Very clean hotel with lunch and dinner really bad, better to eat outside by cons super breakfast

Nice hotel, welcome. Quality of reception and correct service. On the other hand, at the bar, the staff is not friendly it is nothing next to the staff of the restaurant which is downright rude (They watch us eat and urge us to leave to reorganize the table as soon as possible and we remove the plate before that we have finished eating). It's been 4 years since I organized a group stay in this establishment (30 people) and it's getting worse and worse. Next year, we will go to a real prestige hotel.

Hotel well located and clean. Surprised by the quality and diversity of the meals and we stayed there for 15 days. Animation team at the top for both adults and children. Beautiful shows at night. Lack of air conditioning and put the taste of the day rooms. Too bad that the pay parking evening but free places around the hotel. Lack of lifts at peak hours ...

I have just spent 9 days there, to review the bathroom, varied meals of very good quality, a pity that the parents do not monitor enough their children and wifi not always, but overall nice and very friendly staff

THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED THE CATALAN VENICE. IN THE FULL COSTA BRAVA NEAR ROSAS. (SANTA MARGARITA), IS WHERE THE HOTEL IS IN THE PRESTIGE CHAIN. IT IS VERY HIGH. THE NORMAL ROOMS WITH THEIR TERRACE.
CLEANSED. BIG RESTAURANT FREE BUFFET, GOOD QUALITY PRICE. YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM.
WE WERE SPENDING ALL CHRISTMAS AND SUMMER HOLIDAYS.
BECAUSE IT IS LARGE THE POOL IS SMALL. THERE IS A GARDEN. EVENING SHOWS AND DANCE TOO. I RECOMMEND IT. IT IS FULL OF FRENCH BUT, THE DIFFERENCE WITH THE ENGLISH IS THAT THEY KNOW TO BEHAVE. . FOR CHRISTMAS THEY ALSO COME.

I HAVE GONE TO THE WEDDING AND THE BANQUET, IT IS AT THE GOYA PARK PRESTIGE HOTEL.
EVERYTHING VERY NICE. I REQUESTED PERMISSION TO TAKE A FEW PICTURES OF A PART OF THE APPETIZERS .. BEFORE SOMEONE ENTERS. TO BE ABLE TO DO IT, THEY WERE VERY KIND AND LEFT ME.
THERE WAS MUCH MORE AN ICE BOAT, WHERE THERE WERE MUSSELS, PRAWNS, OYSTERS. SOMETHING PRECIOUS. BUT THE GUESTS WERE ALREADY COMING.
JUST EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS HUGE, VERY WELL PREPARED, DECORATED AND ALL VERY GOOD. THE FOOD PERFECTLY. AND PERSONALLY VERY WELL ORGANIZED VERY FRIENDLY. IF SOMEONE GETS MARRIED IT IS A GOOD PLACE WITHOUT DOUBT.

We liked it a lot. Ideal for children, entertainment, billiards, petanque, mini golf ... near the beach. It has a fan on the ceiling of the room, the downside is that it does not have air conditioning.

This clean but dated hotel is located in a neighborhood that is unattractive except for the presence of the seafront about 400 meters away. The cathode television dates from the last century. The very industrial breakfast (no drink is natural) is served in a room too noisy. Positive point: the presence of a terrace to each room.

A big hotel with no air conditioning I don't recommend it to anyone who lacks room cleaning, even the pool, but you can eat very good.

Staff only speaks spanish and broken english. The buffet offers a lot of choice and is acceptable in terms of taste.

Family hotel, lots of rooms, so a lot of people, very noisy. Attention, very important point there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's very hot, the nights are very difficult. But Hotel with attractive prices. A lot of culinary choices, grill stand, and fish dishes in number.

Reception was quite rude and offered the wrong information without hesitation. Rooms have no air-conditioning and no refrigerator. Room temperature was too hot for a good night's sleep. The internet connection was not sized properly, so was not working most of the time. Staff was generally uninterested. English was a challenge. Although a large customer-base being Dutch/Flemish none of the people taking care of the children spoke Dutch. The location however is great (close to the beach, walking distance to Roses). Food was OK, but I would recommend breakfast only and enjoy the Roses restaurants and nightlife.

Hotel and service be. The buffet at the top of people, you had to queue for everything and if something had finished, they took to rest ...

Noisy hotel, old bathroom with bath. No hair dryer. Safe key. Very far from the center of Rosas (bus every hour, taxi 10 ). Buffet almost identical every day but grill OK. On the other hand charming and efficient staff and dancing every night.

Recommended 100% The best meals and the friendliness of the staff of the entrance to the dining room. The worst thing is the furniture is very old.

Simple hotel. It has no air conditioning. The buffet is fine, but the reception staff is not very friendly, especially those in the afternoon. Decor and very old rooms.

I'm not sure where the prestige rooms are not isolated from noise all night I felt like I was sleeping with the neighbor on the upper floor.

Ideal to go with children ... Acceptable food .... acceptable rooms ... although it is time to remove those ass televisions and install air conditioning .... although we did not have as much heat with the ceiling fan and that It was August 18 ... small pools but enough. I spent 1 week in this hotel, the staff of the dining room is not friendly, the buffet is little varied from the beginning and until the weekend. However, the rooms are clean. shame it is missing a refrigerator, while there is the location.
The pool is right outside the bar ?.
I would not go back to this hotel.

Everything okay ... If you book in advance via a portal, the price-performance ratio is right. As a single guest, you should want a room on the 5th or 6th floor with a view of Rosas. That is a real added value.
The meals in the dining room are reminiscent of a well-attended canteen ;-) Most of the guests come from France and bus tourists make up 99% of the guests.
The pool and garden area is inviting.

Large hotel, old rooms without air or fridge only fan. Near the beach. Bufete with limitations both breakfast and lunch (fair quality). Very attentive staff Price very expensive even if August for the services they offer.

Perfectly located. Very affordable price, especially in full board. One downside for some ... it lacks a fitness area.

Nice hotel . Friendly service, food slightly less (but everyone has a taste) and a small swimming pool but very cozy for sunbathing

very expensive for the delivery I do not recommend. No mini bar in the room while there was one that was removed there is an air conditioning but no remote control to start the room and very small, at the reception there was more than 15 minutes for recording. I post my comments as my visit, when you go to drink a cocktail attention to the chair (see photo) and finally I like fresh cocktails

A lot of people, very busy but somehow that managed to keep the buffet food quality to a good level and the service of dining room staff excellent for the environment. Very noisy with so many people though. Looks good for families but I was with diving buddies so cannot say too much on that

It is located near the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast a little scarce.

The rooms are old, a face wash is needed. You can sleep but quality / price leave much to be desired. If I can avoid going back I will.

Perfect for its quality price, good Buffet, varied and delicious food, very friendly and efficient staff, the only inconvenient problems to park everything was full.

I would stay there again. Some space is a bit retro but the rooms are functional and the food very varied and good. Good location.

Great weekend, decent room for the super low price.

Hotel is good enough for the kids especially a lot of activity is to their pleasure only problem that there is a lot of flying at the hotel

Good value for money. Fair room with size and good terrace (the room was on the top floor) But very clean. No air conditioning in the rooms.

After staying for 4 days, the observation is as follows

Strong point:
-Location
-Buffet of good quality
-The staff speak French very well
-Good sound insulation

Weakness :
- Animation too childish (boring)
- No air conditioning ceiling fan not always sufficient in the middle of summer
- Payment for bottled water at mealtime as not included in full board, 2.50 per 1L bottle
- No deckchairs by the pool if you don't get up when the opening is open, people put down their towels and come back in the afternoon
- Clientele of the 3rd age or families, forget the foam evenings, the dances for children will be the only big animations to which you will have the right
- Old-fashioned rooms

Conclusion: Do not go here if you plan to have fun among young people, however the hotel is very good for people of a certain age or for families
