Food wasn t so great here. We had crab and it came out frozen at the base and steaming at the claws. Service wasn t bad though!

Awesome bar staff and a great place for a beer and wings.

nov.14,2016 I just left this place and had the worst service ever. We sat there at the table for 10 minutes before i had to get up and ask the manager for service. He said he would find someone to assist us. We sat there another 5 minutes while I watched the host try to get two servers to our table and neither one of them wanted to serve us. I told the manager Steve that it was the worst service ever and he just stared blankly. On the way home, I called to talk to him about how unprofessional it was. The staff was arguing on who was to serve us! His response was "well, we were trying to to figure it out". Thanks Steve, you're the worst manager ever we will never be back. And we are going to tell everyone we know about your skills. And believe me, word of mouth travels fast.

I hesitated going there. It looked too much like a bar. But we went there for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. All three of us thought our meals were delicious.
Can't think of any reason to bump it a star so 5 it is.

Went here excited by the reviews and what was in store. Left disappointed as I ever could be. I wasn't asked where I'd like to sit where I ended up sitting in the middle of the dinning room with plenty of other seats and booths open. Well there was only a few tables with people and wasn't that busy but in the 20 minutes I sat waiting on some service at my table, the whole dinning room filled up while our waitress completely ignored and walked by us a million times. I even made it obvious I wasn't looking at my menu!! I stared her down and even my boyfriend made a remark or two that we had been waiting forever but nothing. Our drinks completely empty and not even good tea as I asked the waitress in the first place if it even was. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes of no service madder then we could be that we was completely ignored and not acknowledged at all by anyone. Then the same girl who sat us, told us to have a great night. Well I'm glad I didn't pay the almost 3 dollars for the half a drink I got from you. Screw you guys.

Very poor service. After the manager greeted us and got our drink order our waitress came and took our food order. We never saw her again. Mid meal we had to get a refill at the bar. 30 minutes later I walked back up to the bar to get our check. (From the bartender, not our waitress). After waiting another 10 minutes we took our cash to the bartender and paid her. My mom misunderstood the bill and over tipped ($10 on $30 tab after poor service). I walked up to the bartender because I still didn't see our waitress anywhere and no one was willing to work with us on the misunderstanding.

Love it, just moved to Suwanee, GA and Hammerhead saved our fun life!!

Great food and great drinks! Great place to watch games. If going for a sporting event be prepared for a loud but fun dining experience. (:

Nice local bar and grill with excellent service and terrific food! I stopped in for lunch and enjoyed the salmon salad. Prices were reasonable and experience was great!

Hammerheads is great! I've been three times and you can tell how good they are, because every time I go, their parking lot is jam packed full of cars. The hostesses and waitresses are always super nice. The food is good and comes out hot and fresh. They've also got a great pretty variable menu for even the pickiest of eaters.

Reasonably priced, food is okay, beer is cold, plenty of TVs.

Very acomendating. Had young ones that wanted to play the games and they opened the section up for us. Good food and beverage selections.

Great screens for sports. Great Steeler fan club location.

As soon as you walk in there s a sign that says they are not liable if you get sick with Covid bc they do not require masks for employees or patrons. The food was subpar and the whole outdoor patio area smells like cigarette smoke.

Really cool atmosphere, lots of games on tv, super hoppin crowd, and good chicken philly. Server was really attentive as well.

Gabby was a great server even though we were probably far from her actual section. The food was fantastic, possibly the best fried shrimp I have ever had. Can't wait to come back.

The food is delicious and while the prices seem high, the portions make it reasonable. Be aware that the pace of service is very slow - this is not a place to visit when you're in a rush. However, if you have the time, you won't be disappointed. We've been about 7 or 8 times and everything we've tried has been good with the exception of the kids menu items.

The only problem I have with Hammerheads is with the kids menu which seems to be a hit or miss. Sometimes the food comes out great, other times it's overcooked and dry. We've experienced this problem only with the kids menu items - cheeseburger, chicken fingers, and mac and cheese. Have had them all overcooked as well as perfectly cooked while the adult dishes all came out perfectly cooked on all visits. In addition, they charge extra for milk instead of including it with the kids meals which just irks me.

Wow, used to come here when they were Barnacles, recommended to friends, but never again. A 14$ Oyster basket 13$ sandwich and a Margarita, came out to 65 dollars, was on a date so I paid with a 100, and called that evening, left a 13 dollar tip bc I dont blame the waitress, sure it was an honest mistake, but Cheryl the GM was rude as she could be, I wasnt even looking for money, however I wasnt even offered a discount, apology, free drink, nothing.. I wont be coming back sad to say. That's just sad service

Their lemon-pepper wings are very good and the half price oysters on Mondays are even better!

I've been here twice and both times the food has been awesome and reasonably priced. The only reason it's not a 5 is it's a little dated.

First ordered garlic clams and calamari... clams where awesome.. Calamari was HORRIBLE!! Chewy gummy no flavor! Not good.. their French fries also taste like oysters which I'm assuming their frying seafood and non seafood in the same fryer so that was a no go as well!! But it definitely topped it off when I tell them about the calamari and they over me a free drink hahahah r u kidding me!! How about u offer me my money Back! I mean I could have made a big deal about it but all good I'll eat that $10 won't be back anyways! Plus the manger or whatever she is ( older lady) was so rude to our waitress that just started so apparently they Dont respect the ppl that work for them cuz RULE#1 u have ur talks in the back not in front of customers!

Good fun environment. Food and service are have been consistent on each visit. They have a diverse menu. A fun place to watch sporting events.

Service was very lacking, even though there were very few customers. The Grouper tasted good or this would be 2 stars.

First of all, NOBODY was wearing masks upon walking in. The staff I had seen with a mask was wearing it around their neck like a scarf. There was no social distancing whatsoever. I ordered chicken strips for three and was offered a platter, which I was told served 3-6. Not even close, more like 1-2 people. The food was good, I mean all they had to do was deep fry chicken and fries. The lady who took my order did come out and hand me my food and I appreciate that, at least I didn t have to re-enter the building.

Ahhhh-maaaaa-zing! Great food. Even better people. There's a reason why this place is always so packed with cars. Great local hangout to watch your favorite sporting events and get a heavily poured drink :)

Ive been twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times i have had a fantastic server, food came in great time, long islands are to die for, and food is fair priced! Theyve got me as a new regular who tells all my friends and family about it. My new favorite place!!!!

Great service! We had like a 15 strong party then added 3 more at last minute during busy trivia. They helped us with no problems.

Staff is great, vibe is great, and food is delicious. Definitely a place to go visit.

Me and my Wife and friends have a had blast everytime we've gone here. Our only concern is the bands can be a little to loud for the confined space that we are in. Other than that we have blast everytime we go..

The place had a decent crowd. Our server was attentive and very helpful. I had the potato skins and then the grouper fingers with a side of mac & cheese as well as the hush puppies.

The pool tables stayed occupied for as long as we where there.

the smoking area was nice and heated so even on a super chilly night you can still go out for a smoke if you would like.

Great crowd, good food. Service can sometimes be a bit slow. Sat at the bar with my to go order for 10 minutes before she took my card to pay. Food was ice cold when I got home.
