Rude old lady answered the phone and acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling after 5pm. It's like they gave it forwarded to the owners house and then are upset at you because they have to answer the phone. Absurd.
This company is like hell on earth to deal with. I'm specifically talking about the boat slip department. This is our fourth summer now trying to get a boat slip. I call Laura, who is the person to talk to to get a boatslip, at least 10 times a year. I leave messages, I call multiple times a day and I have talked to her 3 times total in 3 years. I finally went over there in person and talked to her assistant who assured me Laura will call me the next day since she was out that day. No Call. I've been on the waiting list for years now, and when I went to talk to her assistant she said I wasn't even on the waiting list. I have friends who got a boat slip before me and got on the waiting list after me. Since hagadone owns nearly all of the boat slips in the main CDA area. We have no other company to turn to. If possible I would give them zero stars and tell anyone I know not to mwork with Laura, since she doesn't do business well. We use hagadone for our boat storage and they are awesome. Unfortunately that isn't the same for moorage. Maybe they will find a new person to run moorage, someone that will return calls to potential customers that want to give them thousands of dollars worth of business.
As a company their restaurant the dockside is not doing them any good. We have been there many years for Christmas dinner but this year was an absolute mess and shows how greedy this company truly is. 45 dollars for a dinner buffet of mediocre food, rude service, then having to walk a maze to get to a table in a different restaurant cause they are so greedy they dont care to make Christmas dinner a great experience instead just a way to make their pockets a nut deeper. VERY VERY UPSETING!!! I'm sure duane hagadone wont see this but in the off chance he does. Sir you need to re-evaluate that restaurant and get new management.
