Times injectors, ignition coils and spark plugs ch...

Times injectors, ignition coils and spark plugs changed 4 pieces each. Of course, they were also charged to me.
But after 1 year it turns out that all 4 of the candles are still the old ones, you only changed 3 ignition coils and I don't even mention injectors anymore.
2000 fr for miserable work. And back then I received the car when it was dirty and unclean.
Very disappointing in a BMW garage.
Definitely not worth recommending.

I was always kept up to date and was well informed. Certain service work was brought forward specifically and thus saved me a lot of time.

Landed on this garage by accident and don't regret it.

After X years as a BMW owner, I have to say that this garage is by far the best I've ever serviced my car.
Super friendly, top employees, on time as agreed, responding to customer requests and for me the overall package is just right.

Although I have 1 hour to get to the garage, in the future I will only bring my car there and buy it there when something new is available. You just make a great impression.

A few days ago I took my BMW for fault reading for 60.- because the car vibrated.
The consultant said this would take about 5 to 6 working days. I said yes with an uneasy feeling, said inside that there is no such thing as reading out the error for a short time. Oh well..

2 days later I called and said he shouldn't do anything, I would pick up the car. He agreed. When he got to the garage he gave me the key and said we found the bug and fixed it. Now it costs 250.-. Without having given my consent to repair the car, only to do a fault reading for 60.-

The consultant insisted on the 250.- I had expected 60.-. So that the situation didn't last, I paid the 250.- and left because I had a short time and I had to go back to work.

Personally, I will never visit this workshop again.

Because the repair was not mentioned to me first and I didn't want it that way. Secondly, the service felt disinterested and, thirdly, I also work in a service company and inform the customer step by step of further costs.

Such "mistakes" must not be alleged mistakes that you learn in basic training.

P.S. On the day I brought the car over, the gentleman said he would inform me by email or phone as soon as the error was read. The speech was read out errors and no repairs. But he didn't!

I was treated miess, thought after the reviews here, this company had a very good reputation.

I had my annual car care at Hausermann. The people are very nice, but I had a little problem. I paid an additional CHF 48 for the cleaning program because it was an engine cleaning that I wanted to have done by a professional. I personally cleaned the car a week before, so it really did not need much other work and I specifically asked for the engine cleaning. When I got home, I opened the engine and it was still as dirty as before. Yes, they offered to repeat all the work next time, but if you pay over 500CHF for an oil change and cab filter change, you expect 100% the first time.

I had my car serviced about 1.5 months ago. I don't know what is being checked, but if I say my car is losing coolant, it is losing too. I don't say that for fun or because I'm bored. Apparently a pressure test was made at the time and nothing was found. The defective lamp in the car was not discovered either, although the message that the lamp is defective always comes when the car is started. The lamp was only changed when I picked it up, through my advice.

I called about 1.5 weeks before my vacation and asked for an appointment, but unfortunately everything was already planned. So I had to look for another garage.

In my opinion, a BMW garage should be more competent. If the customer comes with a problem, one should be interested in solving it, not postponing it. Will avoid this garage in the future.

A few weeks ago I brought my vehicle to have the mfk checked and the glow plugs + control unit replaced. I have expressly asked several times to find out what needs to be done before the repair. Because I wouldn't have had anything done for major repairs.
When I was able to pick up my vehicle without prior information and wanted to start it the next morning, it smoked heavily and could only be started after 3 times ... so I contacted again and had to bring my vehicle over again. I was then allowed 2 times 200Fr. Pay because the garage did not work properly and only then informed me that there was apparently still damage to the engine. Any attempts to discuss with the garage failed and I was told: "stop gits". Very incompetent!
In addition, they exchanged my license plate holder and did not inform me.

So this is how you do surreptitious advertising and kidding young women these days.

I have been in VERY many different BMW garages and distribution partners. Never before have I received such a competent and friendly service from one of them as here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I'm really super positive surprised :-)

The workshop employee (Mr. Zehnder) knew very well about my vehicle, which unfortunately was not the case in the previous garages. Coupling has been optimized. Vehicle drives like on day 1 <3

Usually I am very happy with the way the garage is working and the repairs have been done thoroughly.
However, on my last visit there was one thing that I found very uncomfortable. I went there to replace a rear fog light. It said 120.- total and that I can bring my car over in 2-3 days when the replacement part has arrived. I confirmed this. When I was there, however, they said: "Can't we build in like this, we still have to replace other things", which should therefore cost 220.- (why the first employee didn't notice this?). I said no problem and made another appointment. Shortly before my 3 appointment I called and it said: We have to order the one cable completely new, because the cable head is not available individually. "This should cost me around 330.- totally. I found this very unreliable and outrageous, there I am sure that everything would have been found on the first visit, if you had taken a closer look at my car. Instead, only the price was pushed up each time. The money is my secondary problem, however. My concern is simply the incompetence in this one Wait a minute and that I had to go there 3 times because of a rear fog light and the price kept changing with every visit.

What a pity.

But this was the last time I was at this garage.
No more service and no new eyes from the whole family.
