Very good qp value for this ideally located hotel. Very good address

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. Firstly the hotel is well located, then the staff are extremely pleasant which made our stay in this hotel really pleasant. Even though we came in winter, we were able to take advantage of the courtyard (for smoking, a drink, etc.) and billiards. Regarding the rooms they are classic but we lack nothing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people wishing to visit Versailles.

Well appointed. Great location. Very helpful staff. Need larger garbage cans in rooms. Need a real bed as third bed in triple. Very clean. Great breakfast.

Beautiful, very French like old hotel. We parked a car on the side of the street and couldn't pay the parking since we don't speak French. The receptionist was very helpful and walked with us outside in the rain to help us. The rooms are not big but cosy. We had a good night sleep in here and a great breakfast. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the palace and very close to all nice restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

A silent, peaceful hotel ... A patio for smokers or simply to relax and read, small candles and a little lapping of a globe fountain serenity invades you.
The classic room is nice, dig a little in the cupboard and you will find a kettle and the basic necessities, missing two small bottles of water and there would be more personalized. The staff is attentive to your needs, miss the scrambled eggs and bacon with pti dej ... Otherwise super well placed and frankly we greatly appreciated

Staff very very rude as much as the breakfast of the reception. A way to talk to customers more than limit, feeling disturbed ... the room reserved was not the one requested when booking .... a shame because the hotel itself is pretty. I do not advise him because of the staff

The property offers a vaulted wine cellar from the 18th century! The suite is very good and breakfast nice. We stayed with our lovely dog.

Very nice hotel but against baths must be Louis XV period because are not at all suitable for people over 1m60 and a little round and especially not for people with disabilities. For me the baths are to be avoided of our time ... and a last small detail to think to ask the air conditioning because to sleep with the open window it is not the top in town very noisy !!

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Very friendly welcome, small rooms very well furnished and tastefully decorated, common areas on the ground floor with billiard room, bar and outdoor lounge. Impeccable cleanliness. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Small downside: the price of breakfast is a bit excessive compared to what is offered in the buffet.

For the little anectode, the morning of our departure we were stuck outside our room because of a lock problem and the staff directly made every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible so that we could collect our luggage at the door. inside. They even went so far as to try to enter through the second floor window. When we got back from breakfast, they had managed to open the door and we were able to continue our program just 15 minutes late. Where some would just call a locksmith and wait, they scrambled to find a quick fix.

Very welcome and very nice room. Charming staff and always available. Breakfast very varied and well fed. Room facing the inner courtyard, no traffic noise. Next visit in the area, we will do again halt.

Nice & clean hotel with great location, friendly and helpful staff, basic breakfast and slow internet connection.

Unfortunately we were not at all satisfied. We changed the room 3 times it was still dirty there were hairs on the blanket pillows, toilet covers in the sink small big long or frizzy hair everything there. Twice we just got a new room, so we just got the key. At the 3 times we wanted the employee who was very friendly to come along, but in the room there were small hairs everywhere that came if everything should be clean? The employee sees it but unfortunately cannot change anything. The boss will only come tomorrow. The problem is that we only checked in at 10 p.m. We then had new bed linen given to us so that we knew that it was really freshly reupholstered, 3 times we had to get new ones, because again hair or the bed sheets were torn. We had canceled our vacation and didn't stay there over New Year's Eve, unfortunately we had to sleep there because we had a 10 hour drive in front of us. So the staff was very friendly and understood us but could not help? And we are not really fussy about hotels, but often where you sleep half naked it should be really clean even if you make the bed yourself. We were very sad and drove home at 4am in the morning.

This is an excellent boutique hotel. They don't have many rooms and is not a chain, but it's located in the historic center of Versailles. The palace is a short walk away as are many restaurants and cafes. There is a beautiful church (san louis) just nearby. The exterior and the common areas are very clean and stylish as are the rooms. One nice thing is that the hotel is very old and historic, but the rooms are renovated, so the plumbing and furniture are very functional. The internet wifi and the shower were probably the best I've experienced in Europe. The price was also very reasonable. The breakfast is nice, but seems very limited in items, so we skipped it. The dining area does have a lovely outdoor courtyard and there is a pool table. I highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. The reception was really nice. The room itself was very clean but small. It was a business trip so didn't really need the space anyway. Bar service wasn't good. Very, very slow. The pool table helped.

Biggest problem was it was a Monday and almost every restaurant was closed or fully booked. Nothing against the hotel obviously but its something to be aware of.

I asked the hotel receptionist for a lot of information and he was able to answer it with a lot of knowledge.
The only drawback is that there is no parking and the spaces are chargeable. And no mini fridge in the rooms.

Very cosy hotel in British style. Very nice details in the interior and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small rooms, but clean and nice. Breakfast is basic, no cooking stations or fried eggs and stuff, just bread and yogurt stuff.

Window opening onto the inner courtyard overlooking the breakfast room ... but where we quickly realize the promiscuity with neighbors having had the same idea to open the window ...
