Nice hotel, the food is great. The staffs are wonderful, very helpful and always wearing a big smile on their face. Truly remarkable experience to have an event there.
I was staying in this hotel for almost 2 week om May 20th - June 1st, 2018. Foods are great and delicious with many variety food. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. This hotel is near TM Surau and Masjid Ar-Rahman in walking distance.
The hotel location is around 10 km from KLCC, but the hotel near the MRT/LRT station so we can go to anywhere easily and fast.
Room is large, equipped with working table.
In overall I satisfied staying in this hotel.

Rooms were pretty nice.
Facilities wise, the gym was okay for hotel standards but nothing much. Just dumbbells up to 25kg, a set of machines and treadmills.
They have a non-standard foosball table which was pretty disappointing as they provided a table tennis ball instead of an original one.
Room and washroom were nice and clean. My only complaint was the holder for the hand spray next to the toilet was a bit loose and came off the clip that attached it to the wall. Service was good and all the staff that I interacted with were very helpful.
Room is comfortable and clean. friendly staff. Also offer Free shuttle to Mid Valley shopping centre.
Overall it was ok, except the process of checking in took longer than I expected
Good food and comfy room, but access from the nearest LRT station (University) is not easy.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we have been here twice for buffet. The spread is awesome and food is fresh! Restaurant staff are polite and very attentive, particularly a staff by the name Faisal. We felt warm throughout the session. Keep up the good work!

I arrived here via a tour and arrived in the evening. It was amazing! The rooms were large enough for 2 people, a nice view from the hotel and there was a swimming pool (unfortunately did not bring swimming trunks). The hotel is on a highway but you do not notice that much. The breakfast was good but a downside was that you could get the food in 2 different places, while the 2nd part was very remote but that is not really improve. If I visit the area again, I will definitely be back!
Had dinner in the Chinese restaurant around 3 weeks ago and today. Staff here were very pleasant. Food was very good. They have live fish and there is an option to watch them weigh the fist you ordered in front of you. Flavour is good.
The restaurant floor manager Yim Theng is very professional and takes pride in what she does.

Great variety of desserts and fruits. The manager and team had surprised us with a warm birthday song singing and presented a cute piece of cake to my husband last week. We love most were the Asian food, sashimi serving, rojak fruit and cheeses. It was an awesome dining in the Link restaurant. Great hospitality by the manager and team.

The reception staff was a pleasant welcome and the rooms are well equipped. Gym is decent too.
Food does need work, to be frank. Buffet breakfast quality was not at par to the brand, ala carte (lamb chops, for example), wasn't cooked well (overcooked). However, staff is consistently friendly and attentive.
Rooms are quite dusty, unfortunately. The seals around my room window are worn so outside noise and wind whistle were annoying.
We had a bad experience with Pullman KL Bangsar hotel, it s two carpark attendances who were not only rude but used unpleasant words towards us. The worse were we took the effort to go back to hotel front desk to lodge a complaint at the reception. We got a luke welcome and poor handling by Ms Swee Ting the front office assistant manager. We requests Ms Swee Ting to have her General Manager to return our phone call but no reply. We would expect a more speedy and professional handling as Pullman KL Bangsar is a 5star hotel.
Looks so run down. Lobby is dark and depressing. Access is confusing. Bad signage.
Beautiful hotel and service but there is no lock for the bathroom! Otherwise food and all other amenities are excellent. Tv also has no cartoon channel for kids. Perhaps can consider making the stay more kid friendly.
Room was superbb luxurious. Just love that! I came here because of many good reviews for breakfast but unfortunately not in what I expected. That day the porridge not thick and not many types of western food for breakfast. I hope Pullman can improve it for the next time.

Love this hotel. A big reason is the absolutely amazing staff. Hospitality is some of the best I have experienced. I Want to thank people like Imran and Rafli for their amazing care everyday during our stay. Rooms are great more plugs with USB would be lovely but overall good space, good food, good people, good time.
A shopping mall newly opened on the opposite side. There is road crossing facilities going to theother side.l
The hotel is ok and the staff is kind. The breakfast however is extremely bad. The choice is more focused on Asian food which I am not a fan but ok. The problem is that what ever is western largely lacks freshness and taste. Staff is kind and attending and fast in meeting your needs.
I think this is my 1st and last staying here. Must be a 1st time bad experience. 1st, there's no air-conditioning in the lobby area. It was a hot waiting for our room to be ready. And yey, our roomnis still not ready yet!!!

Rooms were a good size, spacious bathroom with superb shower and surprisingly a decent bathtub. Bed was very comfy. Free car park for residents. WiFi fast and free. Was also given complimentary use of steam room and sauna. I had a pleasant stay here.
Friendly and helpful staff; I had a good experience, they knew their job. One of the staff (Sushma Nepali) made an effort to ask if I was happy with service while I was there. Food is good, and I felt safe with my family there.
