Best vets in Sherbrooke. Caring staff, cat friendly practice, and they never pressure you to spend more than you're able. They will work with you to figure out the best course of action for your pet according to your budget. Big bonus, they actually LOVE animals. Vets and techs will cuddle and kiss their little patients. And overnight stays are supervised and pets are housed in little condos, not cages.

My two cats, Beelzebub and Scar have followed a weight loss program here and the results have been incredible! The staff, especially Marianne who followed them for over a year, is always dedicated, kind, patient and very helpful! This is particularly amazing when you know the difficult character of one.

Amazing service! My puppy is always well taken care of.. emergency visit are fast and only requested after the vet see photos of the issue and thinks it worth the emergency visit. Always appreciate they service they give! You can tell they are in it for the anamials and not the money!

Technician who is afraid of dogs (she asked me to take my dog's temperature), contemptuous and very judgmental vet, no courteous service, no empathy towards the animal and even less towards the master. Avoid at all costs !!

Dr Therrien, probably too proud, shows an obvious lack of listening, openness and transparency. If she had at least taken the time to explain her point of view according to our questions and our relative knowledge of canines and related care. This lady has many a priori unfavorable towards the breeders advising us.
A clinic where we offer you everything, even when it is not necessary: insurance, other food that the breeder advises.

I discovered Coeur de Sherbrooke during the holidays for an emergency for my dog, and since then, I will not go back to my other vet. They are fast, flexible, friendly, have animals at heart, excellent customer service and good prices. They took good care of my cat who was unfortunately at the end of life. They showed great compassion and tenderness towards my little companion.

We went to the clinic on March 09 before closing, we were well received by the technician who to check the condition of the puppy, on the other hand the veterinarian was very stupid, we could not ask a question without her telling us cut .... I went there for a routine checkup. Very nice team, it seems that the employees love what they do and love animals, from the receptionist to the vet. I had an appointment the same day, so no waiting. The technician offered me solutions to avoid costs, which were greatly appreciated.
