Hotel with old rooms, but very clean. It eats very well and is quite close to the beach.

July holidays with two kids: great! Not luxurious but effective. Room not very spacious. Catering for all tastes. Activities: petanque etc, kids club, near shops, restaurants and 300 m from the beach.

A little aging. In addition we could not have a double bed.

It is a hotel which doesn t look pretty on the outside, but which is pleasant and clean with large convivial spaces.
The rooms are small but comfortable and clean
Only small flaw at my level is the lack of electrical outlet
But, I highly recommend this hotel , to anyone looking for 1 accommodation in this city

Hotel well located a few meters from the seafront. Rooms a little dated but very spacious!

Excellent value. We stayed here for one night with our 2 children and had a large family room, a large meal, friendly service and even parking in front. The fans also softened the ambiance and we slept very well on very comfortable beds. We will return.

The place is top !! 2 steps from the beach swimming pool pas.desagreable. Sheltered from crowds and noise pollution. You can even sleep with the window open.
Only downside .... No air conditioning in the rooms but a large ceiling fan.
So provide a small auxiliary fan .....

Bad rooms, poor service, the bar closes very soon even if you finish serving a drink. I never return.

Rooms with small terrace, ceiling fan and air conditioning. "Animation" and "music" live at night until 00: 00h. Outdoor seasonal pool, minigolf, table tennis and small area with children's games. Full continental breakfast. Located next to the beach but not so close to the center of Roses.

We dropped the hotel and it was 3 years since we had been there. No change. Buffet at will even if there are often the same dishes. A bit noisy in the mornings with the housewives. At the bar attention, unpleasant Spanish staff, rude limit. Otherwise nice hotel to spend family holidays. Pools, mini golf, mini disco for the little ones.

Well I like them very much and wanted to work this year as the other but nothing bad luck because I do not soi soi is a cool guy and that's what it's worth so I hope some day to have the luck to be able to be in the house that corresponds to me etc
