Great hotel. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Super clean with friendly staff. Seems I got the Presidential suite lol 3rd floor with the American flag in direct view!

Room and amenities are comfortable and plentiful, service members are a pleasure to deal with and helpful

If you have to sleep in Plattsburgh this is the place to stay. I have tried several hotel in the city and no equal. The room smells good, the breakfast is top, the friendly staff I will give it more star if it was possible

The hotel in Plattsburgh (Hampton Inn) was really really clean and the hotel smelled nice. Lorraine to the concierge was really good! Thanks so much to you! The Hampton Inn and Comfort Inn in Plattsburgh is the two most beautiful hotels. The restaurant I call Perkins and McDonald's is so good. Thanks Plattsburgh! Very beautiful clean hotel! Nice selection for breakfast. Staff was friendly other than one of the managers. We had a little issue with switching rooms and instead of talking to us in a polite way explaining their reasons and policies she was very rude!! I had to wait around for the person giving us the room to come and switch the room into my name and while i was waiting she is telling the front desk staff if things get out of control to call 911. I had to laugh because we were completely polite and understanding of their policy. I would have given 5 stars because overall the hotel is excellent, I just think they should choose better management.

Very nice rooms, was upgraded to a suite as a Diamond Honors member. Staff was helpful, close walk to UNO for dinner. Typical breakfast....

Very clean, easy to get from multiple highways, many good restaurants nearby, breakfast included. Nice fitness area and a saltwater pool with additional hot whirlpool tub.

Plattsburgh. This Hampton is what one comes to expect from this chain: clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. This Hampton does all these things well.

My family planned to stay at the Hampton inn and suites Plattsburgh. When we got to the hotel we were warmly welcomed by the front desk. The clerk at the front desk was sweet and kind. The lobby was very clean and smelled fresh. Checking in was a breeze. What I love about Hampton inns is that there is free breakfast and free 24 hour coffee and tea.

Now with the rooms. When we got to the room (we were in room 308 by the way), the room was very freshly cleaned and the room was very spotless. The beds were super comfortable that I slept in a matter of 20 minutes. The tv had all sorts of channels. The pillows were extremely cushioned. The bathroom was heavenly clean.

Now with the pool. The pool was wonderful. I spended most of my time in the room and the pool downstairs. I loved their hot tub. It felt like I was taking a bath. We would always go to the pool. We went to the pool right before dinner and after dinner. The pool was amazing.

In conclusion: Whether you come to Plattsburgh for business or pleasure. Hampton inn is a great choice trust me you'll love it. Can't wait to visit again.

Very dishonest people and the service has definitely changed sense they opened! Won t be staying here again !

Very nice. Room was very nice and clean with a fridge. Breakfast was closed off because of COVID with the breakfast attendant taking "orders" for the normal breakfast items. He was very nice and friendly.

The bathtub drain barely functioned; I was standing in ankle-deep dirty water even after a short shower. We were only staying one night so it wasn't worth asking them to fix it, but it really seemed like something that shouldn't have been that bad.

Also a note, the Uno in the parking lot went out of business, so you'll need to drive somewhere to get something to eat.

Consistent service, clean & comfortable rooms, decent free breakfast, nice pool.

As I write this, it's 3am, and we're waking up in our hotel room in a SWEAT because the air-conditioning is run by a motion sensor on the door, where our movement cannot be detected WHILE WE ARE SLEEPING.

We're here for a death in the family, and cannot sleep in comfort.

We had the SAME issue 6 weeks ago when we were here for the birthday of the grandfather who just passed. I complained bitterly then, and they sent us a gift card for a free night.

HILTON - you guys need to fix this. Now. There MUST be a way to disable the sensor. We're paying 200 a night per room. It was 250 this summer. (They overcharge).

This is unacceptable.

To anyone reading this... Prepare to sweat in the summer, or freeze in the winter, if you stay at this hotel.

I'm going to update you daily on this. We are in room 421, and it's Sat-Sun of labor day weekend 2015. Six weeks ago, we were on the opposite end of the hall on the same floor. A studio mini-suite.

Excellent service. Made sure our reservations went smoothly. Best night sleep ever.

Better than your average Hampton inn, but still a Hampton inn.

Overall had a good stay except that room had a view of the roof with chimney pipes. Breakfast was pretty good. Good variety and staff is pleasant. Good parking spot.

Rooms big enough to manage a family of 5 comfortably. A nice pool and hot tub to cool off or relax in. A gym equipped with just enough stuff to fulfill your workout needs. Located on the west end of the city near all the major shopping options. A stone's throw from the Adirondack Northway. Free WiFi that's fast and mostly easy to navigate. Rates for rooms are reasonable and good for everything you get. The free breakfast is good enough to hold you till you can get everyone out the door to a diner. Breakfast is probably this chain's biggest issue as I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and the breakfast has been just good enought to not be terrible.
Seriously, avoid the waffles. The fruit is good. The cereal is meh. Meh about sums it all up without being unnecessarily mean.
But I like this chain a lot and it's where we always stay on our visits to the Plattsburgh area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

More modern Hampton with large fitness room and indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi.

Not like the other locations, avoid the breakfast and front desk in the morning. Blinding light bulbs in the night stands. Noisy bedside fridge wakes you up all night and first hotel room I had without a Bible to help fall asleep. Not worth the price.

Clean! and helpful staff. Breakfast options were great and the voucher for a free drink at Uno's restaurant next door make this a great hotel

I read a lot of reviews on this location. To be honest, there were many that were unflattering. I decided to give it a try in spite of the reviews. I couldn't be happier that I did. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. If I had one complaint it would be the breakfast. I understand some people like the healthy option. Some of us do not. As much as you accommodate their needs, you should be equally accommodating to others. We will be back regardless of if you make changes to the breakfast menu.

I attended a professional business meeting. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Very quiet and the meeting room was very nice.

I stayed here while travelling for work and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. The desk staff were always friendly and accommodating and the rooms were immaculate. Its conveniently located to food and shopping as well.

This hotel is beautiful the price is a little too high but its worth every dollar (the reason I give four stars). Lorraine and Jordan were friendly and kind. The mini rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. I'm 90% sure I'm going back to the Hampton Inn. Thank you Plattsburgh for having such an excellent hotel. Very clean, breakfast is awesome and beds are very comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was immaculate, the breakfast super good, large choice and unlimited. It is a self service for breakfast. Better to arrive early to get a table, and there isn't really a table cleaning service between customers. Lunch box for those in a hurry.
The indoor pool closes at 11pm, which is a bit unfortunate. The bed was super soft on the surface but firm below, perfect to please everyone.
Also offered, one coupon per person for a free drink at Uno, restaurant next door.
I would go back anytime!

Plattsburgh for me is a mini vacation destination there are all the stores I like (like tj maxx, Homegoods, Bed bath & beyond, Target, Walmart, Petsmart, Staples, Hobby Lobby, Bath & Body Works, and many more ). The Hampton Inn is located near everything Plattsburgh has to offer. The entrance is really nice, I love the coffee, tea, and the free hot chocolate it's great. The pool is fun and I like the mini Hot Tub. The rooms were really nice the beds were so comfortable I slept like an angel and the mini bathrooms in the room were clean and nice. The bathrooms also in the lobby were beautiful (nice big). The staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel if you come to Plattsburgh.

The hotel is excellent, not far from "Plattsburgh International Airport", the rooms are really clean the beds were really soft, the TV has lots of channels and shows, good desk and desk chair in the room for your shopping homework, or if you want to read etc, the hotel is really expensive but its worth every penny, the mini bathrooms in the room are really clean and nice, and the lunch was delicious there were lots of choices. The Hampton hotel is excellent, it's not far from the Plattsburgh International Airport , the rooms are gorgeous, the beds are incredibly soft, the tv has all kinds of channels and shows, nice desk and office chair chair in the room to do your homework, or read etc, the hotel is very expensive but it's worth every penny, the restroom was clean and beautiful, and the breakfast was super delicious there was all kinds of selections to choose from. Oh the pool did I mention the pool, the pool was amazing it was big and fun and that large hot tub was so relaxing. I would love to come back for the pool if it's possible lol. I love to joke around if I come back I'm sleeping there. Jordan, Lorraine, and Karen (I think it's her name) were friendly and fantastic. Hampton inns are always great!

Very clean, and very knowledgeable staff! Just a hope from the place to Vermont via the very affordable ferry. Great place to stay, with the quality you come to expect from Hamptons.

Friendly attentive staff, nice clean room, clean carpets, no signs of neglect. Everything worked as it should. Good breakfast close to stores and shopping.
