I spent a lot of money on a divorce and it was a shame in court I appeal it and I find all this heresay that mashMeyer allowed to be put into exhibits and try to say I ok it .. for one I am not A LAWYER for 2 it s heresay why would he should not even allow it to even b in a exhibit way before .. and says I ok it in emails .. why wasn t this brought up in meetings with him and I .. I am not a lawyer and it be in his clients best wishes to help them not leaving it or pawning it off on someone who paying u for legal divorce.. I highly recommend not to use mashmeyer for his Lack of professionalism .. unless u want to lose everything in court and be stuck with a big bill that he didn t do his job

My attorney was Maschmeyer. Maybe some of the other attorneys in this Law Firm or decent but he was completely incompetent. He was late getting to court didn't even make it into the courtroom until after the judge was seated. The only preparation for the case that he had were some hastily scrawled notes on a yellow legal pad that even he couldn't read. He submitted no evidence to back up my claims, he did not petition the court to ask for anything that I had asked for, and ultimately the only thing that got accomplished was the one thing that I was vehemently against. Cost me a few thousand dollars to get absolutely nothing. And believe me the judge made it absolutely clear in his ruling that he ruled the way he did because there was no evidence submitted, no petition submitted, and that my attorney kept bringing up things that the judge had no jurisdiction on.

Bill takes care of all my mother's affairs. He is always there for me as my mother's POA all the time, he is the most caring and helpful attorney I have ever met. I highly recommend this firm the best in Indianapolis. Thank you for all you have done and being there for myself and my husband and my mom to.
