Bonnie Wright and her team, Melissa Deak and Lais Aguair, handled my home sale and were outstanding! My sale, was complicated by a number of factors, including one of the banks selling my loan at the 11th hour, forcing us to go back to start. Throughout the process, Bonnie, Melissa and Lais stayed right on top of it, pushing where necessary to move the sale along I strongly recommend them.

I recently had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Niemann on the recommendation of several neighbors. My experience with him was terrific- he is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. While I only had the pleasure of speaking to Bonnie Wright in the beginning of closing on the sale of my home, I communicated with Lais Aguiar almost everyday, and often several times a day. Fred Niemann and staff are truly the best. Fred completed Powers of Attorney and Medical Powers of Attorney for my Parents. Since this was the first time I have done this, Fred took time out to speak with myself and my Brother and answered all questions we had. Fred is truly a caring person and we setup a meeting with my parents and he again explained in detail to my parents the pro's of getting this done. My Parents were put at ease . We recently purchased a home that was riddled with clerical issues that should have been corrected by the seller well before the closing. The law firm was also on top of the issues surrounding my mothers Medicaid refining. For anyone that has gone through this it takes a lot of time and effort as the State filing commission is slow to respond and very pedantic. I would highly recommend Mr Neumann and his team. They quickly resolved what could have resulted in my mother being expelled from Medicaid causing a refiling. A refiling would have cost thousands. Thanks to Fred and his team this was avoided.
