I have just recently started working in the office at H.O. Wolding, and let me tell you they are a wonderful company to work for! I was told how wonderful it would be from another employee, but I never imagined it all to be true. They are so welcoming and make you feel like a part of a family immediately upon walking through the door. The atmosphere is phenomenal and my coworkers are great! Also, when the drivers come in they can bring there pets in with them. Which means that we have puppies to pet and play with on the regular!

Was a good site amd a great company to work for just wasn't really what I was looking for but doesn't mean it's not right for you try them out.

I have only been driving for about a year, 8 months with HO Wolding. Anything I say about the professionalism and commitment to a new driver from the training department would be an understatement. Every company says they are family oriented, it has been proven to me several times since I've been here. I can't say enough positive things about my dispatch and planning team. There is nowhere else I would rather be.

Truly a wonderful experience working for this company. They have accommodated my home time needs without question or complaint, i ve gotten Good steady miles, and most importantly they treat you like family! And by treating you like family, i mean everyone here knows who you are once you get your own rig. I ve not had to introduce myself by truck number except for meeting someone initially. They remember who you are and what you do. So legitimately you create your own reputation in this company. If you do good work, you get treated very well, if you re lazy or whine constantly you get treated accordingly. Show up to WORK, be reasonable with your expectations, and you will love it here too. I have very VERY few complaints, and the complaints i did have were addressed immediately. If/when i decide to go back otr, Wolding will be my first and practically only choice. Truly will miss everyone here and i wish you all the very best!!

My partner just got hired on, and so far he loves it. Facility has bunkbeds, laundry machines, lockers, showers, tv room. He has talked to his co-workers, who say they are actually able to choose their own hours and have them honored.
