There s no better place for a Scout to find themselves. This reservation is home to a great program, dedicated staff, and the most beautiful land in the Ozarks.

Both of my sons and my husband have been going to this camp for several years and they love it. They are very active in Mic-O-Say also. The programs are great and there is plenty of down time to relax. I like visiting on family day. It's a very beautiful camp. My youngest son has even spend his whole summer working here. And now my daughter's get to experience and love Bartle too!
I was a hardway warrior back in early 2000's. I really want to visit but im not sure if im allowed.. can you just show up anytime to visit?
Great place for kids to learn life long skills and friendships!
As a member of Troop 62, I spent many summers at Camp Osceola. The camp expanded to 2 adjacent camps and was named the H Roe Bartle Boy Scout Reservation in memory of the man who lead Scouting in Kansas City. Chief Bartle, formed Mic O Say, a key element of our Scouting experience. As I progressed from Fox Man, Brave and Warrior during my camping experience, I like others on the path, experienced silence, isolated overnight sleeping in the wilderness, speaking Indian Sign Language, constructing Indian garb, tribal campfires, and special commitments. Camping experiences with the Indian experience helped form our belief and commitment to serving others. The combined experience helped build strong ideals in us, young men. Many thanks to the adults who lead and served us, Jim Laneu our Scoutmaster, Howard Kipfer our Neighborhood Commissioner, Luman Parrot our Scoutmaster for Philmont, and the summer camp staff. Kip
Best thing I have experienced during summer in a long time, definitely recommend coming back!!
Great place spent a lot of time here I am a Brave of the tribe hopefully warrior.
The H Roe Bartle Scout Reservation is my favorite place to be. I went back this year for my 3rd time and had a great time. I met a lot of cool people working on staff and enjoyed helping out the staff at the eco-lodge. It was so much fun working on badges and doing outposts. I plan to work on staff in a couple years. I also got to go back for another week at camp for NYLT which was probably the best week of my life. The dining hall was very loud and fun. This camp is very epic.
