The restaurant offers good barbecue buffet for Rs.500. The exit from the hotel though, you are sure to scrape the underbelly of your car, unless it is an SUV.

A great place for a quick get together. Sample space at the restaurant. You can separate yourself from the regular customers and hence there is privacy. Parking is not too big, but it is adequate to accommodate regular customers. Food and the service is good. Very cooperative staff.

Its a 4 star hotel. Good reception.They have a decent bar, good to relax and chit chat. Not crowded with people. The rates are not extreme.

Seating comfort not so good. You will be sitting with people who is drinking beer. Not the best place to choose if you are with family...
