HAI' team assigned to help find the best suitable for Housing Authority of LA is phenomenal. Everyone is knowledgeable and understands how important its for HACLA to have the best insurance coverage while at the same time working on getting the best rate and premium. Becasue of the return in insurance coverage and premium rate, we plan on continuing doing with business with HAI Group. We have been with them for many many years.

Insurance guy told me he will give report to the lady who makes the decision on Monday, and now turned it into a week or more! He claims he has to type a 30 page report on my case. Not happy!! My incident happened over a mo. ago. Note: I do live in HUD housing, so that's probably why it takes lil longer I'm thinking. Everything has to be perfect. But, I need money (now) to help with injury related stuff, hopefully won't take much longer! I chose not to seek an attorney hoping they settle fairly meaning at least 3 k.
