It's a nice hotel with a beautiful pool on the 8th floor. The rooms are very spacious and have great views (from top floors). The breakfast was very nice. Staff friendly. The only downside is it's location, there isn't anything there and quite a walk to get to anywhere. However on the plus side it's right next to a sky train station.

Overall this hotels room condition and location are awesome, and service is incredible as well. For the similar price compare to Marriot and Banyan tree or Hyatt, I personally preferred & recommend Hansar more..
This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I dropped my phone in the pool and they rushed up a bowl of uncooked rice to help.. phone works perfect. Their breakfast is incredible. You can choose from thai or European style plus a giant buffet of various small dishes like fruit and coffee or tea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an amazing stay!
The Hansar Hotel is a 5-star luxury hotel located within the Pathumwan neighbourhood of central Bangkok. It has a very modern and trendy feel to it, with it s glass and metal construction immediately obvious as your taxi pulls up outside. Once inside, you will notice that they ve gone to the effort to make this an ultra-modern style hotel, with lots of modern art, designer furniture and lush tropical plants. The suites here are exquisitely decorated and adorned with lots of beautiful hardwood panelling. There is a complimentary mini bar in every room, with breakfast and Wi-Fi being included in the room rate as well. The rooms here are spacious, light and airy, somewhere you ll be pleased to get back to after the heat and smells of the Bangkok streets. All the rooms in this hotel are suites, so are considerably more spacious than the cheaper rooms at other 5 star luxury hotels in the area. The breakfast here is fantastic, and caters to all with organic and vegetarian options too. As is becoming the norm these days in luxury hotels, they offer a wide range of international cuisines for you to choose from. They do made to order breakfasts, which are delicious. After breakfast, you may choose to make use of the hotel s swimming pool, spa or fitness centre. The hotel boasts that their spa has won several awards for their spa treatments. With large, ultra-modern rooms, this should certainly be a hotel to consider, with rooms starting at around 5500 Baht ($165).
Not happy at all with the reservation (non-Thai) before check-in when talked to the phone - The check-in staff (Thai) was very good - Got the broken room, the staff team, they managed to change & upgrade room for us. Thank you! -
We stayed at Hansar for 4 nights in July 2019. While there are more spectacular hotels in this city of amazing hotels (and this is a pretty hotel), no one can possibly beat the service provided here. We had just had an early check in efficiently processed by Jay and Yana at the front desk, and were admiring the huge rooms when we heard a bump. Our 5 year old had tumbled down the sofa, and hit his head on the stone table on his way down. The scalp was bleeding and would need stitching. I requested a first aid kit from the front desk. Jay came over in a minute, and requested a hotel car right away to take us to the hospital. We returned back in a couple of hours with the baby taken care of at a nearby hospital. The hotel would not charge us for the car! Further, while we were gone, Jay came over twice to make sure my older kids were safe and comfortable at the hotel while their parents were away. The manager sent a small cake after our arrival, and everyone asked for the kids well being over the next few days. The people here make this a 5 star experience. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, but the never-busy Ratchadamri metro is 2 minutes away. Restaurant food is good, but exceptional dining is next door at the Anantara. The pool and gym are great. TV sucks, but if you are in Bangkok watching TV in your hotel room, then you should have considered an alternate destination.
Design wise, it looks much like hi-end condominium in 2010s. Facilities could have been better maintained, if listed as 5-star hotel.
Staff seems to be out numbered and carries many things on-hand.
Elefin, hotel s main food outlet, packs good stuff and worth the visit. Although, food is good and inexpensive, but the atmosphere is pretty unease due to seating arrangement and poor lighting.
One of the very best hotel in town with high level of privacy and services. The staff are nice, friendly, approachable, and eager to deliver services. The room layout of Vertigo Suite is superb. Best location with all interesting places are in walking-distance from hotel. Plus, you won t hear any traffic noise at all
