I needed a paper filed out and dropped it off to be completed by the Dr. I expressed that it was very important that I turn it in right away and waited a couple days to call back. Was told the Dr. Melissa was really busy and hadn't had a chance to look at it yet....Gave it a couple more days and was told the same thing . I finally went to just pick the form back up . The office was completely empty and the girl in the front desk told me it still had not been completed. It only had 3 questions on the form and at the most would have taken less than 4 min to complete. Needless to say it was never filled out so i asked for it back and just switched my Dr and my sons Dr to someone less lazy and more helpful. terrible front desk service with bad attitude and no sense of urgency from dr melissa or front desk staff.

I haven't been a patient here very long but in my personal experiences and my impression of the other guests, would all agree that its a very welcoming and caring facility. My dr for whom is now going to be my goto doctor has given me such great confidence and is very understanding. Cant do better than this place !!!

I lasted 4 months under Dr Denlinger's care....Gives great first impressions....then the bossy attitude started...I have one kidney so I guard it well....she wanted to give me CRESTOR....I researched it on Google and found out the main side effect is CRESTOR DAMAGES KIDNEYS....I refused the medicine and her office staff started calling me three times in 5 days...I told them I will not return...that they were fired as my Primary Care Giver..DO NOT GO TO DENLINGER ...THE REVIEWS ARE NOT EXAGGERATED

Really not sure what the 1 star reviewer is even talking about. She probably needs her stupid head examined, along with her kidney.

I had a ton of Dr's in my life. I'm 48. The last one I went to was 24 years ago. So other than occasional bouts with acute maladies, I rarely need to go. But my wife and I go to Dr Denlinger. She has been nothing short of amazing for us. She has a great professional manner about herself. We ve never waited longer than 5 minutes once we've signed in. In fact the last appointment we had, she took about 45 minutes talking to us about a list of concerns we had. She never rushes us and I don't know that she's ever prescribed anything we didn't actually need. And believe me, I've had about 10 Drs in my life that couldn't hold a candle to her and barely knew my name.

As far as that other lady goes, I don't know what else you'd go to the Dr for but to have them tell you what to do.

But I imagine in the day and age of Google, everyone with a laptop is either an authority on law of medicine all of a sudden, amd can self diagnose. Maybe she should go to the Amish and they can tell her that her lousy kidney is an act of of God.

As for me, if I ever am in need of a good Dr., I'll go to Dr. Denlinger. Sorry others are too short-sighted to know talent when they see it

Dr Engle has been my family Doctor for 35 years. He always takes time to sit and listen to your concerns, never makes you feel rushed or like you're just a number. He has taken great care of me and my family for a very long time.

I highly recommend him as a family physician.
