Great service, lovely efficient team, HH handled my claim very quickly and I am extremely satisfied.

I'd recommend using Hampson Hughes to my friends and family. I felt that they were committed to getting me the max compensation possible for my injuries. Excellent service.

HH don't care about their clients and bully you into taking the first offer. I will not be using them again.

Fails to return contact despite several requests - very disappointing!

I used Hampson hughes solicitors for mine and my brothers claim. It was a really stressful time as my car was a write off so I had no car to get to work. Hampson hughes sorted out a hire car for me which was a big help. The claim overall was stress free for myself and my brother. Thank you.

Solicitors compiled a great case for court. Which they jad spent a lot of time and effort on. Unfortunately I felt I was let down by the barrister that hh appointed. Missed quite a few important questions for the witnesses of the other party. Alot of fumbling around with papers taking a lot of time to ask a decent question. Wasnt very forceful the defendants barrister was a savage.

They dealt with all parts of my claim from the start very professionally. Made things very easy for me. Thank you

Very good service from Hampson Hughes, they dealt with my claim very well although I was passed to a few people during my claim. They got me a nice payout and I'm very thankful to them, they dealt with everything for me!

Not happy with the service at all, they have very pushy and impatient people working there. They are not doing their job properly. Worst company ever! I regret going with them, now I'm stuck.! Rude customer service too.

Do not got with these solicitors, They are worse I've ever used! I put my claim in over 2 years ago and I am still no nearer to getting an offer, they drag their feet and never let you know how your case is going on and when you ring them you speak to a different person every time who hasn't got a clue what they're talking about and they take 25% of your compensation at the end....I just wish I had gone with someone else.

Absolutely awful. Dragged on my case ovwr a year and still going.. little communication and just get passed from one pers9n to another who ask for the same information.

I will advise anybody looking at reviews before they choose a solicitor.
Do NOT choose hampson hughes, they are no help whatsoever they dont care about you only Whats in it for them and as for customer service thats zero. Youl find these on watchdog soon for ripping people off.

Case was dealt with promptly. Kept up to date at all stages of the claim, and the staff where professional and courteous. Would recommend.

Great service from start to finish. My solicitor was always happy to explain what was happening and in the end, he got me more compensation than what the insurance company were going to offer me. Glad I used them to look after my claim and I've just had my cheque earlier than expected today!!

They drag their heels on the work even though your quoted for it to be quick.
I asked them to follow it through with my next of kin but they decided to shut down my case all together. So I have to re-open it.... And do it all again. They don't call you about information they have gathered.... Your basically kept in the dark.

Other than that... ok.

Don't believe you will get the advance payment they adverise in a hurry, 6 months an still no sign

I had an accident in June 2017 as the accident was 50/50 according to my insurance company the claim was closed and both parties fixed there own vehicles. 6 months later out of the blue a company contacted me on behalf of Hampson Hughes stating that I was eligible for compensation as the third party had received there s, I was a little wary incase this was a scam but filled out all relevant paperwork and sent it back, this infact was legit.
I was sent for a medical and gave all information asked to the best of my ability all of which was the truth, anyway because I d forgotten some minor information (bearing in mind that this was at least 6 months prior so how they expect me to remember everything I don t know) Hampson Hughes stated that I was untrustworthy and that I was infact entitled to nothing. Appalling behaviour from a big soliciting company even more so as they contacted me first for my business. Complete waste of time, money and effort

I could not recomend this company anymore. They were fantastic with my claim, from start to finish. Would highly recommend Nicholas Cowley and can't thank them enough for helping me through this.

After 18 months I have got no further with my claim! I have received nothing but excuses. Sick of them claiming that a court case is pending... Then another reason after another that we had the wrong defendant, wrong paperwork, pretty much everything.
The only correspondence I receive is a conviently pre-dated letter.

THE WORST company ever to be involved in!! As if having an accident wasn't stressful enough this company adds to it!
Avoid at all costs please!
