In late of 2017 I bought brand new Ford Explorer have Hancock tires, tow years later I started feel sound like flat tire in over speed 70 km, after awhile I looked up to the tires it has cracke everywhere, I send it to Ford dealer and they reported to Hancock company, and they send me brand new tires and the warranty is covered, and as they said it is very good quality. But Ford dealer charged me $686.98 as customer deductible. Here I felted it is not fair for this charge. I am hoping Hancock company they look after there customer and pay me back what I paid. Thank you

My OEM Kinenergy GT tires lasted 43,700km... OEM tires apparently don't qualify for the 80,000km tread warranty.

Never buying Hankook and neither should you. If Honda includes them on their vehicles I will insist they install a different brand.

Very poor product. Will never see my business again.

Low quality snow tire. I bought a set of Hankook snow tires on rims last winter from Canadian tire in Hamilton and after just 3 months, one of them got a crack on the side which is very dangerous . After returning to Canadian tire, they measured the trim lost and charged me $53 (including labor). We should not be charged for a broken/low quality tire after a year. It is not fare and there is not a proper constumer service. Why they re measuring a trim lost from a low quality tire? Are they going to reuse it or am I supposed to use it for just 3 months and then repay for another? I would not recommend nither the tire nor buying it from Canadian tire as they are trying to sell warranty to get rid of commitment for quality related issues and charge people more. Hankook should pay more attention to QUALITY not people s pockets.

Bought brand new winter tires. Had them a month and two of them got bubbles. Both the dealer I got them through and Hankook themselves won't replace them. Don't bother with these tires. The mechanic I bought them through said it's a common defect of Hankook tires.

I am also one of those waiting for a rebate for 4 tires I purchased last spring. Hankook send me an e-mail indicating that they needed more info. I called them and I was advised that I had sent in the correct info on time, but they had entered the wrong info into their system. They advised it would be corrected and the rebate would be sent out. I am still waiting 1 year later. Letters and e-mails to them have gone unanswered. I own 2 cars with four set of tires (summer and winter). I have already replaced another set of tires that were not Hankook. Nor will the other two sets be replaced by Hankook. Poor customer service.
