I am staying the hotel for 7 nights, this morning ...

I am staying the hotel for 7 nights, this morning we ordered a taxi with the hotel and we waited 1,5 hours ( from 6:40-8am ) and it still didn t arrive ( can you imagine people who are in a rush in the morning ?)

The hotel staff are just saying it s monaco , it s like this on Sunday morning without offering further assistance .

Then one taxi came and they gave to to another person who came much later than us !

For me this is unacceptable, they are not trying their best to help , in fact they even justify their incapablility , I am truely disappointed at the conceige and customer service.

Also on top of that the decoration is very tacky and bad taste.. (they really need to work on it ), as well as poor breakfast choice ( lots of dishes we needed to pay extras ) and quality , the buffet style and the close seating arrangement ( the tables are quite closed to each other ) is perfect for the covid 19 virus to spread ... I can see they didn t really consider this issue ( they only put hand sanitizer and measure your temperature , that s the extent of it ) I don t feel safe and comfortable here.
