Location is far from ideal, unless you drive or take a taxi around. The hotel itself is old but renovated to have new and modern rooms. However, the rooms are not that large given the location. Not a bad conference hotel. There is a mall attached to the hotel but limited dining and shopping options.

One of the best business hotel in town. Room is extremely clean with shower and tub. Wide range of varieties in the buffet from local food to Japanese to western. The dessert is something to go for.

Very modern hotel a few mins walk to/from LRT. Easy parking off the Federal Highway. Nice welcome in open lobby area. Nice clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Breakfast can be a struggle if there are lots of Chinese tourists pushing and shoving as you choose your food - but you just give as good as you get & they eventually get the message. This was the only minus to a fantastic hotel.

Our church just held a retreat in Pullman in June ...

Our church just held a retreat in Pullman in June for 800 people. Despite the huge number of people, there was no deterioration of service standard. The services rendered was excellent, beyond our expectation ! No details were too minute to be left unattended. Staff went beyond the call of duty to serve. First class indeed!!

Special mention to Giselle, Khai Loon, Celine, Jaber, Eibal, security staff (my apologies that I did not get their names) and many more. Danny, the F & B Director, rolled up his sleeves to serve !

It was great working with them to make the event a memorable one.

Dad, mom, baby and I came to lunch. Natural ambience. Mom has an excellent prawn that was fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly and efficient especially -Faisal. Thank you for the hospitality and excellent service.

Stayed for two nights.... The hotel is spacious and novel, with sufficient room space and clean and comfortable. It is worth mentioning that its security: The room card can only go to the corresponding floor where you are staying (G to 4/F other hotel facilities floors are not required Use room card). The hotel has a 17-seat Shuttle bus for reservation at 8pm to the nearby shopping mall (return time is 10:00pm).

Meals:
1) There are many choices for breakfast, but I personally feel that it does not suit the taste of the Chinese;

2) The hotel has a Japanese restaurant, a buffet restaurant and a 1/F Chinese restaurant (generally, guests have a 20% discount, and the average consumption is about 100 MYR per person). During the stay, I enjoyed the buffet and Chinese restaurant dinner, the buffet was not very good (seafood is not fresh, and the supply/replenishment is slow).... On the contrary, the Chinese restaurant is a good place that has been overlooked!

.... Few people went to the Chinese restaurant that night, but we were absolutely surprised after the meal! We chose two set menus of 100 and 120 MYR respectively, each with 7 dishes (the "no" set menu is 20% off, and there is another tea fee). Each dish is made with care and materials (expensive The material and quality are high), the taste is good, and the service is very standard. My family and I both recommend the 120 MYR set meal (the only suggestion is to change its "rice" to the "Crab Meat Sauce Rice" in the 100 MYR set. There is no additional price difference for the flat set in the expensive set. ). After the meal, we ordered the Musang King Pancake (80% Musang King, 20% off).... The sweetness is overflowing, and the cheeks are fragrant.

Great food, great atmosphere, and awesome service. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here and would like to particularly commend Faisal for his excellent service. Thank you Pullman, and we look forward to coming again.

Not a very good idea to stay during peak season li...

Not a very good idea to stay during peak season like global holiday period, if you have babies and toddlers. My check in is being delayed, although we prebooked. We waited for 1 hour. I had a cranky toddler who needed to nap while the elder one wanted to join her friends, who were already at the pool.... Get this there was another Japanese couple with a baby and they were also waiting.

I waited until the lobby was empty and every one had been given a room, all except my family... It sucks when I have 2 very young kids with me, so I had to voice my displeasure. They finally had no choice but to upgrade us to the executive level. If they had made us wait any longer, I would have given just a 1 star rating.

Having said that, the staff service during the wedding banquet was excellent. The pool concept was also nice as they had several sections, so guests need not have to crowd at the same pool area. Well thought of. Thumbs up on that.

My 3rd visit and as always the smiling and welcoming of Mr Hnin wai makes us feel the place more comfortable. Food as always superb. Highly Recommend for forigners visiting Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar. Keep it up pullman.

I enjoyed the lunch buffet and the facilities provided in the training room are as requested. Great hospitality and friendly staffs especially Shah, Huzaifah, Laili, Hassan and Fahmi. They helped me a lot during the two days training. Will definitely come again for stay-cation next time around!

Was having buffet lunch today .The spread was good & most of the food taste good & fresh .Most importantly the staff are efficient in clearing the used plates .One by the name of Faisal(Pakistani)is alert, saw me taking teh tarik without the saucer he quickly get one .While I was struggling to cut my meat , he came with a sharper knife. Good job & hope every staff will continue to show their interest in their jobs .

I feel your front desk staff and Concierge are not trained in more personal approach and service with a smile which differentiate your services with the rest of the 5stars hotel I stayed before.

Just do not have the "home away from home feelings" that bring guests back every time they are in KL...just don't have that personal touch tho the room is clean and nice

Hotel staff response promptly to complains and request. However, we have bad experience with incident as per below:

Things to improve:
1. From my understanding Accor members could actually requested for early check ins and late check outs. I received an email just a day before my arrival at the hotel notifying me that I will be charge which i don't think that is very professional. An email should be follow by a phone call, as i did not have access to my email until my arrival at your hotel. I was lucky to have your receptionist who promptly clarified and confirmed with me that there would not be any additional charges to my stay.
2. I arrived to a broken shower head which was changed immediately after i contacted your One Touch Service tea. Credit to the prompt response.
3. On the second night of my stay i came to realised that there were blood stains on the big pillow, i did not report it to your house keeping team as it was pretty late so i just moved the pillow aside and call it a night. I did informed your reception upon checking out.

Keep it up
1. Breakfast coffee was GOOD.
2. Serve a huge variety of breakfast. Grateful that your hotel is considerate to the guests and included gluten free bread. THUMBS UP.

Bad stay experience. Hotel front desk team weak not professional not experienced, encountered issues from check in to check out. 1st room assigned "non-smoking" room was full of smoke smell (can't even bear to breathe). Requested for room change, 2nd room assigned was "smoke free", but room condition was poor. Super small size "mini room", worn out interiors, stuffy aircon that just can't bring room temperature down, a smelly shower that floods the floor till room carpet, etc etc, even the "Pullman pen" was rusty n stale. Surely this is not just poor on maintenance upkeep or missing out the details, but missing out everything entirely. Worse still, couldn't sleep the whole night with all the noises throughout non-stop, doors slamming across corridors, usage of toilet (flushing, showers etc) constantly from neighbours upstairs downstairs & all around. To add on further, even the breakfast during 2nd day was disappointing enough. Food was 80% finished with no replenishment, when there was still more than an hour to go before breakfast ends. Tea was served in a paper cup (not the usual tea cup). What?! This is dine-in and not takeaway. Basically to sum it up, it was just simply pathetic. Instead of feeling angry, just felt pity for the property that degraded from good to mediocre and to such bad state. Totally undesirable.
