I contacted this organization to convey my sincere appreciation for the Care Partners in there HarborChase facility in Wildwood, Florida and at the same time convey my concerns with one member of the administrative staff at this location. The receptionist was very professional and took my contact information and stated that there Director of Operations would follow up and contact me. That was a week ago with no follow up???
