We recently purchased a home that was riddled with clerical issues that should have been corrected by the seller well before the closing. Bonnie and Lais worked in a diligent and professional manner to resolve the issues. The effort they put forth made it seem like they were buying the home for themselves. They stayed in constant contact with township officials and the sellers' agent to make sure problems were being addressed and corrected.
