Lack of listening from the reception staff when the wishes !!!

try and give more complimentary water a must

This review is a little late but I arrived at the Hermitage to stay only one night for a short break in May on my way through the Riviera and to be able to experience a night in Monaco, since previously I had only passed through Monaco. I was welcomed graciously by literally every staff member I encountered at the hotel. That is what truly made the experience. Of course the hotel itself is spectacular, but I have stayed in many spectacular hotels in the world - however, the Hermitage is certainly a cut above the rest due to the personalized experience I felt that I had. Right from the start, at the door, when the doorman smiled at me genuinely and took my heavy bag even though I likely looked terrible from a very sweaty train ride on a hot day. I was whisked to the front desk where, again, I was treated so wonderfully that I immediately relaxed. A lovely lady brought me to my room and explained everything. I could go on and on, but that would take too long. From my evening dinner which was booked for me, to the lovely turndown details, to my morning hot chocolate in my room, to my lunch at Vistamar, and drinks and snack later on the fabulous terrasse outside the Crystal bar, to the farewells at the end, I had a magical experience. What a beautiful treat. I will return to the Hermitage in a heartbeat, and I will definitely stay longer to enjoy the magic!

Don't miss this place! Get a room that faces the harbor!

Had the great good fortune to have spent a lovely week here in this magical hotel in the middle of Monaco. It really is in the epicentre and certainly delivers on another level and in keeping with everything you would expect from such a hotel in Monaco. Sublime experience.

A beautiful Belle Epoque hotel. The rooms are refined. I m happy to have made someone since 2015 ... The bedding is fabulous. The view of Port Hercule and the rock is breathtaking. The staff are fabulous. The SPA is crazy. The food is delicious. An establishment that sets standards in the world.

Outstanding. Large, opulent rooms, baroque style elegance. Excellent buffet breakfast. Walking distance to shopping and casino.

Beautiful hotel and very caring and committed staff. I wasn t feeling too well and they arranged an early check in room for me and made a point of asking how I was the next morning. Above and beyond and overall beautiful hotel and location.

In front of the hotel, I was surprised to find some luxury cars such as Bentley and Porsche.
The hotel was considerably larger than I imagined, and I was lightly confused.
There is also a pool of 20m, making it a well-maintained stay.

I was invited by a friend here, i arrived with a driver from Nice airport, the hotel porter refused to bring my luggages Inside. He just standed there ! The receptionnist at the desk spoke in french when i spoked English and italian, that was so rude and he was so arrogant and he just repeated "Chambre trois mille ..." . He assumed that i had to look for the room my self , finally my friend called me and found me in a corridor, alone, tired and humiliated ! The room was at the end of the hotel, across the jardin d'hiver and elevators, impossible to find alone ! Not a "Monaco" welcoming ! Bad experience of my life

Very nice hotel, would definitely recommend. the only problem was that I hate kids and there was lots of them there. My ferret could barley sleep. And when he doesn't sleep he gets very angry, he bit 3 kids, so I guess I'm sorry but not really because it was really funny!

The super deluxe hotel Hermitage in Monte-Carlo is located directly opposite the famous casino of Monte Carlo. The hotel is a beautiful building, with the many expensive cars parked in front of the hotel, you can guess that it is certainly not a cheap hotel.

Without a doubt 'Top'. The interior alone is breathtaking and timeless.

A stunning palace with great view over the sea. The service is perfect and the restaurant is very good. The room is very spacious with a beautiful decoration. The bathroom is very practical and modern. It is my favourite palace in Monaco and one of the best luxury hotels in the region.

Sumptuous! I recommend the sea view jacuzzi suite! Nice staff!
Only negative point, at the price of the room, the lights of the jacuzzi should work before our arrival .. to make them work it would have been necessary to empty the jacuzzi (4h) as much to say that we prefer to do without when we have reserved that a night.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. The spa with its sea water swimming pool is a must do, same for the outdoor jacuzzi.

Many people come and go without really listening to you. A huge crane spoils the view on the terrace of the Crystal Bar. Layout of the not very functional terrace.

I just dreamed I could stay here 2 nights with Telkomsel. Extraordinary luxury hotel ..

We had 4 amazing days. The room was spacious and comfortable roof staff very nice and the breakfast plentiful and good. I recommend.

Some rooms have noisy locations an no view of anything worth looking at. They will move you if you complain immediately. Service is appropriate for this class of hotel, but nothing special. Prices are stratospheric.

I went to have lunch with a friend on December 31 which was not my amazement to see a parade of people in bathrobe to cross the room where we were resting, in a prestigious setting that offers us this hotel I was shocked, of on the other hand I had the unfortunate idea of having a craving for pancakes, what a disappointment during my first bite, a cold-tasting paste was offered to my palate ...... I thought that an establishment of this class only served home-made food ......... in short my cold and indigestible pancakes charged 15 left me on the stomach. ..... I feel that a prestigious place as described must be perfect.

The class is not water! An excellent value for money. Everything is cared for down to the last detail, attentive and kind staff and magnificent location.

Nice hotel and spa. Nice staff. Only problem, the wifi is paying. This system is up to date because today the wifi is free everywhere.

Nice and pretty hotel but a bit far from Grimaldi. Love how the hotel smells like a spa. But I had a very bad experience w their restaurant at the basement level. Rude waiters and overpriced food.
Breakfast at the mezzanine was much better, the spread was very generous, super mouth watering. Wished I was not on diet though...

Hotel is good BUT...
1)no swimming poll. Shuttle bus takes you to beach club, which is very old fashioned. It takes 15 minutes!
2) concierge made a reservation for me in Buddha Bar. One day before. I went for dinner there with my wife for birthday. They prohibited me entrance because I had shorts. The hotel is in group with this bar. They didn t note me about it. Big problem was where to celebrate the birthday. To late...Staff of the hotel made mistake that they recommend me this bar and after prohibited entrance didn t help me to solve the problem.
3) overpricing, I travel around the world but this place is absolutely overpriced.
