This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at. Staff members are excellent; warm and friendly environment. The food is excellent, lots of daily activities for kids and adults, and the facility is so clean. I can't recall all the names of all the staff members who made my stay awesome, but Chek, Dheeraj, and Babloo were outstanding. Will be returning to this resort for future vacations.

A staffing that does not speak French. Pity. The room we received is not worthy of a 5 star. Fortunately my husband moaned to change rooms because initially, a window that overlooks a wall.
We booked with FTI and apparently the rooms in the towers are not accessible to us for this reason.
Many paid benefits and more. Please, stop harassing us with the lifestyle club. Too many people in the lobby who want to constantly propose to join. 16k , please ....
The evening almost no atmosphere and the pool closes at 18h ..

Great location if you want to city and beach holiday.

We have stayed in this hotel this september. It was not a pleasure staying at this hotel. Point 1: when we arrived we have put into rooms with separate beds. It was very clear that we were a couple. Therefore they could give us other rooms. This mistake took us 2 days to fix and also that my wife was pregnant and we had no elevator in the area we were staying. Point 2: we had to pay for another room.. Point 3: we have paid for the breakfast service. This was a mistake. Literally everyday for 2 weeks the Food/kitchen Served the same. point 4: for 5 days in a row they had constructions going at 9am. in the room below us.. The receptionist did not even know why there were constructions. Point 5: if you have your own car you can only make use of the valet service. We could not park and pickup our own car in the garage. 1 day we have waited for 40 minutes for the valet service to get us our car. Another couple days they brought us the wrong car...
At the end we did want a compensation and the management did not want to give us anything is return... Unfortunately we could not fully enjoy our vacation in this resort.

If found out that one of the staff in habtoor having an affair with a married man. Isn t bad on hotels reputations?

A beautiful hotel, a ruin of old but very well maintained and clean. One of the small hotels with direct access to the beach. And Salah is the BEST!

Solid hotel with a really nice outdoor cinema, which is a great experience. The cinema staff are really nice.

The air pressure in the towers is hurting, they didn't calibrate it, and the AC was making things worst.
House keeping and front desk staff was helpful in any demands.

Good family hotel, Staff especially in the restaurant go out of their way, Gave 4 stars as the children's pool/slide was out of action for 2 days for maintenance without any warnings at time of booking or checking in, Also had to move rooms as first room was dirty & smelled but to be fair allowed us a room at 10am rather than the normal 3pm check in, Would stay there again!

This is what you will surely hear from the opinions ....In this case I want to give place to the staff, thanks to each of the people who work in this great hotel, they make it magical, special ... They do not neglect any detail, they always give you a smile, and an experience that you will never forget. The food has been exquisite, they have satisfied our palate; and how not our allergies (I know is kot easy)
On this trip, my life has changed completely without a doubt. Raneem and my future husband, worked together to prepare me the best surprise and Christmas gift, which was asking me to marry him. He swore to you that it is the best day of my life. I promise that these vacations have been the best and I will remember them all my life.

Had a royal stay at Habtoor. Waken up to the stunning view of ocean and landscaped gardens. Suites and rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable lounge areas and superb facilities, creating a sense of tasteful luxury and warn Arabian style. I really liked their Arabian sea food restaurant , Al Marsa. If you're in and around Jumeira beach I strictly reccomend you Habtoor Grand resort . Enjoy the Arabian hospitality with superior levels of service excellence .

Though the rooms are very small they have a good view. Resort is very good. It has a private beach as well.

Frankly the administration Mchkowooworh changed us room .. And Mr. Professor Tariq (alternate manager) was very cooperative .. He made the necessary ... And changed the impression completely for the better .. The residence changed to the best .. Thanks to them all

The valet is slooow

Rooms were beautiful. Pool area was grand. Reception was polite. Lady at the kids play area is worth a mention. Food was just short of excellent but the rest of the experience more than made up for it.

I would award three stars: two stars for the tourist rip-off and four stars for the hotel standard. I had booked with FTI. My half board was a worse half board than others, which I could not dodge with extra charge in the restaurants in the garden. Also, the assigned room was so badly located that I booked an upgrade to a tower room (of course for an extra charge of 35 euros per night). The first time I have experienced a hotel in which there are different classes of half board.

Went to the Ramadan tent there. They have wide selection of food and drinks for good price

Visited this place for the candypants brunch and have to say the place is absolutely amazing with some gorgeous beach views

Beautiful resort and overcrowded on weekends... 2 min walking distance to skydive and beautiful visual treat of Dubai ain... Private beach with water sports... Badminton Court.. Kids paly are indoor and outdoor... Pool with slides very friendly ND helpful staff... Great place to stay or visit...

I took my family for a staycation in Al Habtoor Grand and it was extremely bad experience. The worst Marriott Hotel experience in my life.
1. The hotel has almost no recognition what so ever to Marriott elite members.
2. I ve reserved King bed rooms and was given double bed rooms. It wasn t mentioned in reservation that it was optional, if it was I would have booked another hotel.
3. No breakfast was offered as elite guest gift.
4. Room was dirty and clearly not sanitized properly.
5. Insects and ants was found inside The bathroom.
6. Shower has extremely hot water (almost boiling) making it very difficult to have a shower. I almost got burned today and couldn t shower my kids.
7. No umbrellas on beach despite the abundance of shade longs.
8. House keeping are extremely slow. It takes 1 hour and multiple phone calls for everything to happen.
9. We ordered icecream on the beach and we got a molten cream. It took 50 mins to get the order despite being informed that it takes 10 mins. After I
complained, staff offered me a credit for the value of icecream to be used in other things. But still, it was a bad experience.

10. The whole hotel facilities are extremely outdated and in poor condition. I don t understand how this hotel is classified as catagory 6. I ve seen a catagory 2 hotels that are far better.
11. Frontdesk personnel lied to me about hotel being fully booked when Inasked for garden rooms despite the fact that I can see those rooms online open for booking at the very same moment.

This was honestly an extremely bad experience and total embarrassment. I am a Titanium member and I chose Marriott for the support I could get being an elite
Member. I would have chosen other hotels and being treated better without being a member. Very very dissappointed.

I give 2 stars because some of the staff was trying hard but clearly there is poor management and I wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful and endless resort in that of Dubai Marina. There are 2 pools, one huge and crowded, the other, called infinity pool, smaller on the third floor but more suggestive. There are several restaurants inside where we ate really well. Do not underestimate the free valet parking in case you rent a car (the parking lots in Dubai are expensive ...)

Had my 90minutes Swedesh Massage. It was Perfect! I had my Thai therapist...Thank you Kira!

The rooms are great with great views. The service is great, they make the rooms twice a day so they always look like new ones. The beds are comfortable and an ok TV is available in the room. Free water every day and access to slides and a large pole cannot request more. Can't complain about much and definitely not the food Great recommendation

Too big, too many Russian guests, too loud. Food was always very good. On the beach you can not really relax because of the two beach clubs next door.

The Hotel has it s own beachsection and is close to the Marina. Big rooms, clean. The Breakfast was not excellent but still good. The employees are very friendly especially at the reception hall. The hotel is highly recommended for families.

Ahh Habtoor,,My ears are vibrating now, No place in Dubai can beat this, if you got badass squad and then you must visit this place, The great underground interior and live band with pool table makes you weekend memorable. Good for Squad

The hotel itself is of good quality but the food in Grand Grill and the lack of customer care from duty management leave a lot to be desired. All in all a huge disappointment.

Actually i felt that the reception staff are either working in another hotel or coming from another world ..
i live near by the hotel but i have booked only 2 room to enjoy their propaganda facilities which was informed to me earlier ..
Since i have entered i was shocked over & over again
Despite all their miserable furniture They have informed earlier that the swimming pool are opened till 10:00 pm so i was relaxed till the sunset then i was shocked that they close at sunset .. again they told that they serve shisha and i could not see the shadow of it

Regarding covid-19 precauionsry measurment theu have zero control
I have intered without temperature check .. & i could not see anyone sanitizing or cleaning anywhere

I have also requested 2 rooms beside each other and they have gave me one room in the middle and the other at the end or corridor

The breakfast is Good they have 3 station for Omelets so there will be no delays

They have 2 swimming pools one with salt water and the other is normal water
And there s swimming pool for kids with slides
They have water Zumba is you are interested in some

The rooms were great except the water pressure although we called twice to fix it but no one came
The doors isn t soundproof so be careful
And thank you for the housekeeping who cleaned our room 431 he was the best

Beautiful resort with nice rooms and service. Didn't like the size of double beds and how close together they were.Pool area and beach were nice amenities.Two clubs are local to resort.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, which is very hard to fulfill almost all the wishes of the guests. We had a room on the 20th floor with sea view. The view was fantastic.

The resort stands out with excellent customer service and tons of amenities. There is play area for kids within the facility like other public parks. The pool area (there are multiple pools) are amazing with good vibes all around. The best part of the main pool is the water slides.

The beach area has the best views of JBR. The landscaping is beautiful and maintained quite well.

We had a quality time in the resort and surely will visit again.

All the staff's very friendly and cooperative. The parking management team and security are very motivated and does their job professionally.

Great resort, good service, great organization, food varied, great location, I would like to go back.
