Happy Days Retro Vacations Review

We have had a great 4 nights stay at Happy Days. The US Airstream RVs are so unique and have a quirky, retro feel to them, defo the USP for site. The site has superb facilities and the toilet block/showers were always clean. They have provided cleaning products i.e. anti-bac wipes, and spray, and bleach in all the W/C's so people clean before and after use as well. Also with the site size, of 7 RVs, we found this comforting that the site wasn't teeming people, like other larger camp sites. The log burners are a fantastic idea and we will all remember watching the stars and chatting till late. Jenny and Kevin are charming hosts and made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable.

Was recently hired to supply a Cocktail Making Masterclass at Happy Days Retro Campsite and i loved it. Really easy to find and get to. From a supplier point of view, this is a quirky kind of place. Very different to the grand venues i get to work at. I took over one of the "Shacks" for the evening to lay on a Cocktail Class for 12 Hens. It was perfect for that number. The Hens loved it and had a great night...finishing off with songs around the Camp fire at the end of the evening. Would happily recommend and return for future Hen Parties or Birthdays.

Isolated, easy going,retro beauties to stay in. Great toilet block too. Supermarket 5 mins away and seaside 10. Can hire the whole place for a mega weekend.

OMG, this place is fantastic! Just came to look at booking a mini break again this year and realised I had forgotten to write a rave review about our first visit! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the lovely owners who showed us the amazing facilities (you can never get bored here), giants games tent, a whole summer house full of vored games, DVDs etc, amazing toilet and shower facilities and all set in gorgeous greenery! Did I forget to mention they also have two escape rooms which you can also book. We took our cat on a holiday from our dogs last year (so pets are allowed), each caravan is individually decorated inside and really well done, its quite awe inspiring being around that many Airstreams, we can't wait to go back! Such a wonderful run family business with fantastic owners.

Had an absolutely amazing weekend here. We had rented the whole site for two peoples birthdays which was absolutely brilliant. The Owners of the site are very friendly and really helpful anything you need they will help you with. We paid extra to have a supply of firewood for our fire pit. The campsite had a lovely setup and an at home feel to it. The kids got to watch a film each night in the cinema room.
The garden/kids play area was a little walk from where the caravans are but was absolutely beautiful. On one of the days the kids picked some raspberry out of the garden that were rather yummy.
Highly recommend and would love to go back.

Our 3rd visit to Happy Days and it gets better with each stay.

We have stayed at Happy Days with our Son aged 2, 3 and last week aged 5. He adores it and told us he didn t want to leave. Neither did we!!

To echo most other comments - Jenny and Kevin are what make this place unique. They re beyond nice people who could not be more welcoming. They have taken every step possible to ensure your stay is special.

The site is kept immaculate, it s filled with fun and smiles and is creating something wonderful for families to enjoy.

This is a special place for us and we ll be back.

Just back from a great weekend, with fantastic weather.
My partner had never stayed in a caravan before so I was slightly worried he wouldn t enjoy it or get bored, plus I didn t know what to expect with these airstreams. I need not worry, the place was lovely and quiet, in a beautiful setting, I counted 7 airstreams, each with plenty of outside space.
The airstreams are pretty inside and cosy with everything we needed in the kitchen. Grocery shops 5 mins drive away & beach 10 mins. This site would be ideal for a group of friends hiring the whole place.
Two escape rooms and a small cinema room. The shower block was clean & hygienic.
Kevin and Jen were extremely friendly, chatty and there to assist if needed.
Would recommend if you prefer the quieter site.

Just spent a couple of days here and it's a wonderful place to stay, great location for visiting places along the coast, Dee Dee was lovely and the owners so helpful can't recommend it enough.

A fantastic place to stay near the Suffolk coast! You'll be staying in their lovingly restored and beautifully appointed Airstream caravans.
The on-site attraction, The Suffolk Escape Room is a draw for children and adults. A must-see!
The hosts are wonderful and will make sure your stay is a comfortable one.
A great place!

Had an amazing time. The kids spent the whole weekend running around and having adventures and made us promise to come back every year!
