Seems I'm not the only one having problems with customer service. I think we all dealt with "Kim." All I needed was a battery replacement. I would even go down there pay cash and pick it up. Two hour drive up then two hour drive back. This H-Wave really helps me with my back. Spoke with her several times. I'll call you back...She never did...I left several voice msgs...She blew me off....Horrible.....This is how you treat your first responders...Wow

The device is great but customer service is the worst. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Issue after issue with this place. Took over a month to get the device after surgery, supplies ran out and it took forever to get them(had to stop using the device) and now they are telling me I must return the device bc they tried for months for a new script and couldnt get it. They, of course, never told me the script ran out until now. Oh and they initially told me the device was purchased after 6 months rental. Now that the 6 months passed, they said it's not paid for until after 10- 12 months. Absolutely horrible.

H Wave is the bomb digity! My junk was hurtin and now it feel so good. I recommend dem fo sho!

The machine it's self is fine. It does not really work for me, it actually causes swelling. But for others I have heard it works wonders. My one star is for the employees I had contact with and the company. After letting my rep know that the machine doesn't work for me. I'm not going to make my work comp insurance company pay for something i can't use, so I told my rep it wasn't going to work out. She made a date to pick it up. Never showed up. Then I called left a message asking if we can set something up again, so I can get this machine back to her. No response. Several, I'm talking several months later. I get another call from the same female rep and again she sets up a date and time to pick it up. I even went as far as to say when ever you get here will be fine. I left the whole afternoon available for her. She agrees and says I'll see you Monday. Again, doesn't show up, doesn't call or text. Very bad customer service. Then today I received a letter from H Wave that tell me I have to take the machine to the nearest actual UPS store because their employee can't get it together and quit giving me the run around. I obviously have this machine for some special need. The audacity of your company to assume I'm going to drive to drop off this machine because your employee was to lazy or forgetful to do her job, you are sadly mistaken. I am disabled and have health problems. If you want your machine you will be picking it up, I will also be contacting me attorney to let them know of this ridiculous situation.

I love H-wave! Fantastic product that works wonders. Staff was incredibly helpful to me in selecting what I needed. Thank you for everything.

It simply does not work for me . Its straight up trash

I Had a friend (Susan) share with me all about H-Wave many many years ago, however three years ago I was in dire need of H-Wave s pain relief. I had been through treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture, Orthopedic & Pain Mgt Doctors for pain relief for my hip. Many pills, ointments, creams, exercises and injections all of which would last short periods of time until I finally started using the H-Wave device. It was life-changing! I typically say to people it is the best thing that I have ever been introduced to! It is not a quick quick fix yet it is such a valuable part of my recovery. Worth the investment of time ten times over....I highly recommend if you can experience the device YOU SHOULD !

As a practicing chiropractor, I have been partnering with H-Wave for the past 4 or 5 months. I have found working with Gail, Dave, Todd and Karen, from H-Wave, very enlightening and enjoyable. H-Wave has been helping me and my patients by providing great advice on how to use the H-Wave device for pain control and rehabilitation. The majority of my patients, that use H-Wave, have seen benefits in a short period of time. I highly recommend working with H-Wave, the company, and using the H-Wave device to reduce chronic pain/complaints and improve movement and promote healing.

Avoid! The machine is too expensive compared to competitors and the company has very unprofessional/ rude staff! beginning with a rep named michael who will call and harass you about payment! This company does not comply with the fdcpa rules and will call you multiple times at crazy times! They don't care about their patients and they don't send out the year worth of supplies as promised!

I am pleased to have H-Wave as part of my healing tool box modality. I personally use it on long flights, on my back when sciatica wants to flare up and on my patients for lymphatic drainage. I know H-wave is used in professional sports and physical therapy offices but I found the best use of this technology to be for home use. My entire family benefits from this frequency device and find that instead of reaching for medication to relieve pain they rather attach the machine around their belt for a few minutes and continue on with the day. I highly recommend it!

H-Wave is an amazing product that has given me so much pain relief, more than the medication I've been on for 2-1/2 yrs. I use it 2-3 times a day almost every day. I am slowly getting treatment for all of my injuries and use the Unit on all parts of my body for great relief. If you can get one it will change your life for sure! Dave

I highly recommend. When I get home from work I can barely get up the steps due to my back pain and on some occasions can't sit or lay down I can only stand in place, after using the H-Wave system I'm back to being able to move freely with little pain. This is an amazing machine

I am a Chiropractic Physician with two offices in the New Orleans area. I have been using H wave on myself and my patients since early 2020. It has been a game changer for us. When I have a patient that comes in with pain level of 10 (pain scale of 1-10 with 10 being unbearable pain), after the first visit using the H wave(along with chiropractic care), we were able to get the pain down. I love the non-medicated approach into pain management. Patients are able to use it at home to mange their pain.

I cannot recommend H-Wave more highly. H-Wave is a staple in my every day life and I literally could not live without it. Whether is be after a field training, workout, weight lifting, a run; whatever the situation H-Wave is my savior. Long gone are the days of soreness that inhibit me from performing at my best. It is a life saver that has allowed me to excel beyond anything I thought possible.

Not only on the normal activity and daily life side, H-Wave has also been a life saver for me with recovering from surgeries and injuries. Unfortunately over the past couple of years I've have numerous surgeries and H-Wave has always played a HUGE part in my speedy recoveries.

After an ACL reconstruction surgery, I literally had 0 swelling. Yes, you read that right 0 SWELLING.

If you couldn't tell from my enthusiasm about the product, I believe that H-Wave is a must have for every single person and family around the world. The amount of happiness and pain relief this machine and company has brought me is insane. I am grateful beyond words to the company and their machine for all they have done for me.

I'm sorry that there are some folks on here not getting customer service. I am a US Army Veteran and I received an H Wave from my VA doc for Chronic back pain. It has been an amazing piece of equipment. My pain level has not completely disappeared, but it has reduced it drastically. I can finally sleep through the night and function a bit better through the day. I can't say enough about how much my H Wave has changed my life. (cue cheesy infomercial smile) "Thanks H-Wave!"

Great device and service. I use it when sports injuries pop up and for chronic conditions that need attention in between adjustments and acupuncture. It's very convenient to use at home and connect with their support team. My favorite self-care device and I never go on an adventure without it.

Just had my first appointment with Karen and Susan. I am impressed. I am recovering from a badly broken ankle and with just a half hour I could feel the blood flowing in my foot.
Will be following their instructions in detail and am hoping that it will get better.

As a military veteran I have neuropathy in both and feet chronic pain. This H wave machine does wonders for me. I m in Fresno California and I work with Alyssa and Susan and they have been wonderful. They ve given me different settings to place the pads for where nerves are fired up. And, they ve shown me how to use for long term maintenance to help prevent most flare ups. Sadly this device does not work for everyone.
Thank you H wave for helping me gain some peace and sanity.

Have used the H-Wave in my doctors office and seen immediate benefits. Literally limped in and was able to walk out with no pain. I have referred family and friends and it makes me look like a genius. I like looking like a genius. It is my go to for pain and maintenance. My TENS device feels like a toy in comparison.

Yes his is the best unit I have had yet. I suffer from chronic pain and this unit helps alleviate my pain and immobility.
