They went above and beyond, getting me insurance in my price range

Horrible and sleazy insurance company. One of their drivers hit me and they take forever to do anything. They don't return phone calls. Luckily I will be going through my own insurance. Please do the world a favor and don't get this insurance.

The worst insurance company you can afford. They almost doubled my payment for no reason. Don't get your money STOLEN. They are SCAMMERS !!!!

It's no surprise they have a 1.2 star rating! I was involved in an accident and Hallmark was the other drivers insurance company. The other driver was cited for the accident, I have been waiting for over a month to get this taken care of an all I get is unanswered calls and the run around. I guess my next step is to contact an attorney!

Very competitive rate quote. Nothing changed because I provided the support they requested. Agent I met with really understood the auto and renters markets.

Adjusters are a pain to deal with, I literally call them 8 times a day for them to finally call me back. My accident happened in October 2019, they have not helped at all even after admitting fault. They "sent" a check for estimated repairs, now my body shop is saying my car will cost more to fix, and they have stoped answering the phone. Awful people, awful adjusters, awful company

Do not use! They give you a quote that you agree to then double it when withdrawing the amount. Claim you do not qualify for the quote they gave you.

The appraisers will not get back to you even after you leave voice mails and emails requesting a phone call back. I can t even begin to tell you how hard it is to work with these people.

This company is a thief there are making there customer to paid for there insurance on time but once they have an accident they don't want to paid for the damage I been waiting for my rent on car bill to be paid for 3 months and I haven't heard from them their they keep the money to themselves specially Julie Herrera she is a layer and is keeping my bill money this kind off company needs to get off business ASAP. Unbelievable how ruin people are.

Rude, unprofessional and ignorant!! Jose Garibay spoke rudely to me and my husband because they couldn't get a hold us, yet they didn't have the right email address and they supposedly called but never left a message. He tried to transfer me to his supervisor, Michael, I was on hold for 4 minutes then it hung up!!! I should be compensated for my time wasted and the stupidity of their adjusters.I spoke to 2 supervisors, the new one Amy Estrada, said she get many compliments a day on their service. Wow, what I way to speak to a person who is not impressed with your services or attitude.

Horrible call backs from claims department.... I called many times and the guy who is suppose to help me settle a car accident has not got back to me and its been 2 months later....

I wouldn't wish this insurance company on my worst enemy. The rates might be cheaper than bigger companies but when its time to pay you for the accident they will drag it out as long as possible. Kimberlin Hodlen is the worst. A simple fender bender is taking over 9 months to settle. She wont return calls, emails or texts. Stay away from this company!

P.s. The comment Hallmark left about reaching out, they have not called but I have called twice and no response.

I called to update my policy in November, I had to ask for an updated card for both vehicles because I didn't have a current one and I have not received another one since. I'm cancelling with them today I just got a new car so I looked into Geico, $25 less than what I'm paying through them for much better service and insurance.

This company is fake they take your money and never pay a claim DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They go up on your premium and claim you were uninsured RUN from these crooks
