Truly a wonderful experience working for this company. They have accommodated my home time needs without question or complaint, i ve gotten Good steady miles, and most importantly they treat you like family! And by treating you like family, i mean everyone here knows who you are once you get your own rig. I ve not had to introduce myself by truck number except for meeting someone initially. They remember who you are and what you do. So legitimately you create your own reputation in this company. If you do good work, you get treated very well, if you re lazy or whine constantly you get treated accordingly. Show up to WORK, be reasonable with your expectations, and you will love it here too. I have very VERY few complaints, and the complaints i did have were addressed immediately. If/when i decide to go back otr, Wolding will be my first and practically only choice. Truly will miss everyone here and i wish you all the very best!!
