We are finishing up orthodontics with our third child. Even though we were a little frustrated today that braces were not removed due to a tooth shifting (that I had called about earlier with concerns), the staff was very apologetic and understanding of our frustration. (The top braces were removed, but not the bottom.) Other than this issue, we have been very pleased with the customer service and compassion of all staff here. As my daughter said today, "Everyone there is always so nice." That means a lot, especially when families are spending a great deal of money! Thank you to the staff for always being kind and considerate of our time, and for treating our children as individuals and not just another patient. I will certainly recommend Hamilton, Wilson, & Hendrickson to others.
