Very Nice hotel.

This is not a normal hotel, its a symbol of Nice with a pink dome.

The lady serving us was lovely. The decor was fantastic and so was the food. The service could have been somewhat faster especially at the bar when it took over 20 mins to get our drinks served from the moment we ordered.

In this March 24, 2019, it is neither Japanese nor bad to book because the staff are laughing today and they are doing chinoiseries for nothing. In addition, they have a client called ping pong who risks "sake" them. In any case Mr M.E welcomes a yellow and it's worth all the gold in the world . . Like what everything is possible in this brutal world

It's mythical, you stay in a museum. The rooms are spacious and live up to Negresco's reputation.
The Chantecler, the 2-star restaurant is worth more than this distinction. The Surprise menu is by definition surprising in a good way. An irreproachable service, difficult to do better.

The famous Hotel Negresco dates back to the early 20th century and overlooks Nice s beach and Promenade des Anglais. The hotel has 5 centuries of history - from Louis XIII to modern art.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Accommodating with requests. Breakfast location was magnificent. Hotel is centrally located and easy to access most parts of the city. I had a sea facing room and even though the street and promenade outside could be noisy the room itself was dead quiet.

It is a mythical place, to go to Nice without going through the Negresco, It is to have come halfway. Here everything tell you the soul of its owner, Mrs. Augier, as she wished. She knew how to mix the arts wonderfully without that swearing. The modern and the old thus form a very beautiful whole.
The colors of the armchairs bring a restlessness to the incredible places and blend perfectly with the exhibitions around.
I do not know the rooms but I have no doubt that they are up to the requirement of perfection as are the lower parts.
I hope one day to be able to offer myself a night and then, I will tell you the rest.
In any case, my congratulations to all the staff for their empathy, the calm and that voluptuousness that envelops you when you enter the lobby. Your landlord who has just joined the skies - I have been taught to be proud of all of you. Keep going.

Nothing to say about the services and the staff, the cleanliness everything is perfect except that our bed is 1 meter from a wind tunnel and for those who have trouble sleeping and good luck, I'd rather say good night

From this style, only the historical name remained, as well as the preserved interiors of the large hall. Everything else is solid eclectica and a remake, and of mediocre quality. Plumbing used is the cheapest, often installed incorrectly. Squeaky doors, noisy air conditioners and all that do not add any charm to it. Only if for one time.

Pleasant welcome but much too hasty service!
Tiny portions (I still had a piece of bread in my hand that my plate had been taken out .. result we preferred to take desserts and coffees elsewhere
the room manager where the cashier "does not know how to question herself and has the answer to everything !! A disaster.
Disproportionate prices given the quality. TO FIRE !!!

Beautiful view from hotel, but the most amazing thing was the hotel concierge was sooo nice and help us a lot when we were in trouble. I felt it was very lucky that we have stayed in la negresco

It's beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking, this hotel is a better art museum than the museums (we checked). Each floor displays original paintings and sculptures (there's a Picasso sketch on the 5th floor about halfway down), the elevator itself is gorgeous. The rooms are also full of original art, each room is unique. The bath has a claw foot tub that is just perfect, and the shower is the best we've found in Europe. This all outweighs the cons (can't cool the rooms, beds are mediocre although also gorgeous and unique) so thoroughly that I'm still giving five stars. Check the pictures for this hotel for more, but nothing compares to seeing it in person. Oh yes, the service is flawless and matches the perfect decor.

The magnificent decor the perfect room on the other hand with regard to the room service I was already very disappointed with the dressing being a cook I tell you that the presentation that I have is the one that my nephew gives me the quality of chicken supreme I had the impression of being in the canteen however the beef was very tender and good my room service menu is very limited then comes the time for the evening candy there is an evening service menu from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. when I called at 2:00 a.m. I was told that at this time there is no dessert I think that for the context and the price of the room it should not be like that knowing that the hotel beaurivage or hollyday in are much less classified than the negresco and yet we have a full room service menu and 24/24 service

The place is great and full of history and funny thinks such as artwork. Still, the hotel worths an interior refurbichement as this looks very old especially in the bar. Good experiance still.

We stopped for a drink at the Negresco bar and finding ourselves in this bar is a bit like traveling through history with its furniture and its well-varnished woodwork, a bit like in an 18th century schooner. The service is classy and the staff are very friendly

Unique in the world. The establishment is fabulous, it is a real museum with Italian Art Deco architecture. The works present are incredible, from the Renaissance to contemporary art, all eras and all styles come together.
The staff are top notch. We had chosen a deluxe room with a sea view, and we had specified that we would be accompanied by our dog. A nice cushion and a bowl awaited him. Awesome.
The decor of the room is period, but I have known better equipped 3 or 4 stars. The TV is tiny, not very modern, the bathroom is very basic for a palace, the bedding comfortable but a bit outdated. A kettle and two doses of soluble coffee: for a palace it's limit. I know 3 * you can enjoy a Dolce Gusto for the first coffee in the morning.
Breakfast at La Rotonde is not to be missed. The setting is magical, the service top notch and the choice is gargantuan.
Despite these few imperfections, the Negresco experience is unique. I recommend, especially to art lovers and doggie owners.

A perfect stay, a historic palace where the soul of the founder reigns. A real museum hotel, one of a kind.
But totally anchored in modernity: perfect renovation of the La Rotonde brasserie (open to guests outside the hotel)
Perfect room amenities, the charm of the old but in 2019!
Nothing to say, long live the Negresco and the men and women who make it live
Ps: We are really touched by the personalized welcome (wedding anniversary), a word from the manager himself.
