The worst Hampton/Hilton property I've ever been t...
The worst Hampton/Hilton property I've ever been to. Stayed for their park & fly package since they have a free shuttle to the airport. Upon checking in, the front desk receptionist gave me no info about the hotel, the shuttle, the parking... nothing. I got water and my room key and that's it. I had to ask about where I should park, if they needed my vehicle info, and about scheduling a ride to the airport. Okay, not great service, but that's fine. No big deal. I get to my room, there is no sticker to show the room has been cleaned. I go back downstairs and doublecheck I have the right room number, and was told yes. Go into the room and am greeted with the sight of this pic. Found the stickers!! Oh, cool I have 1 pillow and 1 empty pillowcase for my bed. Excellent. The broken leg on the table is a nice touch too. It's late, I have an early flight, everything else seems to be in order, so I just go to sleep. Not easy as they have something in the hallway that beeps every 1-2 minutes. Can't turn the AC/heater on to have the fan noise drown it out either. Shuttle service to the airport in the morning was fine at least.
The best part of this experience was when I returned back to the airport after my trip. I called the hotel and requested a shuttle pickup. I was told "we no longer provide shuttle service. We actually stopped doing that as of yesterday."
So yeah, don't stay here. There are several other hotels nearby that can't be half as badly managed as this one.
Oh, forgot to add, there was also no TV remote in the room.
