Waited five hours for a tow. worst customer service do not call these people for a tow very rude !!!! Don’t let AAA recommend these guys to Tebow you the worst !!!

The crappiest service company in whittier. Do not ever use them. Customer seevice sucks and wait times are horrible. i was literally 5 minutes away from yeard and it took almost 2 hours for help

Went to pick up my vehicle the white female at the counter was very rude & she was going thru my vehicle after I told her I had all my paperwork,a side from being very slow to process your paperwork they think they have authority over your vehicle n your belongings. I don't appreciate this business there was money missing from my personal belongings it wasn't a large amount but it's the action that I don't appreciate....

On July 3rd I contacted AAA for battery service, when the technician form Hadley Tow arrived, he said "I do t have anything to jump your car", they he offered a battery which he installed backwards causing damages in the cost of $504.45. Three weeks later I have not heard from them, multiple attempts have been made to get this issued resolved and I only get a response "a manager is going to contact me".

Customer service is beyond excellent. They are the most kindest staff ever. Especially for a tow yard.

Fast to show up driver was a badass and got my huge 65 Lincoln continental into my garage off my very steep inclined driveway and I highly recommend them to anyone.

This review is in response to a Facebook post in regards to a customer of this low life company getting their belongings stolen from their car while being held in the facility's lot. I used to live right by them on Hoover Ave. and these guys would race up and down the street, double park wherever and whenever they wanted to, proceed to block and create traffic on my street. The worst was when I saw one speeding to a stop sign and not even hesitate to just blow right through the stop sign. I was constantly so aggravated and disappointed in all of the employees extremely careless attitude towards anyone besides themselves. Everyday I saw something that I as upsetting. That entire company just has horrible values and don't honor other people. Employees that I saw up and down my street everyday stroke me as sloppy, selfish, and extremely rude with no integrity. Avoid them like the plague.

THIER PERSONNEL SUCK THEY HAVE NO CONCERNS IN REGSRDS TO PEOPLE CALLING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT THE INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS ON THE ROAD THST CAUSE TRAFFIC INCIDENTS ON THE FREEWAY ! AND THE DRIVER ON THE 710 AT THE 91 WHO WAS THE CAUSE HAD NO REMORSE WHEN HE DID IT !

Sorry excuse of a company... Brakes parts on cars, ruins body parts on cars, steals personal belongings and unexplainable belongings that weren't mine, we're all of a sudden some how put in my car!!! Rude unprofessional and over all I only give them on star because I could give a rating without pushing on a star horrible place to have your car/truck towed to worked on or anything!!!

What a joke the driver was going 70 down the freeway towing 2 cars texting on his phone cutting people off. Real professional.

Got my car towed for blocking my own driveway which is not a crime , i was not given a citation or fee ,yet it cost me almost 200 dollars to get my car released after they had it towed without my permission for 5 hours and less than a mile from my house . I think this is illegal .Hadley tow also killed my battery after leaving my headlights on , that cost me 135 dollars on top of my tow , my steering also got damaged. I will be taking them to small claims.

Bad and now cost me money due to not reading instructions given. Easy toe and still bad service. Don't rely on this company. Fare warning

I just want to thank you for your great customer service. Osmar was really great, and helpful. He was concerned about our safety, and moved quickly to get us off the freeway. He was apologetic for being late, but he actually wasn't late at all. He came right on time, and got there 10 min before the estimated time. Thank you for taking care of your customers. Definitely good for business.

At first was disappointed due to delays, but when Samara arrived to assist me, I not only received top notch service, I was pleased to meet a superbly capable woman driver who went out of her way to provide me with high quality service and integrity. I applaud you, SAMI.

Found nail in my tire. Called AAA. Hadley towing service personnel Chris came within 15 mins, He tried but tire had a lock couldn't be opened. He call several tire place near by to get cheaper rate and escorted me there. He went out of his way to help. He's so nice and helpful. Thanks again Chris.

I pick up cars there all the time they're always friendly

Called AAA they said that the tow truck would be there in 20-40 minutes. Hadley tow called me right away and asked if I needed a flatbed for my four wheel drive. They ultimately decided to send a flatbed and said that he should arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and called them back. They told me he was 10 to 15 minutes away. Immediately after hanging up the phone the tow truck driver called me and said he was 35 to 40 minutes away. Right after talking to the driver I got a text from AAA saying that the tow truck was just dispatched. Hadley dispatch Center told me they were coming from Fullerton. I am in Stanton which is only 15-20 minutes away. The driver told me he was coming from Whittier. These guys lie. Their service sucks. I'm going to report them to AAA. On a side note the driver Salagar was really nice and professional.

Dont even bother with these Jokesters, all they are good for is cheating their workers out of hours from their paychecks, and the dispatchers being lazy telling you only to contact AAA if you want something done EVEN BEING THEY ARE CONTRACTED WITH AAA... then they tell you they dont know... yeah not too much they do know

Worst dispatch ever will run games on you and your triple aaa company.
They will try up selling products that you do not need. They will charge you more for certain things.
Make sure you are familiar with prices and your situation. I had a guy come to replace a battery and he did diagnostics and left and charge triple aaa for a service that did not help out my situation

I received battery road side assistance. I cancelled my contract with AAA because of my experience with Hadley towing and both AAA it was a sorry experience after being a member for years with AAA They maid it seem like they helped me but they didn't they fixed all there mistakes and put in cheap parts to my car. After there road side assistance guys and maintenance men harrassed me trying to charge me for there mistakes. On top of me having to miss work all day don't ever recommend Hadley towing to anyone. I wish I could put zero star but it won't me. This place has horrible service. I called AAA for battery service. The guy showed up and told me he wants my paperwork to replace my battery which it was warranty still. I told I don't have the paperwork but it's in the system with AAA. He told me he doesn't work for AAA and I told yes you're a subcontractor for AAA. Well he told me he couldn't help me because I don't have my paperwork, he has 2more calls to take care of and he just left. I called AAA and complained about this company and hopefully they can remove this company as one of their subcontractors. This towing company is giving AAA bad reputation.

You know I have had tow services provided from this company but this last time,they sent out this one man that was very helpful went out of he's way to help my daughter and my myself and my grandchildren out of the middle of the freeway when we tan out of gasoline.he first appeared very serious but once he started talking to Us he was a total gentlemen I will never judge a book by it's cover,Because that's what I did when I gitst seen Sweet Man and boy was I wrong.Thank you so much for having employees like this Man Hes name was I think "Saul" ,thank you Saul for your help!!!!hope next I need tow services you are sent to help me very nice.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Just cancelled my AAA membership for contracting out my call to these people. They took the call to pick me up projecting it out over an hour! They were late and i did not get one call or notification that they were going to be late. AAA calls them then they say they'd arrive in the next 15 min, they didn't arrive! We call them back now they say they'll arrive in the next 5 min, and they didn't! When I finally got to my destination hours later TANYA WOODS "the manager" wouldn't waive the fee for 4 miles!!!

On a side note: the driver Steve took the tongue lashing like a champ was super understanding and gave me excellent customer service.

They are thugs. 220 dlls charged me, and my car did not last half an hour in its lot. Rateros..

I reccomend Hadley Tow in Whitter. The tow truck Driver David got there on time and had all the right equipment to tow my RSX back home. He is a very safe driver and I highly recommend him for his GREAT service. Thank you David!

They tow cars even if they were not even called and i seen them park accross the street waiting for people to leave their cars and then tow their cars away just to make a buck plus they over charge to get your car back even if it was stolen!

Asked to take tru k out of garage. To much trouble. Said no after I waited over an hour.
Bobs and daves towing said no charges to pull it out.

Called early in the morning to have them more a car for me and they said they could do it and would be over in couple hours.... 3 hours later I call back and they said they would need a couple more hours and promised they would get it done. They never showed up or even called me back. Such a waste of time... I needed up calling Bob& Dave s towing and they were over in 35 minutes to get an easy job done.

Very bad service so people that damage my car from the front and the back the front indicator light damage and back tail light damaged and they wouldn't fix it they ignore it they lie the very sloppy service in the yard and the front desk is total jerks

Waited over TWO HOURS for a tow sitting in my car on the side of the road. I put in a request for AAA at 7AM on a Saturday morning. My car is completely dead and I have to tow it to the dealership. The wait time was 51 minutes. Then, after waiting over an hour, Hadley Tow called to tell me it would be at least another 30 minutes. I am giving a one star review because they should have told AAA sooner that the wait would be 90 minutes+. I called AAA and they said they can t help or send another provider if Hadley is giving me a 30 minute window. Even though I ve already waited over an hour. They said that if the tow company had told them it would be this long of a wait, they would have sent someone else. The customer service representative was kind, but I am frustrated at Hadley s lack of foresight and for stringing me along like this. It s not good service to do this. They should have told AAA they couldn t fulfill the request at this time.
UPDATE: it has been an hour and 45 minutes and I called Hadley again, because no update and 45 minutes has gone by. At first, they couldnt find my service request. Hold back panic. Then, after sharing my details several times, the receptionist transferred me. The coordinator said they are trying to get me someone, that I m next, but they don t have an eta. I explained what AAA said, that if they had just told them up front they couldn t fulfill the request that they could have found someone else. They said the original wait time was an hour. So I said I really needed an accurate time, that I can t sit on the side of the road for several hours. I asked what she would have me to? I do really need to use the bathroom at this point. She said she would call AAA and express my concerns to them. It does genuinely sound like she is short drivers, but that s not an excuse for the company to string me along for several hours on the side of the road.
UPDATE: I waited over two hours for the tow truck to finally show up. They sent one from Fullerton because they didn t have anyone nearby. Because the dealership was 10 miles away, and my AAA only covered 7 miles, I had to pay $30. I called AAA and they said it was ridiculous that I had to wait that long and they apologized and sent me a form to request a reimbursement.
Moral of the story, Hadley s Tow currently lacks the leadership to appropriately staff their company to respond to tow requests. Their customer service representatives are on the front lines and have to make empty promises.

Dont use them there very rude and disrespectful i work 5days a week out of my car and they came to tow my car lastnight and i understand rules are rules for overnight parking but dosnt give them the right to lift ur car with a person inside if i didnt wake up they would have drove off n then when i said something the guy wanted to call me a buster and use my attitude to decide if he will drop my car or not lets not forget when u go by there dispatch center they feel they have the right to go in the middle od the road wile oncomming traffic is trynna proceed oh n lets not forget even when u use the service they expect a tip or something the last time my engine blew up the guy asked me for some of my weed anyways dont use the service there rude and dont care about u or the safty of others

Getting my motorcycle out of here cost me and arm and a leg very expensive.

I loved hadley tow. except Bob wade. The man thinks he's a great manager, I think only great at micro managing, insulting drivers, the rest? only in his mind. Shoutout to Rocky,, Mark,,Lucas and all the great heavy drivers! Victor, Jamison, Solomon,.. Cheers..

Thank you so much for coming to my aid so quickly yesterday. Accidentally lock the keys in the car with the baby in the car seat. Arrive in 15 minutes and had the door open in 30 seconds! I am very thankful. Thank you so much!

It's a towing company, and that's what they do. They have no regard fo customer service, and your basically at their mercy. I was towed without warning, first they said I was parked next to a fire hydrant, but there wasn't one, so than they said I was in a unmarked fire lane. A disappointing way to meet this company.

I had a great experience earlier. Paul came to my rescuer. He responded quickly, professionally and was extremely nice. An overall awesome experience. Highly recommended!!!

If i could gove 0 stars I would. Hadley Tow was horrible. I was told the driver would be there in an hour. I waited almost 2 hours. Called them several times. The first woman the answered said he is half an hour away. Called again half an hour later. Was told the driver was 4 miles away. Called 30 mins after that and was told the driver was 3 miles away! How is that possible? Then the driver gets there and doesn't get out of the tow truck. He HONKED at me to bring him my ID. AND he wasnt wearing a mask! Very unprofessional

Nathan was amazing!! Super nice and professional showed up with in minutes and had my car unlocked with in seconds. Greatest experience I ve had since I lock my keys in my car often!!! Thank you again so much Nathan!!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would.. The "Manager" and everyone in there was 1000% high off something, I called, they said my Vehicle was there, i arrive.. I pay.. and my vehicle is NOT there. He then goes oh you have to go to Baldwin park. and guess what? IT WASN'T THERE. The man was just talking, he literally had no idea what he was doing or talking about. he also gave me a wrong number for a question i had about the incident. Lots of wrong info. Just overall my experience with Hadley, as staff, record label and crew... was just awful. How do you tow a Vehicle and not know where it is?

Horrible service so the driver was backing my daughters vehicle into our driveway and backed into our metal gate when I approached the driver to let him know he denied it! He insisted on arguing so I walked away decided to contact Hadley tow which was also a waste of time!!! Here some advice drug test your drivers!!! Company is a joke!!

Worst Dispatch ever incredibly rude! Guys we super nice and helpful but the bad taste was already there.

I live in LA. Got in an accident near there. Car was towed there. My insurance was going to tow it back to LA, where I live, to a body shop. I needed to drive DOWN TO WHITTIER to release my car. They did not tell me this up front.

I requested a car towing service today and was told that my drivers eta was 11:00 am. I was picked up at 11:49 my a driver that seemed to have an attitude for no apparent reason. But that s not what bothered me what bothered me was him trying to save his energy by driving my car onto the flat bed wen u can see my tire is at wits end. I had to scream stop when I saw it happening for him to stop not to mention my rim was burning what was left of my tire. Just horrible.

Temerance the dispatcher is a total retard dumb a$$ rookie that shouldn't be a dispatcher. More like a princess working at forever 21. He didn't want to tow my truck cause there's no tailgate and there's a 50 gallon auxiliary tank in the bed. Making every excuse to not tow it, when I had a real AAA rated tow company just tow the same truck 3 weeks before. Explains why this company has such bad reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They towed my RV made it impossible to get it out every thing I owned was in it when I went to remove my personal belongings most of it had been removed and then they sent it to the scraper and crushed it without informing me of its dispotion if you experienced the same treatment let me know this is scandalous unprofessional and shows how they value their victum

On my way to work this morning one of the drivers in a prius was honking at me to turn left into oncoming traffic. After he managed to pass me, I saw him look at me and shake his head as if I d done something wrong to him. This isn t even the first time I see them driving badly. If the whole car is covered in the companys logo you would think they d actually drive more patiently and safely.

I just wanted to commend Jimmy Q. For his excellent service on June 3. I had a dead battery. He arrived within a few minutes, checked my battery and cleaned the very corroded positive terminal. It turned out I needed a new battery, which he had with him and replaced in a matter of minutes. He was so helpful and polite.

They are the worst towing company that I have had to deal with. They did not pick up in a timely manner. In fact it was picked up the next day when it was scheduled for the day before. Then they give the driver the wrong drop off address.

Worst experience ever. AAA should be ashamed for working with this company. They kept putting us on hold over the phone because they didn't know that they had our car. Then proceeded to tell us the wrong information. 3 different people picked up the phone to ask us the same information. The issue was not resolved and all three were extremely rude. Not acceptable.

By far the worst tow service provided Kayla the receptionist was rude and disrespectful and unprofessional, as well as Jimmy the dispatcher. I don't recommend this place to anyone if you have AAA always ask which company they are using this is such a unprofessional place Kayla was arguing with me like a high schooler .and Jimmy told AAA service was provided . They are the worst tow company I've experienced.

#1 in my book . Courteous and polite very very helpful they took care of me with no problems and I recommend them highly they have maintenance and body work and very professional I highly recommend them look for Ronnie and he will take care of you

Someone from this company broke into my car, uncles and brothers car on Monday around 2-4 am. I called the police and made a report the following night 2 vehicles came to out neighbors house one was a Toyota Corolla and the other one was a Prius that had the Hadley tow logo on it and I watched someone get out of the Hadley car with a red bag and the neighbors in the back of my house and the people in the cars all went to the neighbors SUV and tried to use the slim Jim to get in. I was on the phone with the police and they where sending someone out. By the time the police arrived the cars had left. I was able to get pictures of the license plates of both cars. I have been calling to speak with the manager since Wednesday about why was their vehicle at my location when no one called for service. I keep getting the run around that the manager will call me back and still nothing. What a shame of a company to hire thieves!

This is by far the worst experience my wife and I have ever had buying a car from an auction. We was so happy to finally be mobile again the car appeared to be very nice except for after paying a high price for it we soon learned that our car had no reverse and no over drive. Of course they did nothing to help us out being we already signed all the paperwork. Word of advice stay away from this place

I called for a tow and was told around 1 hour so I waited 2 hours passed so I called back and was told the truck was in route about 10 mins away so now 3 hours later and still no show not even a courtesy call very unprofessional but not like they care

Property is contracted with this tow company, called a month ago to have a sign replaced, called again, spoke with David to have to sign reposted. Was told he would be here the next day. Didn't happen, reached out two days in a row as follow ups. Only to be told "Monday" I just hope the rest of their customer service is not as bad!!

Yesterday my son hit a wall and triple A sent a driver to tow him, not only was the driver there quick but he did what he could to cheer my son up. Awesome customer service and grateful for his assistance with my 18yr old and his first car accident. Thank you Mr Eddie for your kindness.

Hadleys tow in Whittier has always done right by me! All that I have come across have been nothing but awesome!! Would always recommend!!
