Harbour Inn Marina and Spa Review

We enjoyed our stay in St Michaels. The restauants in town were wonderful. We loved the 7:30 cruise on the Selina which leaves out of the marina at the Inn. Also enjoyed the spa. The Inn is in need of updates. The facility looks old and tired. The furnishings are outdated and the carpet is old/dirty.

Great location and beautiful views. I came for a romantic weekday visit.
I have some HUGE suggestions though.
Can I please have some curtains?? The windows in our room only had blackout curtains. These needed to be shut almost the entire visit. The outside breakfast area was 10 feet from my window! The last thing I wanted was to be on display dressed or otherwise to others. I enjoyed the ensuite jaquizzi but it would have been so much more romantic if I could have been looking out onto the water.Some type of window covering that allowed me to see out and enjoy the view that I had paid so highly for would have been much better!
The room was nice but lacked ambiance. It needed crown molding and cornices. It just did not feel finished. Staff is friendly. Location superb!
St. Michaels is a great town

Excellent in every way. Extremely accommodating to our 6 pound Maltese dog, Lilly. Attended to every possible need you could have. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, welcomed our dog with open arms. Great location, wonderful bar, restaurants and food. Beautiful views. The best hotel. I travel for my job a fair amount and this was by far the best hotel. They even offer a free shuttle anywhere into the town.

Great staff. The perfect getaway for the weekend or for us just the day. We have used the marina twice now, once for an overnight and once for the day. We were treated well both stays. Great amenities and the food at the bar was wonderful with a great bartender. We got in late and all of the restraints in town were closed but the bar fired up the kitchen and made us a wonderful meal. It felt more like a bed and breakfast experience than a hotel. Would definitely recommend and can t wait to return. In and out on the boat was great and the guys at the dock couldn t be more helpful!

Beautiful views & the furniture layout of the room was perfect. The bathroom needs some tlc. The breakfast was disappointing. It took an hour for our meal and the staff was sparse. The meal itself was good. We also ate at Harbor lights for dinner. The food was really good but the service was lackluster.

The room views are amazing in the morning. The breakfast is pretty good too. Really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious. The staff is attentive and pleasant. They have a nice pool with a walk up bar with strong cheap drinks. Wifi can be a bit spotty but is free.

Was a nice holiday weekend stay in a upkept though older hotel. Elevator was added in later years so not conveniently located but functional if necessary

We booked a trip in December but the covid #s have spiked and our state is in a stay at home order. St Michaels harbour inn and spa refused to give us any type of refund. Very disappointed in their customer service and business practices. Don t book unless you 100% know you can go.

Our room was as advertised and as expected. I couldn't have asked for a better match on expectation and experience.

Very nice hotel, good location, great views! Only negative is that the WiFi is terrible. Overall I would recommend it!

Room was a bit dated however the service and the location were absolutely perfect.

We discovered St. Michaels Harbour Inn, Marina and Spa 4 years ago and it has become an annual trip from our home in Norfolk, Va for a relaxing and genuinely unique get away. We request the Captain's Suite on the second floor and the Inn is very accommodating in our request and we are never disappointed. While we usually visit the first week of August this year family was in the area and we visited the week of the 4th of July. We were to leave on the 3rd but decided to stay through the 4th. The Inn made this happen without changing our room and this was indeed a major plus. I highly recommend St. Michaels Harbour Inn and the town itself which has is only a short walk away or the Inn will provide a driver to take you into town. Great restaurants in St. Michaels including the one at the Inn. Thanks to all.

The Inn was fabulous...centrally located, clean, and a friendly staff. We were in town for my parents 55th Wedding Anniversary. It was nice to be able to have lunch upon arrival and before heading out to shop and tour the town. We will be back again soon. (The bikes were a nice touch. Our labradoodle was welcomed as well and plenty of places to walk)

This is our 2nd stay here and we absolutely love it! From the staff to the restaurant and the rooms- everything is top notch! Highly recommended!

The Inn is comfortable, clean, and spacious. Every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The views of the Bay are spectacular and very relaxing. I highly recommend the St Michaels Harbour Inn for couples and families.

Great off season spot to stay. Quiet and charming. The view isn't the only great thing here. Staff are very curteous and accommodating.

So when you show up early and ask for your room, it's not ready - not a problem at all. But that may be an indication that we want to go up early (and there was a whole conversation about us wanting to go up early). That must have not made it back to the cleaning crew as we have waited for for almost two hours to check in as we have watched family after family go up to their rooms.
If I had another option I would bail. This is ridiculous.

Pretty great. Weird stuff in the halls. I like that. Also, CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WITH OMELETTE STATION! WUT???!!!

Great location, nice hotel. Book a room facing the water and you'll be thankful. Pool is a fun scene.

This place is nice, we had a wonderful time. They have bikes for you to ride and a small pool. The restaurant wait staff was slow, but the food was great.

Best choice in St. Michaels. Winter time is great time to visit.

Beautiful views , outstanding rooms,very nice included breakfast.Will stay again. Shuttle into town less than 4 minutes for me.

Fabulous place! Food service is a bit of an issue however. Would still highly recommend. Just stock your little kitchenette with breakfast foods and snacks!

Came on a boat. Nice, clean facilities, close to town. Loved the pool!

The staff were just great, very good-natured and helpful. Peter was just great in handling my forgetting a gift card that our daughters gave us. The pick-up service to and from town from 4-11 p.m. was really a boon..
The gratis breakfast was delicious, and the people working the breakfast were pleasant and helpful. The omelets were delicious.
The view was beautiful from our room.
The room could have used larger lamps; I had a hard time reading with the tiny lamps and such a high ceiling. There just wasn't enough light in the room.Two comfortable chairs would have been nice, too, instead of one. The wooden furniture looked kind of old and worn but adequate.
The cleaning staff were most courteous and the room was clean.

We stayed at the marina, which is significantly cheaper than whats across the inlet. Service and amenities are excellent. Drawback is and tad longer walk into town.

Must say this is one of the better Resorts I have tried I chose the sweetheart package our room was phenomenal with the jacuzzi in the room the view was awesome we also got the spa package the Staff there were very courteous massage was amazing as well as the staff in the hotel... we also had the breakfast which was awesome with great selection including omelets pancakes waffles all the good stuff !!! would definitely go back!!!

Awesome place. The view was amazing and easy walking to town.

Great location, with beautiful views, if you have a harbor side room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is Continental, but they do have a made-to-
order omelette station. Free shuttle provides transportation to town.

We spent three nights at the Harbour Inn and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and beautiful view from our waterfront balcony. The room was clean and the hotel is taking good precautions during this time. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would only comment that the lobby, halls, and elevator carpeting could do with some refurbishment. (My only reason for four stars.) We will be back.

Great resort. We were there for just one night but with a 4 pm check in and 11:30 check out, our stay was < 24 hours. The room was beautiful - floor to ceiling window overlooking the water. Definitely will return with the next Groupon offering.

It was quaint the views were spectacular from the Captain's Suite and the city itself old school charm quiet perfect.

Had a good trip. View from the room was nice. Hotel could use a thorough renovation. Everything is pretty dated. Food at the restaurant was pretty good. Would stay again if back in the area.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. Great location and beautiful scenery!

I had a wonderful lunch at the Harbourside Grill. The service was so attentive and the food was not your usual waterfront food. The fried green tomatoes caprese style was fabulous. The blackened catfish was so flavorful and the asparagus was perfection. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Clean bathrooms, lovely decor, beautiful scenery. I CANNOT WAIT to go back.

It is nice and clean. Try to book a harbor view on the third floor.

This Hotel sits right on the Marina. Definitely felt like I was at club baby boomer. It is just a beautiful place.

Great little marina with nice pool and amenities. Only negative I have is fixed vs floating dock.
