They did it all!! Can't really say enough good things about this crew. We had some head-scratching plumbing issues [not getting hot water] and they wouldn't stop until it was either figured out or fixed!!! They were professional, easy to work with and just very nice and great people in general!! It's not often you find great plumbers and everyone from the main office to the field crew were top notch! Thank you!!!!

Office staff is very friendly. Mike and his crew are great, they answered all my questions. They installed a water softener system 3 years ago so when I needed a new hot water heater, I knew exactly who to call.

Mike and his father were beyond helpful and took the time to find out the problem. They demonstrated subject matter expertise which is leading to an efficient and effective resolution that another company negligently overlooked. Highly recommended and very trustworthy

These guys are quick and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Based on their hourly rate they are on par with others. They installed my gas water heater quickly and all went well. They had good suggestions for future projects, will answer all questions and were efficient for what they did (cleaned up afterwards, etc.). I suggest calling them personally if your project is not an emergency, because if you go thru the Lowes installation service system (which they participate in) it will cost way above an average plumber fee. They will come all the way to Harrisburg for your job. Not sure if they charge a travel fee though.

This company is contraced through Lowes to do installations. I ordered a water heater and purchased an installation fee through Lowes . The contractor went to Lowes to pick up the product. Lowes mixed up the purchase invoices and would not release my product. The contractor from Hall and Sons contacted me informed me he had been waiting an half hour to pick up the heater. I said can you wait just 5 more minutes I live in the area I have my paper work and everything to work this out.
I mean if you waited 30 minutes, what is just 5 minutes. He said he had to go and I would need to reschedule. Now I know to do an install on a water heater it may take a given 2 hours or more. So what did 5 minutes take to make a happy customer and maybe obtain more business. I arrived at Lowes in exactly 5 minutes and they admitted their mistake and called this companies corporate office immediately, to get the contractor to come back. It took only 5 minutes to get this resolved, which I believe the contractor should have contacted me immediately when Lowes would not release the heater to him , this would have saved time wasted.

I called Hall and Sons Plumbing when my water heater decided it didn't want to heat water. They were responsive to my call, showed up on time (yay!) and worked to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. Now I have hot water! Nice family owned business who did a great job. I'd gladly call them again (although I hope I don't have a need to do so!) and would highly recommend them if you need plumbing related work done.

Update: Almost a year later, I called them again for another plumbing issue, which they were quick to respond to and fix. Great job done at a fair price. Thanks for consistent and quality service!
