I will be staying there in a week from tomorrow and booking was super easy and I had a lot of questions seeing I haven't stayed in a hotel in a while and I wanted to take advantage of being a Hilton employee and your front desk person Jordan was very very helpful! It was my first time using the advantage of the Hilton discount since I've been recently hired and he answered all my questions and made the booking process so much easier thank you again Jordan Hampton he is an asset to your company and a great front desk person!

Nice hotel as all Hampton inns. The bill came up a bit higher than the price quoted, but that's something I will take up with HHonors

Room was clean. Free breakfast was very good. Staff was professional and polite. Price was very reasonable.

Highly convenient location. Cleanest issue-free room I've stayed at in a while. Parking was a bit tight. Friendly staff. Didn't use the pool or fitness room but many might! Breakfast was tasty. Planning many more stays here, see you there!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Conveniently located by a restaurant you can walk to. Breakfast is typically good like all Hamptons. Hampton is always my first choice, this one won't disappoint.

Hotel is very nicely up to date. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good wifi and the fitness center is spacious and has excellent equipment. Breakfast was also very good.

Hampton Inn in Plattsburgh is great. The lobby had a great smell, I loved the 24 hour coffee and tea, the rooms are so clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Lovely breakfast! The pool and hot tub reminded me of a mini vacation. Very good!

The hotel was wonderful. The lady at the concierge was fantastic! The entrance was so clean. The hotel ave a fantastic smell. The pool is large and the water was warm like a bathroom. Jordan and Loraine were good, and fantastic. The room was so nice and the bed was really really comfortable. The bed very ave sheet. The bathroom was nice and plenty of space to put it like that. Stop clicking around and stay at the Hampton Inn. I have been a loyal Hamption Inn customer and highly recommend them to anyone. Plattsburgh is no different. Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean complementary hot breakfast is always nice. Unos immediately next door and free drink voucher is a nice convenience.

Nasty. Hair in the sink, the tub and on the floor. Dust was thick in the room. At breakfast the eggs were dried out when I ate at 6:30 and the selection was only average.

I have been staying in Plattsburgh for the last 4 months at their competitors. I brought my wife with me for the last day on my project. I spent extra to treat my wife but should have saved the money and stayed where I was. It was cleaner and for less than half the price.

he does not accept my credit card for the stay even though I booked with this card (arriving at reception with my children and my wife, the chip does not work. I was at the hollyday in which m 'we accepted (a chance) Yet they took me one night on my credit card (supposedly not working) when they promised to withdraw the fees, it's been 2 weeks that I wait for my refund expenses .

Hampton inn for Hilton in Plattsburgh is a great place! My parents said, "If you do well in school and get an excellent ballot, we will take you to Plattsburgh." So I followed my parents' advice and it worked. When we arrived in Plattsburgh, my family and I decided to stay at the Hampton. It was an excellent decision. The lobby was clean and without much charm and the 24 hour coffee. The rooms were clean and I felt like home. The beds are comfortable and like a Hampton bed it should be. The pool was warm and the hot tub is a Hampton hot tub. Breakfast is delicious and my favorite is the waffles. I can't wait for the US border to reopen to visit again. Thank you!

Clean, quiet (at least on the fifth floor). Front desk took care of us quickly

Came from Canada and spent 2 days during a weekend with my family. Took a suite as pictured on their web site. The room was great. Lots of space, separate sink from the showers was useful for 3 people.

They offered a complete breakfast: cooked eggs, fruits, juice etc. My favourite part was using the waffle maker myself. The gym was clean, the pool and jacuzzi was a great bonus. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I had lost a phone charger. The staff found it and offered to send it by mail. They were also very helpful in answering our questions about the city. The price was fair, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The location was pretty good. Right next to the hotel is the UNO restaurant I recommend. Driving to the shopping mall is a short car ride (2-5 min.). In short, both me and my family enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Good workout room and nice pool, ok hot tub (not very hot). Lots of breakfast items except lacking sweets like donuts or grab 'n go items. Breakfast staff seemed early irritated by guests. As others mentioned bathrooms need ventilation/fans, why would you build it with out them, I don't understand. And temp in room is hard to keep at an even temp. doesn't regulate well. On main retail shopping road so close to lots of things, and restaurant next door with free drink ticket from hotel.

Noisy appliances and a fairly grungy room. Not the best Hilton experience.

New and clean hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was your average gotel breakfast.

Just came back from our daughters graduation- (we left room when room service cart was still on our floor late morning) And SHOCKED that room was not made up! Phone had no dial tone so used hallway phone and got only attitude like it was our fault. So surprised & disappointing.

This is the noisiest hotel room ever. The air conditioner shuts on and off every 5minutes, the refrigerator takes its place at the quiet times. In all I like the hotel especially Karen and Lorraine who were very friendly and nice.

Alright for what it is, there aren't too many options in this town. This one has an uno right next to it. other hotels don't have here don't have restaurants. The breakfast is passable but leaves something to be desired. I could say the same about the Internet. It's not horrible by any means, but nothing about this hotel really shines. All that said, it might be the best in the area from what i hear

Hello I wanted to say that this place is so beautiful and so wonderful. If you sleep in Plattsburgh I reccomendrais this hotel for what it is the cleanest city hall and staff are so friendly. I wanted to give a big thank you to Lorraine and Jordan. I mean, thank you very much to Jordan by what he help us with directions and direct to our room, Joran is a friendly man. I want to say thank you to Lorraine by Will she help us to trover a room by it that 90% of hotels in Plattsbugh was book and the Hampton Inn by Hilton still had rooms available allors we choose the Hampton and c It was a wonderful choice. The hotel is located near the international airport of Plattsburgh allors this hotel is a good idea for all the reasons. The rooms was beautiful fabileux beds we had slept like angels and bathroom in the room and in the entrance and so beautiful. The TV is big and there are a lot of channels and broadcasts. The pool was great and I love the hot tub. Great! Thank you thank you.

A wonderful hotel the reason I have mid four stars instead of five that's why the price is so expensive, I hope the price will go down a bit, but I love this hotel very much the concierge room was excellent, I like the mini convenience store behind the entrance and the pool was fantastic I like the hot tub very much it was a mini Florida for me. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were comfortable. I can't wait for my second trip to Plattsburgh. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast with many choices. I like the waffles you make yourself though i needed help. My problem: beds are high and difficult to get on if you re short which I am. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The reason I stay at Hampton inns is because of the consistency. When you enter the room it smells clean, if you're staying near the elevator it's still quiet, the shower is always hot the shower curtains are awesome, the refrigerator and microwave allow me to bring drinks and snacks if I wish. best of all the free breakfast in the morning is outstanding. Everywhere I go for work, I stay at a Hampton inn.

We had a quick overnight stay. Arrived late and left by 8:00 the following morning. When we booked the reservation we asked for one of the rooms to have a crib. It was wonderful to arrive and find it in the room! (Usually we have to make a second request for it to be brought up.) The crib was a nice size but requires extra mattress cushion. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and large. I loved the bedding, and the larger bathrooms. We also grabbed the free breakfast before heading out. Where we got the food was very clean, and the man maintaining it was amazing. The food was fine, and there were plenty of food options, and nice places to sit and eat. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. My room wasn't made up and they rented my room to two other parties. The night managers were not friendly at all and refused to help out. I would stay somewhere else in the future. Absolutely terrible!

Super clean hotel with amazing staff. No issues with our King Suite. Bed was comfortable and lots of space. Pool was very clean and the hot tub was nice also. We had our toddler with us travelling and she bumped her mouth at breakfast and Lori was absolutely amazing to her and got us some ice right away and was so sweet to our little girl. We also forgot our daughters teddy bear after leaving and they held it for us with a wonderful little care package and letter for her from her bear. She was so happy. Thank you Lorraine for doing that and thank you Lori! I recommend this hotel to anyone. It was so beyond appreciated. You will not be disappointed staying there!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. It's got a pool and a decent gym.

The staff lies the clients by phone during reservation. They offer things that they don't use to do.
Then, they treat the customer in a very disrespectful way.
Actually, they kick out the people like garbage. They don't respect the agreements.
