Got a delivery couple of days ago and one of the bottles had a white tube in it and the water seemed a bit murky for me. Called them and they offered to replace the water bottle. To be honest I m not sure I trust their water now

Great service. They were available when I needed help. Friendly, courteous salesmen. Very patient with my questions and concerns. I never once felt I was bothering them. I highly recommend Hall's Callihan of Wichita.

I loved Culligan in Oklahoma. Wonderful experience at two houses over 5 years. I have had the opposite experience with Culligan in Kansas. First, they drilled 2-inch screws through my 1-inch cabinets while hanging my RO system. This is not fixable. They did not care when I complained about it, and finally sent someone out to put in smaller screws and do a horrible job patching my cabinets. They happily took my 3 thousand dollars for RO and water softener but they can t own their mistake when they permanently destroy my kitchen cabinets cosmetically. Then they gave us an RO tank with a leak in the bladder. This lack of tank pressure caused the system to run constantly with a constant drain of waste water (every gallon or so of RO water causes a half a gallon of waste water give or take). We called and complained (maybe two weeks after install) and a technician came by, and without so much as touching the system told us we were crazy and that it was fine. Eight months later I finally call and complain again explaining I shouldn t be hearing water go down the drain in the middle of the night. Then they tell us it s going to be over 100 dollars for a tech visit for a problem we ve had since day one. When the tech comes out this time, he explains that the only way he was able to check the tank pressure was by draining it, proving the first guy had zero desire to help us find out if there was a problem. When my wife disputed the charge stating Oklahoma Culligan never charged us for product defects (we had a leaking O-ring once and they came and fixed it within hours, no questions asked), the lady on the phone tried to argue with my wife and tell us we must have paid extra for insurance. Arguing like that was highly unprofessional. The only person we ve delt with that had a shred of honestly is the guy named Ryan who finally figured out we had a tank with a pressure problem and guess what, water isn t running down the drain in the middle of the night anymore, and I wasn t crazy all these months to begin with. There is nothing worse than a company that takes your money and then implies you are stupid or makes excuses why they don t want to back their product. If I wanted all this stress to be on me, I would have purchased at Lowes for half the price and installed this myself, and gotten a 10% active-duty discount. At least then I wouldn't have those holes in my cabinets now. Why on earth would I support Culligan ever again? Corporate Culligan needs to know about this. Truly despicable. See photos for the damage they did to my cabinetry.
