I have never seen a doctors office run more efficiently and safely than this orthodontist office. The safety measures they ve implemented to stop the spread of COVID 19 are really impressive and it just works. Lorraine (sic?) is so friendly and Dr Gena is just amazing! From the first evaluation for my daughters braces to the most recent and one of our final checks on post braces retainers, we have had the best experience through and through. There was even a time we had to wait about 15 minutes after the scheduled Appointment time and the orthodontists actually sent a written letter apologizing for making us wait longer than 10 minutes. They go above and beyond all expectations! Highly recommend

Top notch operation from entering work with patient, explaining procedures and finance. They are interested in you as a person and give you confidence in each phase of treatment and reasons why. Friendly engaging re assuring through the process. Excellent staff!

Ive been going here for years and highly recommend . As a child I had braces, then I lost my retainers, and for the past few years I have been doing Invisalign, going back to straighten my teeth for my wedding. I have never had a bad experience here, the wait times are near nonexistent, and I can usually get in and out fairly quickly. All the staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are wonderful!

I have three kids and myself that go to this office and everytime we are greeted with such kindness! I have had a bad experience at a previous orthodontist and it made me give up on getting orthodontic treatment, but when I saw how good they treated my kids and it came toa now or never choice I decided to go ahead and get the work I needed done. I highly recommend them and I always tell everyone that I know how good of an experience I have had with them!

They were very welcoming and friendly. They were very prompt! We really enjoyed our experience there.

My son has a beautiful smile these days and my daughter is in the process of the same. Thanks to HWH, those two are all set. They are also helping me with TMD as of today. The staff is always nice and professional, the office is over the top clean and the doctors take their time with each patient, making sure no questions are left unanswered. My family is well satisfied and I know yours will be too.

I have received fantastic care with this office. I have already recommended to others. The whole staff is kind and professional. Every time I go in they are wonderful. If you need work done this is the place to go!

This group of Orthodontists and staff were careful at the entry to check my heath before allowing me further inside. It made me feel more comfortable. The staff and Dr. that I've seen have been very professional and personable. I'm looking forward to starting my treatment of Invisalign.

Very impressed - I took my 11 year old for a consultation at the recommendation of our dentist. I thought he was too young for braces - but was certain that they would say he needed the works which would result in lots of $$$ That was not the case - they didn't think he needed anything at this time & didn't pressure us in anyway. I would recommend them to anyone just knowing that they didn't try to take advantage of us.

Dr. Gena Hendrickson could not have been more professional. She was extremely kind and pleasant. Made me feel like she really cared. I highly recommend her to others and quite frankly am very glad I used her to get my new mouth guard. The office is filled with people who genuinely care about their patients. 5 stars all the way around !

Everyone was very friendly and did a great job explaining both what they saw in my son's mouth and what we were going to do moving forward. I highly recommend them!

This is the best office I've been to for orthodontics, I've had several consults over the years this one just felt right from the moment I went in. The entire staff is pleasant and will answer any questions you have and make you feel right at home! I would refer anyone to this office!

Very happy with the work and the doctors but I hate going in because the assistants have full conversations with each other while working on me. They only acknowledge me when they need to tell me to do something, then continue on with their conversations. They ve done this the last 3 times I ve been in, different assistants each time. The conversation continues even when they re directly in my face. They don t interact with patients and it s very awkward and uncomfortable to feel like an object and not a patient. I don t like going there

Hamilton, Wilson, & Hendrickson Orthodontics is phenomenal!! They always get us in quickly for our appointments. The staff and doctors are very friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and wonderful with kids! I would highly recommend them!

Last year we found out our daughter needed orthodontic work done and Hamilton, Wilson & Hendrickson was one of our options. After asking around we were told by many it was the place to go. Not only have they done great work with my daughter's teeth but they were also willing to work with me on a payment arrangement. This made things much less stressful. Also, the staff is wonderful and always so kind to all of us.

Absolutely LOVE HW&H in every single way. They are always so cheery and happy, their new Covid protocols ease the nerves, and I love how they get the kids excited to take care of their teeth. They offer so much more than just a pretty smile thanks guys!!

I have been going here for sixteen years and I have always had great experiences. They re technichians are great at their jobs and always helpful and kind. The doctors are some of the best in the business and have given me a great smile with my difficult case.

Both my kids go to HWH Ortho. One is currently in treatment with Invisalign and the other is still being checked every 6 months. I cannot be happier with our experience so far. The staff is always friendly, even when they are super busy! They don't automatically start treatment but instead make sure they do their due diligence before beginning correction of any kind. I myself had a bad experience with a different Ortho when I was a teen and I'm so so very happy my kiddos will not have that same experience. Thank you HWH Ortho for being the best of the best!

Very prompt. Our appointment time was kept. We actually got started a little early. And the orthodontic assistant we had was fantastic. You could tell she truly cared about my son! I was very impressed

Every single person there is soooo kind. The ladies up front went above and beyond by helping me make an appointment for oral surgery and by passing my daughter's name to a coach of a softball team she is very interested in joining. During these crazy times, it's nice to have someone have your back, for no reason but kindness.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I LOVE that our appointments are always on time! The PT's coffee and cookies are a nice bonus, too! I got my own orthodontic treatment elsewhere as an adult, and I regret it. I know my girls are getting much better care at HWH.

Very disappointed with the service AFTER getting braces off. My daughter was having issues with retainer so she called to make an appointment to have a new retainer made and they told her that the day she gets her braces off she is no longer a patient and she will have to pay new patient fees to come back. Very poor customer service, especially when they told her if she ever has any issues with retainers, to call back. Very, very disappointed!

I would recommend them to anyone at any age!! They are kind, considerate & work great with young children, tweens & adults! Three of our family members have gone to them because they are amazing! They have gone above and beyond traditional ortho service! My daughters & I consider some of them family. They are some of the best in the business! If you are looking for the right one; look no further!

Their Topeka staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional through the entire Invisalign process. A few months back I had to take my two year old son with me to an appointment. With the help of a few of their staff, my son stayed entertained and all 47 of his questions were answered. Thanks for helping me survive the appointment.

I will be the first to admit, I didn't want to go to your office. It's not that I did not want my kids to have great looking teeth...I just didn't want the hassle of braces, for TWO Kids at once..I didn't want to spend the money..even though years ago I had braces and I am so thankful I have had braces! Your staff treats my boys so awesome (and me too)..there is rarely a wait, everyone is so upbeat and positive, caring and compassionate and understands this busy mom's schedule. Now that we are 8 months into this process ...you all have been super and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made in orthodontists! Well done! Great job! My kids look very forward to going each time (I am sure it is more than the wooden nickels! WINK WINK) thank you for excellent service!!!

Dr. Hendrickson was great with both of my children. She explained everything so my daughter would understand. She listened and engaged with each of my children during their appointments and made them very comfortable. They didn't want to leave. The whole staff was friendly!

This was my son s first visit and he was well taken care of. They were great at explaining to him exactly what was happening, showing him the appliances and how they will be fixed in his mouth. He felt comfortable with the staff and with Dr. Hamilton.

Best orthodontics office in town! All 3 Doctors are great and the staff as well. My 3 oldest children have completed their treatment and my 16 year old is in the middle of his. My 13 year old is getting ready to start as well as my grandson. I wouldn t have them go anywhere else!

This place is the most bomb diggitty shiznit that y'all every seen. I won't let anyone else put they hands in mah mouth. Such soft gentle hands. Such graceful strength these ultra fine young ladies bring to the orthodontic field. You want to have a smile like prince Eric from the little mermaid? Yeah go there. Nuff said.

We are finishing up orthodontics with our third child. Even though we were a little frustrated today that braces were not removed due to a tooth shifting (that I had called about earlier with concerns), the staff was very apologetic and understanding of our frustration. (The top braces were removed, but not the bottom.) Other than this issue, we have been very pleased with the customer service and compassion of all staff here. As my daughter said today, "Everyone there is always so nice." That means a lot, especially when families are spending a great deal of money! Thank you to the staff for always being kind and considerate of our time, and for treating our children as individuals and not just another patient. I will certainly recommend Hamilton, Wilson, & Hendrickson to others.

I reserved a star for future experiences. I only had a consultation today. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain the treatment plan. They were conscious of my past visits to other providers and wanted to gather all the information needed before making treatment decisions, I really liked that because it made me feel like they would only suggest needed dental work. I imagine in the future I will be able to give that last star!

This was my first time ever going here and I LOVED IT!! I love all the staff and how nice they are to me. I really enjoy coming and see all the staff. I am a little confused on the wooden nickle program though. I hope this review helps others.

This is the best orthodontist in town and the staff are awesome.

So far only had my consultation, however everything felt very right. Cecy was very pleasant and eager to get me booked. Dr. Scott's was very personal as well. I will be getting work dome here for sure! Everyone was perfect.

This was a initial consult. I was favorably impressed and wish we would have started here years ago. Modern, state of the art technology. Even more impressive was the friendliness of the staff and professionalism of everyone drom the doc down to reception.

The staff overall were not helpful in dealing with our orthodontic needs. They were very accusatory and not supportive to my son. The treatment is very expensive and I don t feel we are getting what we are paying for. The orthodontist was very nice and if I could give him a review different from the office staff it would be a lot different.
