12 weeks ago I was going to leave a 2 star review but after Will & Michael ( their managers) got involved everything got resolved quickly and professionally. I feel like the managers/directors need to train the staff a little more. My recommendation is if you need additional help, ask for a manager at Hallmark.

Not a very good insurance agency, look elsewhere for your sake and the sake of anyone you get in an accident with.

Hallmark takes a great deal of time to handle claims and don't really seem to know what they are doing on a lot of things. I assume this is because of their crazy turnover rate. I dealt with 3 or 4 different adjusters who quit in the time that my claim took to handle, and whether it was because lack of training or just bad management a friend in insurance told me they could have a case made against them for acting in bad faith on multiple occasions.

If you want an amazing insurance company, this is it! I was hit by one of their clients in Oct 2018. Took my car to get fixed and had to pay cash to get it back because they only paid 600 off the 2000 claim. Your premiums won't go up because they don't pay claims. Definitely sign up with these guys.

If you have had issues with this company please report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They need to be investigated on a federal level! Cynthia Buckholz and Jamie Dupree are complete failures at their jobs. They disregarded all of the evidence that was provided to them and are guilty of a Bad Faith Claim. I have provided over 25 minutes of videos, 35+ photos, and security footage of the damage their insured caused to my vehicle and they blamed it on the age of my car. STEER clear of this company and their employees. The managers and staff do not care about investigating claims to the fullest extent and they feel like they don't have to provide a claim outcome based on the evidence that is provided to them. I am currently escalating above Cynthia and Jamie to try and speak with a staff member who can perform a proper investigation. Official complaints against this company, Cynthia Buckholz, and Jamie Dupree have been filed with the FTC and BBB.
