This company is contraced through Lowes to do installations. I ordered a water heater and purchased an installation fee through Lowes . The contractor went to Lowes to pick up the product. Lowes mixed up the purchase invoices and would not release my product. The contractor from Hall and Sons contacted me informed me he had been waiting an half hour to pick up the heater. I said can you wait just 5 more minutes I live in the area I have my paper work and everything to work this out.
I mean if you waited 30 minutes, what is just 5 minutes. He said he had to go and I would need to reschedule. Now I know to do an install on a water heater it may take a given 2 hours or more. So what did 5 minutes take to make a happy customer and maybe obtain more business. I arrived at Lowes in exactly 5 minutes and they admitted their mistake and called this companies corporate office immediately, to get the contractor to come back. It took only 5 minutes to get this resolved, which I believe the contractor should have contacted me immediately when Lowes would not release the heater to him , this would have saved time wasted.
