Will not be staying here again, front desk is very rude. You should have better customer service skills working in the hotel industry. Rooms are not too great either. I was expecting a good hotel since it's part of the Hilton family, but the rooms were kinda gross, sinks leaking, outdated tv, bathtub had dried glue all over it, fridge barley works either.

Nice room, pleasant staff, stain on carpet and the chair was dirty. Took 45 minutes for them to arrange a ride from the airport and we could have walked there in 5 minutes if they would have let us know they were that close

Room was clean, big enough, great customer service...

Room was clean, big enough, great customer service at the front desk. They also offer free board games which I have never seen at a hotel, nice option to have. House cleaning lady was a little snappy, and the free breakfast was literally a paper bag of water an apple, a cereal bar and muffin. Was hoping there would be more options since we stayed for 3 days. But it was the same everyday. I understand the situation, but it wouldn't hurt to switch it up a little. The Hampton I stayed at on Cape had actual breakfast you just had to order ahead and everything was wrapped.

Im giving this hotel 3 stars because the service was great, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. BUT the hotel needs some serious work done. The lobby looks great but once you start going up and into the hallways and bedroom you can tell it needs some work done...not only that but the bathroom was dirty. The toilet and the bathtub both looked yellowish...which is gross..they need better house keeping and they need to renovate that place...

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was not cleaned very well. No microwave ovens in rooms. Poor boxed breakfast. No maid service. Clean towels delivered promptly. Room was quiet. Overall an average stay for a fair price.

First Impressions and Second Impressions...
After we parked and checked in, we walked in the first door of the double doors to the hotels back entrance and was disgusted by the intense urine smell permeating through my mask. (Figured some New England Patriots fan relieved himself after the game when he could make it to his room -take note the season ended several months back for them!). As we stepped onto the elevator, we were immediately hit with the exact urine smell, only this time our shoes were sticking to the dirty floor, then noticed an outline of what we believe was urine on the wall, and the corner of the elevator and on the floor. Once in our room we found hair everywhere in the bathroom which I thought was unusual since any cleaning person can see the contrast of the hair to the white furnishings, tiles, and counter tops. The desk/refrigerator housing was also in poor shape and could use some attention, the nail in the coffin was a red spill mark on the comforter. There is a pandemic going on and some people are forced to stay in a hotel (that costs well over $100.00), your standards and lack of compassion for the few essential employees that must stay in a hotel was completely neglected!!!
(some of the pictures I took did not come out well but you get the point!)

The worst Hampton/Hilton property I've ever been t...

The worst Hampton/Hilton property I've ever been to. Stayed for their park & fly package since they have a free shuttle to the airport. Upon checking in, the front desk receptionist gave me no info about the hotel, the shuttle, the parking... nothing. I got water and my room key and that's it. I had to ask about where I should park, if they needed my vehicle info, and about scheduling a ride to the airport. Okay, not great service, but that's fine. No big deal. I get to my room, there is no sticker to show the room has been cleaned. I go back downstairs and doublecheck I have the right room number, and was told yes. Go into the room and am greeted with the sight of this pic. Found the stickers!! Oh, cool I have 1 pillow and 1 empty pillowcase for my bed. Excellent. The broken leg on the table is a nice touch too. It's late, I have an early flight, everything else seems to be in order, so I just go to sleep. Not easy as they have something in the hallway that beeps every 1-2 minutes. Can't turn the AC/heater on to have the fan noise drown it out either. Shuttle service to the airport in the morning was fine at least.

The best part of this experience was when I returned back to the airport after my trip. I called the hotel and requested a shuttle pickup. I was told "we no longer provide shuttle service. We actually stopped doing that as of yesterday."

So yeah, don't stay here. There are several other hotels nearby that can't be half as badly managed as this one.

Oh, forgot to add, there was also no TV remote in the room.

What can I say about the Hampton Inn? If you are looking for a place Ray rest for a few hours this is the place. However, we spent four days there. Ms. Tiffany, the front desk manager was wonderful, but we never received clean wash clothes and towels, asked for the room to be cleaned and it never happened. Finally, my minority sons came to visit and were watched by law enforcement coming in and waiting on them to head out. In these times I was afraid for them so I had them meet us at family members' homes in the city. Finally, the next time I visit home I don't believe Hampton Inn will be a choice.
