Hampton by Hilton Vadodara Review

Brilliant staff. One of the best business hotels in Baroda.

It was good experience, food was good, ambience was quite hygienic.

Food menu is good but taste is not of a 5 star level

Don't expect it to be satisfactory.. It is just by Hilton.. nothing much.. there are better options..

The Reception, Restaurant, Room Service and House Keeping were very helpful, courteous and hospitable during my stay in The Hampton Vadodara. I would like to personally thank Deep, Sanjeev, Ravi, Kriti and RoomService for their great service.

Had little problem with opening of doors and with showers. Apart from this everything was good. Hospitality, food were above average

Experience Vs Expectation was not aligned, no in house gym,outdoor activity. One word not to framed with "HILTON"

I've stayed here for a day. Hotel is at good location. They can improve the swimming pool as they do not have availability of it for 24*7. Food is delicious one can definitely satisfied with food. Apart from it they have a good and polite staff members.

I was traveling during pandemic times to see my family. My original hotel Best western was closed for renovations so my booking had been moved to this place. The staff was very welcoming and had me checked in with ease. The room is quite fabulous with a nice kind bed and very clean bathroom. I would highly suggest making your booking through Make My Trip and opt for the morning breakfast. Absolutely delicious and great staff. Sanitizer has been provided with plenty of water and other amenities. Best bang for a buck for a quick weekend stay over

Food taste Good, choice is limited.

Service with smile, but a bit slow. So look things a bit leisurely. Don't rush. Then you may enjoy

It was the fresher's party for our juniors and I loved their arrangements.

I went there for a buffet dinner and the food was great. There were a lot of varities to serve you. It was also very clean. The service was at par with waiters being very polite, courteous & helpful. They take your requests seriously and try their best to satisfy it. Customer service , a + point that enhanced my experience.

The rooms are smaller, hospitality wasn't as expected from a Hilton chain of hotels. No fixed time for room service. You've to request daily that the room service be done. The breakfast spread is monotonous with almost same items being served daily. There's no swimming pool as advertised. The pool is just for the kids

Not so grt place for the price they charge.
1. Don't go by the photo on their website for swimming pool. There is actually none...just a bucket of water.
2. The room keys just didn't work for few days and they just didn't care to activate properly.

Hotel is good visited for wedding lunch during covid time. They need to take more precaution when they are serving to guest. It was buffet lunch hotel staff should take care of this.

We visited the hotel for a breakfast buffet and although the spread was good enough, thr ambience and the service was not up to the mark. I feel the buffet was too much for too less. We get better service and food for almost half the price at The Royal Orchid.

Got a chance to stay here at a wedding function. Nice, cozy and clean rooms with courteous staff and excellent service. Though the food is not of 5 star category but rest everything is definitely 5 star category. A very cost effective place to stay at Baroda.

Food quality needs to be improved...tea, coffee, snacks, dinner menu...to be matched with other hotels within city.

The room price is 400RMB+, the room is not big, but it is clean, the service is very good, the taste and price of the dish can be.

Almost a nice place to visit at... Gonna visit for a seminar this Sunday

Its a nice place for a small function like birthday party.
The banquet hall is spacious and air conditioned.
Good ambiance at banquet.
Food is good with a different and delicious taste .
I didn't felt like hoch-poach when all the persons were in the hall, every one was at ease.

We went for a birthday lunch. And the ambience of restaurant is stinking. The food was pathetic. The entire event was spoiled because of bad service and very bad food. Will not recommend anyone.

2-3 star hotel. Very poorly maintained for being part of Hilton hotel franchise. Management or front desk don't care that folks smoke in rooms and the smoke smell seeps into your room into your clothes due to resident in next room is smoking despite NO smoking policy and fire hazzard. The front desk response was to spray air freshner or leave door open to air out that too the night front desk didn't do anything and the day front desk response was to spray air freshner. Also rooms very dirty and dusty barely broomed or mopped never cleaned well. They only use water to clean not any cleaning material even mirrors and phone filthy of dust. They clean mirrors with water in spray bottle upto where they can reach and can clearly see the dust. Don't they know some folks have severe allergies to dust? Even, First day had to call and have them replace sheets and pillows as they were stains on it. And we had booked for whole week.

Food are delicious and also excellent good looking after customer. Love this food

Not a great place for long stay, Was a bit strange for me to see such a small pool.

Situated in the centre of the city though the location is not apparent at the beginning from the main Alkapuri road. Does not have the 'Taj" ambience. Looks and feels like an average 3 star hotel.

Good hotel by a good brand of hotels (Hilton) situated nearby State Highway No.11. It is centrally located in Alkapuri colony of Baroda/Vadodara town. There are malls and eating joints nearby within a radius of 2 kms, including Railway Station of Baroda/Vadodara. Airport is 10kms away.They have a fitness centre on the top floor. There are good, neat and tidy rooms in the hotel and good hygienic food. Though they lack in terms of quality of service provided by the staff, eg, I asked for a wake up call at a particular time, but the call never came and I got delayed in my program. They could improve upon their service.

Hampton by Hilton is a 4 star business hotel situated in the Alkapuri area in Vadodara city. Truly in the middle of the town. They have all the facilities like free breakfast, free wifi, swimming pool, gym, meeting room, business centre etc. Also Hampton have two banquet halls for corporate functions.

Professional service. Whatever they lack , they make more than it with the never fading smile and help extended. Placed right in the middle of city , easily accessible from airport as well as railway station, this hotel is in a calm locality (difficult to believe , but true).
It has a swimming pool as well. Good parking space available all times.
