I am just can't wait to stay in this hotel. It looks just gorgeous and I'm in love with that Red Sofa.

The hotel in the principality that offers the best Belle Epoque experience. The service is impeccable and its corridors are just as generous.

What must have been nice to have been able to live in this time and to enjoy this luxury and reception.

Stayed 3 days in this awesome hotel. No need to praise its excellent courtesy and service.

A beautiful building in a beautiful location. Nice pool. Access to fitness center. Room key grants free access to Monte-Carlo casino (not located at hotel). Most tourist places are short walks away. You can walk to France in 10 minutes where there are more restaurants at better prices. Bell and check staff were helpful and polite and could speak English well. Room service and cleaning staff very good. Hotel is very clean. Bar is expensive but good. Don t be surprised to see a celebrity. Spa is also expensive but good though in busy season may be difficult to get an appointment. Only complaints 1. WiFi can be spotty and are only allowed 2 devices and must login/reconnect every day and sometimes during the day 2. Service at the included breakfast buffet. While the food selection and quality were ok, service can be bad to poor. Hard to even get cafe or many times a staff person s attention. This was an every day occurrence. And was not due to lack of the number of staff working. Now if you are somebody or a regular or very wealthy you seem to get better service and attention. One morning we sat by a table where two servers set up a table with cafe and even food from the buffet with NOONE there yet while we couldn t get a second cup of cafe. All in all nice but not worth the price...unless it s not on your money.

Fantastic hotel - it is modern and old world at the same time. Room sizes are good and the crystal bar is ok. Service at the hotel was good but the service at the crystal bar was only acceptable.

Just a ridicules collection of exotic cars parked out front. The inside is beautiful, but no over the top like I expected.

I love this place because of its character and prestigious name with historical french/Italian heritage of hotel where you can find hospitality in a conducive atmospheric quality.

Very nice hotel but I did not appreciate the service of the restaurant, I was a couple, Friday evening and we wanted to spend a romantic evening, the setting is perfect but too many staff who constantly come to bring something and interrupting our conversation, I found that intrusive, too bad.
We took the fish of the day but really we did not appreciate nor the presentation (a piece of fish with 3 slices of tomatoes) not too tasteful, not overcooked, in short not that great.
Disappointment for both of us.

Will never ever forget my 5 nights stay at Hermitage. It s as good as staying in a Palace which has huge rooms. Courteous staff at any given time. Very good breakfast. Value for money.

Dream hotel, which combines the beauty of the location with the kindness of the staff.

Sumptuous hotel, beautiful, in the heart of Monaco, there is a superb fitness room with modern appliances and especially a beautiful view of Monaco. The pool at sea is fantastic, the facilities sublime.
We went during a seminar, the meals were excellent, just a minor flaw in the staff who serve the wine is who was very concerned about the quantities. We were on a table a little deep in the room we all had a great time and when we asked to be booked in the middle of the dessert staff refused and we had to pay directly by credit card. This is a little unfortunate when you know how much the seminar cost. Plus once the dessert was served at the table no one came to check if we needed anything. There was really a lack of staff attention to this connection there.
Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

Sea view room overlooking the harbor and the Mediterranean sea was amazing! Perfect location, few minutes walk to the casinos, harbor, clubs, major restaurants, and coffee shops. Excellent and fast service, super friendly staff.

I am staying the hotel for 7 nights, this morning we ordered a taxi with the hotel and we waited 1,5 hours ( from 6:40-8am ) and it still didn t arrive ( can you imagine people who are in a rush in the morning ?)

The hotel staff are just saying it s monaco , it s like this on Sunday morning without offering further assistance .

Then one taxi came and they gave to to another person who came much later than us !

For me this is unacceptable, they are not trying their best to help , in fact they even justify their incapablility , I am truely disappointed at the conceige and customer service.

Also on top of that the decoration is very tacky and bad taste.. (they really need to work on it ), as well as poor breakfast choice ( lots of dishes we needed to pay extras ) and quality , the buffet style and the close seating arrangement ( the tables are quite closed to each other ) is perfect for the covid 19 virus to spread ... I can see they didn t really consider this issue ( they only put hand sanitizer and measure your temperature , that s the extent of it ) I don t feel safe and comfortable here.

03/12/2017 - Another visit to the Crytal bar after a hike from Menton to Monaco. Champagne, Virgin Mojito, etc for again and again a moment of relaxation on this sofa (it is absolutely necessary gentlemen of the SBM to install a chimney = suggestion ^^).

25/08/2017 - Passage to this renowned Monaco establishment with my friend .. Unfortunately this time the terrace of the Crystal bar was privatized damage for this time. But already accustomed places we will return with pleasure, because the bar staff are professional and the terrace probably one of the best with this view including the port.

The hotel is generally good but the rooms are far from the lobby building also you are set to two wifi and every 24 hours renewal of registration. The service is not fast and the minibar does not allow you to store medicines or eat special. Access to the swimming pool requires traffic from the main lobby in the sense that the hotel needs to walk a lot to seek out or use the escort.

Beware of booking the Hotel Hermitage on their web site. The prices reflected on their calendar 'are prices that the rooms used to cost before demand went up'. So when you book, a completely different total (at least 30% - 50% higher) is being spat out. So ensure that you add up totals BEFORE simply giving your credit card details, assuming that a Hotel that is over 100 years old is 'reputable', because it is not, and neither is it under the same credible ownership as at its inception. In my humble experience, even (especially) the affluent does not like being taken for a ride.

Great hotel and very nice decor. Nice staff and very nice suites. The only complaint is that the price for one night and breakfast is relatively expensive.
