The staff are friendly and the veterinarian we met was able to answer all of our questions. Wilson even got a treat.

We have been going to the clinic since we had our puppy. We always have service above our expectations. All the staff are friendly and attentive. In addition, we did the operation (symphysiodesis) for hip dysplasia with Dr Dupuis and everything went very well. We called back a few times since we had some concerns or questions and we always have a quick response. In addition, whether it is the technicians, the veterinarian or the surgeon, they call us to follow up and make sure that everything is going well with our dog.

We absolutely wanted to thank the whole animal health crossroads team for all your care given to our Minouche (cat) who unfortunately after 17 1/2 years left us on February 24, 2020. You were incredible, attentive and very sensitive to us and all this with the greatest respect. It was a very difficult time for us and we really miss her very much. Of all the veterinary clinics I have known in my life, this is the best !!! They are all very attentive to our animals. One of my very sick dogs spent 5 days there. Normally he would not return there with pleasure but on the contrary, he would pull on his leash to enter it more quickly to go and see his friends at the clinic! They take the time to explain the treatments and our choices to us. As for costs, they are not more expensive than the others, I would even say less. 100% recommendable. Twice I went to this veterinary clinic. Twice I realized that this place has the priority to make money! Both times told me about surgery when it was not necessary. Last time, I was prescribed an antibiotic that was not adapted to my dog. Also it is forgotten a lot of expenses like those of prescription which are not to indicate. If you bring back your antibiotics because your pet is doing well you will not be fully reimbursed.
